Considering the 1st 2 states delegates don't count toward anyone, and I have no idea how many other states Biden didn't officially run in, he might not have the votes on the 1st ballot, so it could be incredibly simple to bring off. And, don't forget, he has a candidate who will also siphon delegates, but will never be allowed to win...thus, it's very possible there is no majority on the 1st ballot which lets everyone vote at will on the 2nd...

That's why it's so important for everybody all along to have been acknowledging who our current actual president is: so Obama can't just run again behind another puppet and be able to disown the policies that turned the People against his previous puppet.
