The CDC Illegally Hides Its Report on the Vaccine's Causing of Myocarditis from the Public
Plus: GAINZZZ

8h8tn0.jpg

John Sexton wrote up a NYT article about "fat acceptance" influencers who decided to lose weight.

As you've probably heard, such people are mercilessly attacked and canceled by the "fat acceptance" community. They are insistent that everyone joins and remains a member in good standing in their death-by-chronic obesity suicide cult.

Someone, I think maybe Short Fat Otaku, offered a blunt reason about why "fat acceptance" is a cult for teenagers and twenty-somethings, and why those thirty and older begin leaving the cult: Because obese people either begin getting their first scary diagnosis -- such as diabetes 2 -- in their thirties, and because they start dying in their forties.

Fat acceptance maniacs always claim you can be morbidly obese and "healthy." Well yes you can be -- if and only if you are 18-28 years old. Young people are naturally healthy and can indulge a whole range of very unhealthy behaviors, from smoking to drug abuse to college and post-college alcoholism, and bounce back pretty well when they quit. Because they have a Wolverine-level healing factor.

Once you're out of your 20s, though, these unhealthy behaviors start imposing real and permanent consequences on you.

I quit smoking the second time I hocked up a very gnarly piece of bloody gristle out of my lungs. I googled "can you cough up part of your lung" in a frenzy. Sources said no, it's just thick mucous with some blood, but it sure looked like a piece of lung, and then I said: "That's it. I'm done with this."

And that didn't happen in my 20s.

These kind of unhealthy behaviors do not kill you quickly. They take years and decades. But eventually the chronic conditions do show themselves.

And so you have these 31-year-old fat acceptance fatinfluencers being told that they're going to have to go on insulin for life unless they start eating less and exercising more, and so they start dropping their bad habits like, well, bad habits.

On to the non-vaccinating vaccines: In 2021, the CDC prepared an alert, warning that myocarditis was a possible side-effect.
In 2021, the CDC prepared a draft warning about the vaccine causing myocarditis.

But then they withheld it:

Evidence has purportedly been uncovered that the CDC knew during the COVID-19 vaccine roll-out that the vaccines were associated with an increase in potentially deadly heart muscle inflammation called myocarditis. Still, the agency allegedly swept that knowledge under the rug.

The revelation stems from an internal email dated May 21, 2021, between CDC officials obtained by The Epoch Times. In the email titled "Draft alert on myocarditis and mRNA vaccines," Dr. Demetre Daskalakis, the CDC's lead on Equity in COVID Data and Engagement, informed two other senior CDC officials that the alert was attached. However, The Epoch Times was unable to obtain the draft alert.

A FOIA demand was submitted, seeking the report.

Want to see what the CDC released?

Apparently that is all too real.

These people need to be imprisoned. They have no right to hide information about their own malfeasance and malpractice from us.

It's maddening.

On to the cute animal videos:

No GAINZZZ here, either. LOZZEZ. Went to the doctor this week and she told me I'm fat (no shit, but I'm working on it and steadily losing since November) that my high blood pressure could be due to alcohol consumption (yeah, I drink like 2-3 times a YEAR, did you not read the intake form?)

So what possible reason does the CDC have to redact a medical report? Sources and Methods?

14 To be fair, all the vaxx were experimental and everyone signed a waiver that, in bold print top of first page, clearly stated you were being a lab test rat and if kills... well... that's part of the experiment.

AND the Guvment and employees straight up said they'd render you desolate and homeless if you did not volunteer.

...
That first part was buried on page 12 under other fine print, and the threats was just misubderstanding.

BLS just reported that in February 2024, the US had 132.9 million full-time jobs and 27.9 million part-time jobs.

In February 2023 the BLS reported the US had 133.2 million full-time jobs, which is a decrease year over year.

So all the job growth in the last 12 months has been in part-time jobs, which have increased by 921K since February 2023

If you ever decide this is not fun, we can talk about high volume eating. Calories in, calories out will always be the thing. You can , however, eat a ton of food and still be in a calorie deficit. It’s much more sustainable long term than being hungry all the dang time. When you get to a place where you no longer need to be in a deficit but just need to sustain, you can still eat a ton of food. 😊

I hope that Trump exerts considerable energy on ACCOUNTABILITY of those who preceded his upcoming second official term. Do good things to save the Republic, yes, but do not forgive/forget that which was done to punish American citizens. Firing and/or prosecuting those agents who actually ended up killing and destroying Americans is essential. They have to be punished. Not just recognized for their deeds; tangibly punished. This sh*t has to stop.

The lovely and perceptive Mrs naturalfake wanted to see "Perfect Days" yesterday, and while I('m not a fan of director Wim Winders films...off we went.

"Perfect Days" is a very simple slice of life movie about a toilet cleaner in Tokyo. The movie stars the Japanese guy from "Shall We Dance", Koji Yakusho, who does a great job of minimal acting but still keeping your interest with his low key, naturalistic style.

We watch the toilet cleaners very ordered and repetitive life until a change comes in the form of his niece who has run away from home, which in turns leads us to learn more about the cleaner.

This is a rather sweet movie that doesn't have any big shouting scenes or things like that. The movie trusts the viewer's intelligence and expect you to pick up on things without being told.

We both liked it quite a bit. It may be Wim Winders best film. To a certain extent he's mimicking the films of Yasujiro Ozu, if you're familiar with him.

Unlike the usual Hollywood movie, we had some things to discuss after "Perfect Days" and that was nice.

Check it out.

BONUS! You get to see a selection of the most oddball toilets in Tokyo. Maybe I'll set up "The Tokyo Toilet Tour

A homeless guy in Germany had 217 boosters, and is showing zero effects from them.
apparently he was getting the vaccination cards for the shots, and selling them unsigned, but the German health ministry who usually comes down like a load of bricks on minor violations with vaxx passports decided not to pursue this massive violation of the "norms"
He seems to have gotten the idea when he was picked up and shuttled to get his shot, and managed to sell his card.

1) either the German ministry of health has decided to be lenient in the face of this fraud
2) the local vaxx sites were pumping their numbers by giving saline to the homeless
2) the locall vaxx sites were making duplicate vaxx cards and selling them for themselves
4) The guy is actually an alien who they only discovered when they did immunology tests on him, and are now hiding the whole thing in case it panics the world.

I am thinking number two, though humber 4 could be explained away by claiming that Superman exists, and he is German.

It's better but it still hurts every day and I can't do much more than a mile. Luckily swimming really helps and I feel good after swim, jacuzzi and sauna.
But it all feels like a con. Like there is really nothing they can do and they are just going to wait it out and collect the money from the insurance company. He kind of told me to keep saying it is interfering with my walking or I would be deemed "cured".

73 I know a big shot, highfalutin, rainmaker fella who refuses to have any fat asses working for him. He says it shows a total lack of discipline and is a bad example for his clients to have to endure.

He once banned a broad who worked for him from flying on his private jet until she lost enough weight to be "acceptable". He also once fired a fella for being so fat he had no neck and ate with his fingers. Called him a "hillbilly fat slob".

Hilarious.

I poked everywhere around inside the car…. Got on my hands and knees (in some light rain) to look under every inch of the car. No key. So I call rental car roadside assistance… they tell me they have to tow me they have no replacement keys; I’ll need to go back and get another car… and it’s my fault because I’m the idiot that lost the key. I say “never mind” in a huff…. Check into hotel. Calm down… go back out and do methodical search and finally find the stupid thing wedged in a tiny corner almost impossible to see it there….. I’m such an idiot!! My BP had to be astronomically unhealthy for that 30 minutes….

I go for the low fat stuff - pour the shredded stuff into a ramekin with mushrooms, onion powder, and (I know it sounds odd) a few pieces of seaweed snack (seaweed and avocado oil only). Heat it up until gooey and indulge. My bane used to be frozen mango chunks but wow do they have a lot of (natural) sugar. So blueberries and lots of cheese.

And the brits just did a big study on IVM which they said "IVM has to be shown to be 40% better than doing nothing, or we will declare it a failure". It was only 20% better than nothing, so they have declared IVM a failure and recommend the vax instead.

145 Piper: "Strength training is great! There is this misperception it will turn you into a bulky beast. You can, if that is your thing, but it requires a boatload of calories and heavy weights..."

Back in my college days, I did a decent amount of weight-training. Lots of reps and increasing weights. The goal was to lift heavy but safely. So I guess I had a built in check on bulking up by default. I simply could not bulk up. Get cut and firm, oh absolutely, but not big. Not even in the same galaxy as body builders. Not trying for that but there was no freakin' way I'd ever get there (even with steroid enhancement).

Point is that even with increasing weights and reps, if you put into your cycle any aerobic activity, you're not going to bulk up. Oh, I suppose you could, but you'd have to almost literally live in a gym.

a) if you can get one of those retail PO Boxes, not the ones by the USPS. The owners are pretty good about logging in stuff when it arrives, and the Post Office can be lax about stuff being picked up
b) WTh it is not like there is a street value for Losartan
c) do some research on yourself, I am not a biochemist, try looking it up on examine.com, they review supplements there

149 Wise to check with the pharmacy program. With my old insurance I could only get a 30 day supply of a daily med with a small copay. Turned out the Pharmacy program could give me a 90 day supply for a few dollars less. Convenience factor alone made it worthwhile.

I think it gets the heart of Herbert's book right, about the danger of cults of personality and those who seek power. If someone goes in thinking that Herbert wrote Paul to be a hero, they've obviously deeply misread the book and never read Dune Messiah.

The problem is the elevation of Chani. She's kind of terribly written.

Maybe you could have salt / pepper / acid on the table as condiments so you could add what you like. I've started doing that even for myself...sometimes even during a bowl what was good at the start needs something partway down.

They have salt and pepper on the table - it's why I'm going with daughter's taste buds on salt. Spouse loves it and she hates it, and I figure at a soup dinner, better to air a little lower than a little higher...

The acid - I just love "alive" flavors, and I think a little lemon or balsamic would pick this up to perfect. Then again, when it's the allergy free option, no one expects perfect, but they do have a mental picture of what they think the soup should be (which is where it is)...and hitting the expectation is sometimes more important...

In the books, Chani is deeply dedicated to Paul and accepts her position as concubine in order for Paul to cement his power. Paul's downfall is essentially self-imposed since he won't go far enough to pursue the Golden Path, relegating it to his son, Leto II.

They have one child who is murdered as a baby. Then they have the twins, and Paul goes into the desert shortly after their birth.

300 I heard that interval training is good, so I have plotted out a 2-mile walk-run from my apartment.

I pulled my fitbit out of the closet and charged it.
I found the control to be so infuriating that I threw it away.

I will instead get a pouch to hold my phone, and it will be much easier that way.

301 Daylight time. Standard time. I don't much care.

If it's all the same to you, then we should stay on Standard Time if for no other reason than that it's the frickin' standard. Have there ever been any actual, proven benefits to DST as opposed to merely purported benefits? As someone smarter than I once said, only politicians would think that they can legislate the amount of daylight.

306 Wendy, I heartily recommend this kind of life change. Do it!
I moved, went to a MoMe, learned to shoot, went to Texas and here I am. My kids are happy that I have a life in addition to being part of theirs.

309 Skiing is fun but hoo boy, it's expensive.

Someone on YouTube ran the numbers and you can fly to Switzerland, stay in a swank hotel, ski for a week, eat and drink too, for less than a few days at a US ski place (flights not included).

312 I bought whole wheat flour by not thinking it through, so I have been making whole wheat bread. It is not as tasty as white. Among other things, it doesn't rise right.
It acts like rye bread, without the flavor.

I think the recipe my auto bread maker had for whole wheat had 2/3 white flour and 1/3 whole wheat flour. You might try that.

I used to do that - a small sachel or side pack with the phone in it. Only danger was that the battery swelled up and broke the phone after some time of 100 degree weather hikes. You might try a cheaper burner phone instead.

My age became apparent a couple weeks ago. Swooshing down the hill gracefully like an old guy, remembering days of my misspent youth attacking the moguls with Zeppelin blasting on the Walkman. Felt pretty good about myself until the moment the 6 year old granddaughter blew by me and it took half the mountain to catch up. We started her skiing at 3. Go for it Wenda!

322 I was born in Montana. Grew up in Wyoming. Have lived in Colorado for nearly 30 years.

I have never gone skiing. As a kid, too poor; as an adult, simply not interested enough to put up with traffic and all the other rigmarole.

Hiking and snowshoeing are far less aggravating.

So does anyone have any GAINZZZ?

I don't think there's any tougher time of the year for gainzzz. Days are short, a lot of rain is too common so getting outside into nature is tough.

Half a million years of evolution still has our bodies desiring to put on weight under these condition. It's the best time of the year to hide the scale in the closet and count calories at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
