While the GOP won big races in 2022 and 2014, former Sen. Dean Heller was the last Republican to win statewide in Nevada in a presidential cycle, and that was back in 2012. The GOP presidential nominee hasn't won the Silver State since President George W. Bush's reelection in 2004. But Biden won Nevada by just 2.4 points against an unpopular incumbent and is at significant risk of losing Nevada in November as the unpopular incumbent himself. Considering the current president's struggle generally and with Hispanic voters specifically, Biden doesn't have a distinguishable advantage in Nevada. Inside Elections is therefore changing Nevada's rating in the presidential race from Tilt Democratic to Toss-up.

I currently hold two diametrically-opposed ideas in my head, and it's giving me a migraine.
1 - They're going to cheat their balls off again, and none of this matters.
2 - Trump was never really leading in any significant way during the run-up to the 2020 election. It's easy to cheat your way to victory when you only need to move the needle a skosh. It's far, far harder to cheat at the level that this kind of polling indicates would be required, and can therefore be overcome by a large enough margin of victory.

For the last 5 years we have been making double mortgage payments to get that debt off of our backs so we can free up that cash for the inflation that will kick into high gear if biden wins and the dems keep the senate. The RNC may have done that, but, what did they do to ensure a clean election? I seem to recall the RNC sort of threw up their hands and said, "Well we tried" rather than fight the cheat at the precinct level. Then, once it was obvious, after the fact, then they went back to the well that had already screwed them over.

Georgia has a new law (passed in 2023) that allows the new state Prosecuting Attorneys' Council to depose an errant DA and replace the DA with a DA pro tempore. But people who do know and have commented elsewhere have said he didn't do squat to really help himself.
SO - no I don't think he knows how to do it, unless he is willing to listen to someone he does know and open up the checkbook.
