Obama Judge Declares That Illegal Aliens Have the Right to Carry Guns (Which Of Course Liberals Deny That US Citizens Have)

Of course, of course.

Americans have no right to arm themselves -- but illegal aliens do!


In a concerning legal twist, an Obama-era judge ruled to empower illegal immigrants with gun ownership rights, defying American legal traditions and prioritizing non-citizens over Americans.

In a flagrant example of judicial activism, U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman, an appointee of Barack Obama, undermined U.S. law by ruling against a federal statute that rightly prohibits illegal immigrants from possessing firearms. This audacious decision, issued on March 8, comes from the case of Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, an illegal alien who flagrantly violated U.S. laws by possessing a firearm.

Coleman's ruling is a blatant disregard for the Supreme Court's guidelines and the Constitution's intent. While relying on the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen decision, she erroneously extended Second Amendment rights to an individual who has already broken U.S. laws by his illegal presence. This stands in stark opposition to the D.C. v. Heller decision, which clearly states that the Second Amendment's protection is for law-abiding members of the political community -- a status illegal aliens do not possess.

Historically, U.S. laws and court rulings have consistently maintained that non-citizens, particularly those illegally present, do not have the same rights as American citizens.

In Houston yesterday, I dropped-off my Jeep at a body shop for repairs of damage by a driver attempting to change lanes by driving through my vehicle. I had to get a rental car; their van came and got me. I personally dealt with five people in total, all Hispanic. Not unusual now in Houston. Each person was courteous and professional. Spoke perfect English. They knew their jobs and did them well. I believe each was at least second-generation native born. The Melting Pot can still work. The Dems don't want it to work.

Not quite, the Dems have 213 right now and the GOP will have 217 after Gallagher resigns. McCarthy's seat goes to a special election in May I think and will be a retention. Bill Johnson seat will be filled in a special election in June (Ohio) likely GOP retention, and Brian Higgins (Dem) seat will be filled in an April 30th special election. The special election for Ken Buck's seat, likely to remain GOP is scheduled for June.

From what I gather, Gallagher's Wisconsin seat, due to when he arranged as a FU to his constitutents will not be filled until the fall general election. If he had resigned prior to April, then it would have been filled before then by special election.

Oh, I didn't see any ire directed at me. I saw it as point/counterpoint in a discussion that I had no desire to 'win'. I appreciate what you said. I presented evidence that people may not see. Perhaps all they see is 'newcomers' in airports, or in shelters, or on welfare. There's another side too. Some of these guys are working - who knows the percentage or whether it's on the table or under? Driving brand new commercial vehicles, perhaps enjoying lunch every day at a fast food joint that is too expensive for my wife and I except on a very occasional basis when we get discount coupons in the mail.

Something is happening and I don't know what it is or why it is what it is.
