FBI Agent Says He Hassles People 'Every Day, All Day Long' Over Facebook Posts

"It's just an effort to keep everybody safe and make sure nobody has any ill will," he claimed.

The FBI spends "every day, all day long" interrogating people over their Facebook posts. At least, that's what agents told Stillwater, Oklahoma, resident Rolla Abdeljawad when they showed up at her house to ask her about her social media activity.
Three FBI agents came to Abdeljawad's house and said that they had been given "screenshots" of her posts by Facebook. Her lawyer Hassan Shibly posted a video of the incident online on Wednesday.
Abdeljawad told agents that she didn't want to talk and asked them to show their badges on camera, which the agents refused to do. She wrote on Facebook that she later confirmed with local police that the FBI agents really were FBI agents.
"Facebook gave us a couple of screenshots of your account," one agent in a gray shirt said in the video.
"So we no longer live in a free country and we can't say what we want?" replied Abdeljawad.
"No, we totally do. That's why we're not here to arrest you or anything," a second agent in a red shirt added. "We do this every day, all day long. It's just an effort to keep everybody safe and make sure nobody has any ill will."

The report says it's unclear whether Meta, FaceBook's parent company, reported the posts to the FBI or if the FBI's teams of surveillance operatives found them themselves.

For the past week, she has made multiple angry posts per day about the war in Gaza, referring to Israel as "Israhell." But none of the posts on her feed call for violence.

I know this person is on the other side of the aisle but the left often stages "test cases" where, for example, they'll prosecute a black killer for a hate crime, just to prove that the right is lying when they say hate crime laws will be used to target white people. Then, after the case survives judicial review, they use the law for what it was always intended for, to increase jail sentences for white people exclusively.

He is arrested and charged with first murder, then mansalughter.
They never find the bullet that Killed the illegal. They have no idea what caliber the bullet was. What kind of gun it came from.
Yet they charged this guy for killing someone based on the testimoney of another illegal who has been convicted of running drugs.
Even if found innocent, the process is the punishment.

It will always repeat. Government is organized; citizens are not. It's almost impossible to get enough disparate individuals to reach the critical mass to do, collectively, what Solzhenitsyn suggests. And by the time the individuals coalesce, the aggregate numbers are too small to fight the State.

It's a societal failing. I don't even think there's a human response to such evolutions. It's only when things are intolerably bad with no one having anything to lose that you get a corrective Revolutionary action.

Set things up so that they self-deport. If they can't find work or do other things that only citizens are allowed to do, the game will be up and they will leave on their own. Others, you take care of if, say, they interact with cops at a traffic stop and their immigration status cannot be confirmed. (In serious countries visitors to said serious countries have to keep a passport with them at all times.)

One thing to contemplate (and not in defense of the FiBIs here, but something with which to evaluate any encounters you might have) is that all federal folks - contractors, military, cops, etc. - are told that you cannot have anyone photocopy your fed ID. Because of how good scanners are nowadays, they don't want anyone to be able to churn out even a visually pleasing facsimile of a valid ID. And, it is entirely possible to do that with a high-resolution camera now.

So, be prepared to ask to see the ID, write down badge number and name, then read them off to the supposed fed while they are on camera, "Is this your badge number and name?" If they won't do that, then call the locals on them as fake feds and that they're trespassing. And, if any of them are carrying openly, add in that you fear for your life because these fake cops are carrying guns.

170 This isn't a "test case" scenario. It's an ass covering situation. The FBI knows that Biden's asinine immigration hijinks let a large number of potential terrorists into the country. If they pop off with some event, then Biden looks even worse than he does now.

I guarantee that the FBI did a back channel to social media asking for pro-Hamas comments so they could physically go to that individual's residence. They could care less about the commenter. They want to see if there is evidence of new residents (groups) living at those locations. They're closing the door after then cows got out, and now are trying to find these newly arrived terrorists....and they wouldn't be doing it unless they thought something was concretely scheduled.

This should scare the crap out of all of us, and not just because of the Free Speech issues associated with it.

202 Do y'all know what a "First Amendment Auditor" is? They're these guys who go into government offices and make themselves nuisances while filming everything. They also like to insert themselves into police interactions with the public and try to force the police to overreact so they can film the police overreaction and sue and promote their YouTube channels.

One of the more irritating examples is a guy named Jose "Chille" DeCastro. Jose just got 180 days in jail for interfering in a police traffic stop. The prosecutor asked for 90 days deferred, but Jose pissed off the Judge so much, she gave him 180 days. The Judge says his behavior didn't influence her decision, but I don't really believe her.

Here is a hearing after that where he's begging to be let back out.

Do I count? I applied for an SA position back when Sessions was running it. They made us sit in a room and watch a 10 minute video about how they were focusing on hiring women and minorities. Then gave us a psych exam (which I aced cause I'm not an idiot)....but I never got an interview despite having a decade of investigative experience before applying. I do however still like ham n eggs.

We dredge every damned thing. We also build what various municipalities ask us to do, but rarely design those projects. Most places want everything to stay just as they remembered it, so we end up fighting mother nature and usually lose that battle. Read up on the Achafalaya River and what it did to the dams. Another request from the locals who bought and paid for it, but didn't care for the results.
