Leftwing Regime Propaganda Outlet Axios Reports That Donors Have Noticed That Biden Can't Speak Without Consulting Staff-Prepared Note-Cards

Donors, you say? The people who sponsor The Regime's political advertising campaigns?

You had my interest, but now you have my attention.

President Biden has been using notecards in closed-door fundraisers, calling on prescreened donors and then consulting his notes to provide detailed answers, according to people familiar with the routine.

Why it matters: Biden's reliance on notecards to help explain his own policy positions -- on questions he knows are coming -- is raising concerns among some donors about Biden's age.

The president is 81 but claims he feels younger.

The staged Q&A sessions have left some donors wondering whether Biden can withstand the rigors of a presidential campaign, let alone potential debates with former President Trump, 77.

Biden advisers say the president is given notecards only for very detailed and technical questions, and say he frequently does spontaneous Q&As.

Uh-huh. When does Biden ever give "very detailed and technical" answers?

Most recent presidents -- including Trump, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush and Barack Obama -- have carried crib notes, or used teleprompters, to help guide them through various public events and meetings.

In Biden's case, donors have noticed he's also using notecards in private events.

Below: An Italian TV sketch mocks Biden's dementia.

Wilson, toward the end. Possibly FDR, too, though I'm not sure. America, until very recently, had world-beating literacy and so this wasn't a consideration.

The Party runs Washington. It isn't monolithic - there are various warring factions - but it is all the Party. And the front-man is essential for the Party, because he is the one who looks like he is in charge. Without the front man, the game gets exposed. The game is not a secret, but the front man allows them - and the public - to mutually pretend.

This is why, no matter what and in all cases without exception, Dear Leader is *always* Strong Like Bull. He could be on his death bed, but he's Strong Like Bull. Kim Jong Il was robust until he was dead. Mao swam the Yangtze. Joe Biden is competent. Strong like bull.

This goes on until Dear Leader actually *is* strong, and whips the factions into line. The factional warfare continues, of course, but it does not become pathological. Kruschev vs. Cherenko. But whether a real strongman or a Party front man, he is *always* Strong Like Bull.

Some examples of the highly technical, in-depth. information found on Biden's notecards:

"Sir, you have something on your chin", "Sir, salute Marine", "Enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants", and then it further instructs "You take your seat" and then ""YOU give brief comments (2 minutes)," "YOU ask Liz Shuler, President, AFL-CIO, a question," YOU thank participants" and "YOU depart."

Those are the notecards you put around the house for your elderly relative that has dementia.

How much have the cocktail of drugs that got Biden through the 2020 debates & his few barely coherent press conferences over the past 4 years contributed to his accelerated mental decline now? His brain has to be mush at this point. He's already had brain hemorages when he was younger so you know he has to have weak blood vessels up there. It's amazing he's still upright at this point. Every day he's looking more and more like the creepy preacher from Polgergeist 2.

I disagree.

The primary factor is that the must continue to hide that nobody is really running the administration.

There is no lone puppeteer or even a unified committee running the administration. There are various committees, all at each other's throats in their internal game of thrones in web of factional power.

That's so much more terrifying than a single person or cabal who's *really* in charge. If there were a single regent or committee of regents, they'd be doing damage control and smoothing out ruffled feathers. But there isn't. Nobody is in control or in charge overall.

They'll make sure of it. My guess:
- No more than one public appearance within 48 hours before the SOTU (prep as they move his sleeping schedule around)
- A top-notch drug cocktail to make him lucid
- A well-rehearsed speech with little if any reference to events more than 72 hours prior to the SOTU
- Address time limited to 40 minutes, targeted for 30 if they can manage it, total event including walk-on/walk-off/glad-handing does not exceed 60 minutes, likely closer to 50.
- No public appearances for 48 hours following the SOTU (recovery)

Bronx medical school, the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, is now tuition-free thanks to a $1 billion gift from Dr. Ruth Gottesman, a former professor.

Gottesman, whose late husband was an early investor with Warren Buffett, has made it a condition of the gift that the college NOT change its name—an unusual requirement in a world where much smaller gifts often come with the requirement that the colleges be named after the donor.

Most students at the Einstein College of Medicine graduate with $200,000 in debt; they will now be free of that burden.

Trump has demonstrated...[he is] profoundly unwell mentally and emotionally. Some of the country’s and world’s leading mental health professionals have concluded that based on his behavior, Trump is likely a sociopath if not a psychopath.

...given Trump’s dangerous personality and emotional state, he is almost certainly plotting revenge and how to make his “enemies” suffer as revenge for finally being held accountable by the courts and the rule of law.

"Phonemic paraphasias" —the substitution of non-words for words that sound similar—are not normally seen until a patient enters the moderate to severe stages of Alzheimer’s...examples of Trump’s non-words: Beneficiaries becomes “benefishes.” Renovations become “renoversh.” Pivotal became “pivobal." Obama became “obamna.”

Biden has been excoriated for forgetting names, which can be a normal part of aging...

From that we can predict that they will assume all hard line Catholic conservatives are appalled at the idea of an African Pope (as we saw in Google Gemini). I'm not sure they could possibly process the fact that all of us were actually going "Please, God, pretty please, make the next Pope African. Or the next ten."

Note that Clarence Thomas's marriage hasn't budged their conviction that we all want to lynch those in mixed marriages.

430 "Biden advisers say the president is given notecards only for very detailed and technical questions, and say he frequently does spontaneous Q&As."

What they don't report is that Biden is doing the Q-ing and the staff are doing A-ing. Biden will ask, "Where am I?" and the staff will answer. He'll than ask, "I'm serious you guys." Then staff answers.

And they'll answer as specifically and prolonged as necessary for the answer to register in Biden's remaining, functional neurons.

It's really not the normal Q&A dynamic.

437 I believe very strongly that there will never be a Bien/Trump debate. The risks for Biden are far too great, even though presidential "debates" are better described as "joint appearances."

The contrast between Biden & Trump is just too dangerous for Biden. He'll say, "I won't dignify Trump by being on the same stage with him." He's already said this once or twice.

Yes; the nasal "Fran-speak" is something she puts on. Growing up in Queens or wherever, she may have had that accent originally, but she's trained herself out of most of it.

There's a scene in The Nanny where Fran accidentally gobbles some Wasabi, practically faints, and then speaks for a few moments in a "normal," lower, non-nasal register. As funny as anything Lucille Ball ever did.
