When it comes to the complete collapse of this nation, allegedly still America, it's the Democrats that are making some colossally stupid mistakes. But unfortunately for us, it's the GOP that is intentionally trying to drag the Democrats' collective(ist) donkey ass over the finish line. And that's not a mistake but malice aforethought. The Kalorama Klown Komintern, via its pervert criminal shambling cadaver of a puppet Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants has intentionally erased our borders and allowed in nearly 8 million unknown, unvetted foreigners from every shit-hole on the planet to run wild at our expense and our peril. 8 million would constitute the largest standing army in the world, maybe even double that. All of them are free to do whatever the hell they want. Pick lettuce, if that, or more likely collect welfare, free medical care and line up for housing all at our expense. That's the least of our concerns. It's individuals like this that should raise some pulses:
A member of the Somalia-based al-Shabaab terrorist group was caught entering the U.S. illegally in March of 2023, but was soon released into the country and roamed free for nearly a year before he was arrested in Minnesota by ICE in January, according to an internal agency memo obtained exclusively by the DCNF. Boeing is toast. They suffer from the same problem a lot of American manufacturing has, lack of engineering and technical talent. Americans are now wise to the fact that their pay substantially increases if they job jump every few years. That puts a tremendous strain on engineering continuity.
But management doesn’t care because they think engineers and technicians can be swapped out like cogs in a machine. What happens though is a massive loss of institutional knowledge.

Boeing is toast. They suffer from the same problem a lot of American manufacturing has, lack of engineering and technical talent. Americans are now wise to the fact that their pay substantially increases if they job jump every few years. That puts a tremendous strain on engineering continuity.
But management doesn’t care because they think engineers and technicians can be swapped out like cogs in a machine. What happens though is a massive loss of institutional knowledge.

Subject matter expertise is a function of six months on the job in cross-training. All similar people can become any given person within two calendar quarters, so don't worry about it.

If I had skillz I'd write one of those multi-paragraph screeds about it.
But the bottom line is this; society's collapse is being hastened by this phenomenon. Planes that are unsafe now. Soon elevators, bridges, cars, appliances and everything else that involves some level of engineering and assembly will be massively defective.
And there's nobody competent around to fix them.

There are plenty who aren't, of course, but Millennials in general are firmly on the left, and Millennial women are very firmly on the left. The latest episode of Tucker Carlson about the Darien Gap in Panama is frightening. Cliff Notes on this longer then an hour episode: There is a 60 mile gap in the Pan American highway from North and South America where it appears 'migrants' from all over the world come together. Predominately males from China (who are silent about their reasons for migration) blend with other migrants from other countries to be less noticeable in sheer numbers.
Is it an invasion force poised to strike upon some signal and bring the USA down? Time will tell. Scary stuff. Worth a watch if you have the time.

No, it isn't, but that is likely the extent of what she can do. If her fans are already progs (or even old-fashioned default libs) and thinking of tuning out but they tune in instead, that's a win. But I doubt the effect is going to be all that great and I suspect that the voter demographics for Millennial women are going to pretty consistent as compared to the last cycle.

I won’t let Taylor Swift influence my enjoyment of the SB. Look… for an actual football fan, the NFL has become a mere shadow of its peak 70’s thru the 90’s… more and more safety rules and more and more referees influencing game outcomes (I’m convinced). But it’s still football and I’ll still watch and kinda pull for the Chiefs (sorry) because I like Mahomes…. Seems like a humble guy and I read somewhere he’s a Christian (have no idea if that’s true). There will be a few moments of annoyance when the cameras inevitably pan to the red lipsticked one but oh well I’ll just concentrate on my pizza or nachos in that moment

Enthusiasm is good, but pissed off with an option to show you're pissed off is better. The 3rd party candidates are going to be the protest vote in November by (D) voters. Just as Bush and his 'read my lips' screw up propelled a lot of (R) voters into a vote for Ross Perot.

Had an interesting conversation at work yesterday. Three lefty co-workers. They are absolutely against the open border. Even they see how it is not sustainable, there's no where for these people who don't speak the language, etc., and are not happy that they suck up all the taxpayer resources (not that they phrased it that way, but still). One of them had lived in Mexico and was adamant: We got nothing from Mexico except higher taxes as foreigners -- and that's how it should be. Mexico only took care of its citizens, wouldn't even let retired Americans move there. They only accepted Americans with a job/steady income that was deposited in Mexican banks. They sure as heck didn't allow homeless on the streets in places like Cabo (meanwhile CA has turned its lovely beach roadsides and charming shopping areas into free range campgrounds).
Very interesting that they switched out of bleeding heart mode of "those poor people, we must help them" to "this cannot go on, it is workable from any angle."

I don't think we are in any position to ignore any weapon at our disposal. The media has been working 7 x 24 since November to boost Swift and Kelce as America's sweethearts. Kelce is already Mr. Pfizer.

I’ve been in manufacturing for 27 years in engineering, project management and maintenance management. I recall engineers coming and going back in the 90s (I stuck with my first company for 14 years before the plant closed). The problem of retention seems to be getting worse.
That’s just the way it is. Based on my experience I do not recommend anyone stay at the same job for more than 5 years. Every time I have moved to a new job I’ve gotten a large raise in the process.

IMO those two demographics have totally different agendas and are probably not in contact with each other (officially).
One group is likely bent on spreading mayhem and killing. The other is more interested in replacing the rest of the government and infrastructure they haven't co-opted yet.

Years ago I would run on the beach in an undisclosed location. The public men's room where I showered had a stall where a gloryhole had been drilled between the two stalls. Over a few years, the maintenance crew , instead of replacing the stall unit, had bolted plate after plate over the glory hole until it was about 6 inches in thickness. Somebody really liked that gloryhole. Hilarious.

I worked for a medium size engineering firm and managed to accrue sick time, which they paid out when I left them for other employment.
Only job I ever had which did not pay sick time nor allow the accrual of vacation time was when I worked blue collar union jobs.
