An NGO to Fly Illegal Aliens Into America Is Founded By Former "American" Presidents Clinton, Obama, and George W. Bush

Fuck the Uniparty.

Three of the five former Presidents of the United States have started a new non-governmental organization (NGO) with the explicit purpose of chartering flights to import illegal aliens into the United States.

As reported by Just The News, the NGO Miles4Migrants, founded by former Presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton, is teaming up with two other organizations, American Express Global Business Travel and Welcome.US, to expand upon a previous effort that focused solely on Afghan refugees following the disastrous withdrawal of American forces from Afghanistan in 2021.

Welcome.US was originally launched for the purpose of bringing in at least 85,000 Afghan refugees, and also has ties to the far-left billionaire George Soros and his Open Society Foundation. The new coalition between Welcome.US, Miles4Migrants, and American Express Global Business Travel will seek to raise money to import illegals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and Ukraine.

It's taking me a little bit to come out of weekend mode. I'm having trouble figuring out which stories to cover. It seems pointless to cover big stories that broke yesterday, like DeSantis dropping out, abut there's not a lot of stuff that's happened since.

So instead of an arduous trek El Norte and being in hock to the cartels, we're just going to fly them in all expense paid?

Sounds like a great deal for the recipients. Oy vey.

Not to mention to necessary and obvious cooperation from the government. When I fly home from a foreign country, I have to stand in line, have my passport validated, have DHS peer up my ass with a flashlight, get shunted into secondary double-deep ass examination if I have no much as a snack in my bag, and generally be treated like a piece of shit by my government for having the temerity to come home from abroad.

Yet these guys - no passports, no visas, no legal status - are just going to be waved through.

There is chatter on some obscure sites on the Internet that George W. Bush was "MK Ultra-d", meaning he was behavorial conditioned by the CIA (or some organization very like them). It has shown up in different places at different times, which does not confirm or deny it.
He was recently (in the last few years) mentioned by Michelle Obama as her "secret" friend. Michelle Obama is really "Big Mike", and according to the late Joan Rivers, is a tranny. And Joan was likely "killed" in surgery, a minor cosmetic surgical procedure, because she said that publically.

The Aztek concept car was cool. Probably could not have been built. But regardless, GM took the concept and butt-fucked it, shat on it, ran over it with a front-loader, set it on fire, and then pissed on it to put the fire out. The result was the production Aztek.

Although oddly, what the Aztek was -- a small, deliberately cutesy somewhat car-y, somewhat SUV-y vehicle -- was ahead of its time. That type of vehicle is a large part of the vehicle market today.

I for one (can’t believe I’m saying this) now think it might’ve been better if Gore won in 2000. Perhaps in that alternate universe we never would’ve gotten the GWOT and all the domestic surveillance crap that came along with it. And who knows maybe his lockbox would’ve saved social security…..
Posted by: LinusVanPelt at January 22, 2024 12:23 PM (1jdMT)

The Clintons were mostly jealous that 9/11 didn't happen on their term.
Most of the surveillance stuff doesn't really tie into GWOT, the Patriot Act is pretty much entirely sunsetted at this point. FISA is from 1978. There's a bit of outpacing that new communications tech does vs legislation over time, but the legislation usually catches up. Intel agencies pretty much do what they want regardless.

I hope you do a post on Desantis stepping aside. I was hopeful he would have gone all the way. Not sure why he didn't. His actual record as a conservative and getting stuff done is very good. I hope he runs again. It was probably a good move for his future seeing poll numbers to call it. I will gladly vote for Trump and hope he wins as a big hearty FUCK YOU to the NT'ers. There is party registration, and if you are registered to a party, you can only vote in that primary.

If you are no registered to a party and call yourself independent, you can choose to vote in one primary or the other. NH has a very large number of independents, so the Nikki plan is to get the liberal independents to show up for her in an Operation Chaos.

But Operation Chaos' almost never actually work, and I doubt this is the time it does.

The 26-week has been the weakest yield since the Bill issued on November 5th. The inversion of the 26-week sticks out like a sore thumb. And it's all bonkers as compared to the benchmark 10-year. The last 10-year was at 4.024%. This week's 4-week Bill is at 5.285%.

The inversions have been going on a long time. It's weird.

Yeah the math doesn't make sense to me. In order to normalize, the 10 year would be 150 bps above the fed funds rate, which is a 300 bps drop which we'd typically only see in recession.

The so-called "crossover vehicle" market. Huge market.

I give credit to AMC for inventing it. The Eagle was a tall, four-wheel-drive station wagon built on a car chassis that handled like a car while providing excellent performance in inclement weather and had decent cargo capacity. It was the first of what I would consider a true "crossover" and it hit the market at least 20 years before they became a big deal.

________

Agree. I was talking about the sub-market for "cutesy" or deliberately over-styled crossovers. The Eagle was fairly conventionally styled, as are many modern crossovers (I hate that term, btw). The Aztek was deliberately over-styled. That was new at the time. It's very popular now. I don't like it, but many people do.

Kentucky GOP's New Bill Decriminalizes Use of Deadly Force Against the Unhoused. Source: Truthout

...criminalize homeless encampments and expand the state’s Stand Your Ground law to allow property owners to confront unhoused people with a gun. The proposed legislation grants cities the authority to designate specific areas for unhoused individuals.

So they're willing to spend money on arresting, trying, and imprisoning people but not spend money on simply helping them. Absolute braindead logic.

Kentucky's conservative evangelical heart continues to show how cold and menacing it is. Dems should go door-to-door reading the damn Sermon on the Mount, then sharing info that shows how horrible the GQP really are.

Why wouldn't the law just require the land owner to call the police and have them deal with it? Authorizing deadly force encourages people to use it, even if the situation doesn't actually need that level of escalation?

250 225 How specifically was Desantis's campaign bad?

I think this is the equivalent of candidate-quality complaints.

Most of the GOP electorate did not come into this with an open mind. That's not a criticism; there was a strong preference for Trump, and for most that preference was not really open to challenge. What could Desantis have done differently that would have made a difference?

Probably nothing.
Posted by: All along it's been Trump; the polling has been clear on that at January 22, 2024 12:43 PM (L81HX)

DeSantis's campaign was unremarkable. Which as far as winning goes(this time or next), is bad. Vivec gets points for getting lots of airtime without any real backing, that demonstrates effective political skill.

If DeSantis ran in 2028 against a more crowded field campaigning like he did this year, I'd bet he'd lose. But he's got time to figure things out before then.

-------------

His only path was going to be if Trump didn't make the finish line - say an untimely illness / death (he is old and not totally out of the realm of possibility - no matter how active he is), or an indictment / conviction that prevented him somehow.

But the latter was tricky because it also made an already very strong Trump - stronger - at least among the base. The base that DeSantis would need if he was there to fill a void.

I think DeSantis should have come down much stronger on those indictments - saying they were political witchunts. He should not have attacked Trump at all.

But he was in a tough spot. Hard to tell a guy that may be at his Apex politically to wait four years.

The only reason I don't consider the GL wagon is because its ground clearance was bog standard. It was a 4WD wagon, not a crossover. Crossovers are taller and higher off the ground. The Eagles were AWD, too, rather than selectable 4WD (an area in which Subaru would eventually become top dog, but wasn't at the time).

I think the GL is a "close but no cigar" contender for "first-ever crossover" but this is also something that doesn't really matter

Nah. I don't think he crossed any permanent lines with MAGA voters. He challenged Trump, threw out a few attacks here and there, and lost graciously instead of dragging things out or being petty and butthurt.

He could really gamble and be an ardent, vocal supporter (which might hurt him in 2028 if Trump loses), or go back to focusing on Florida and making a name for himself as a successful, activist governor.

Would have been a tough race regardless due to past history of Trump but essentially Walker nor DeSantis could break free of the donor vetoes that paid for their campaign staff. Walker has his Liz Mair types in the campaign and DeSantis was forced to issue vague statements on Ukraine spending, end his ship the illegals to blue areas, and so on probably due to donor pressure and donors specifying specific staff for the campaign.

As we've seen time and time again, state-level heroes compromise heavily once they reach the federal level, especially when they run for president.

As whig points out, it's a donor problem. Big dollar donors don't want conservative warriors, and if they have to settle with one, they use all of their tools to get them to shut up on the things that actually made them popular.

If Kari Lake ran for president and gained traction, the donors would compromise her. I doubt she'd be much stronger than the half dozen other people we could point at over the past 15 years.

Third, Trump voters aren't going to blame him for anything. I don't mean that in a bad way, but Trump is not like other candidates. His supporters love him - he can do no wrong. So attacking him with the hopes that you will peel off his supporters would not have worked - on any issue.

Carson may be the best example of a very skilled and intelligent person who just doesn't have enough of the Entertainer in him to ever be a successful candidate. We live in a mass media world now, and anyone who runs for election has got to be good in that environment. It's been said before and needs saying again; there's a reason that 2nd and 3rd tier actors find it easy to outdraw top tier Politicians in a public contest. It's the nature of our world now.

I don't decry this, just note as something we all have to live with. Milei's success in Argentina is in large part becausae he is an incredibly engaging speaker, he brings you to your feet when he starts talking. For those who don't remember, Ronald Reagan was like that, too.

446 The changes in college football have basically turned it openly into a semi pro league. That means the richest schools will end up with most of the talent especially with the new transfer rules.
Posted by: whig at January 22, 2024 12:57 PM (ZcPYF

This.
If the sportswriters and networks have their way, there will emerge a 32 team tournament at the end of the football "season" that will determine the rankings and #1. Why 32? Because that is about all that NIL money will support. All the other teams will either whither and die or reconfigure into leagues that will play the usual college football game until those sports departments cannot afford them anymore. And of course at some point, government will step in and "save it."

447 307 It will leave open the door for another Trump-like outsider which could be taken advantage of, but the GOP is going to work hard to prevent it.
Posted by: TheJamesMadison
---------
I think the GOP is actually falling apart as an organization simply because it is caught between a rock and a hard place of donors/elites versus its voters. It is always easier to work with forces of nature like popular will but the GOP elites/donors simply want to continue the status quo well after they have lost any 'mandate' of heaven for effectiveness and change. As a result, GOP voters by and large detest most GOP officeholders and would gladly vote for someone else except the Democrats are now insane and promoting evil.

Unstable situation. The Dems have their own problems because their donors are batshit crazy and dragging their candidates to the left that leaves average Dem voters in the cold.

So the uniparty is that both GOP and Dem elites/donors are well left of their own party voters.

Biden can't effectively run against Trump on the issue because while Trump may have funded it, the Biden junta mandated it for a lot of people and both the GOP and Dems were fully on board with that until Big Pharma and Big Health care ran into the rock of growing public opposition. Now, I think, the update of Covid vaxx boosters is single digits percentage wise and compliance with other vaccines is down across the board.

That was the point. They were never intended to be used, they were intended to technically - but barely - satisfy the regulatory requirements.

The modern version of this is importing "passenger vans" to avoid the Chicken Tax. They have the cheapest, bare-minimum rear seats and glass. They rolled off the ship, imported as "passenger vehicles," then rolled into a warehouse where the seats and glass are removed and the glass panels are replaced with steel. Then they roll out as cargo vans ("light trucks.") The glass and seats are partly recycled and otherwise shredded. Not worth shipping back.

588 Unless he drops dead, he's the candidate... I believe every word about Kamala and Dr. Jill though...
Posted by: It's me donna at January 22, 2024 01:50 PM (n2vyf)

You can tell he's going to be the candidate because otherwise Dr. Jill... DOCTOR!... would be having an affair with Kamala.

Posted by: I used to have a different nic at January 22, 2024 02:05 PM (z99Zw)

589 The funny thing is the claim is illogical. If he doesn't want Kamala to be President, then not running would achieve that more effectively. Putting her in as VP again makes it more likely she's President.

A few points to keep in mind:

A. Joe is retarded... and senile, but that's a new development.
2. Jill doesn't want to leave the WH.
III. Joe is retarded.

590 The American citizens that Biden left behind in Afghanistan, will they also get to ride on the COW airlines flight?

Answering my own question, of course not silly, there is no TSA in Afghanistan so they can't board the planes, Duh. Can't let potential Domestic Terrorists on board.

591 The reason white people are not enlisting is because:
1) ...
2) ...
3) Non-white people have fewer options in 2024 than white people, therefore they're more likely to enlist.

That number 3 would seem to imply that the Biden economy is racist. I wonder if any of the regular posters there have considered that.

596 Use their rules against them.

If a ballsy sheriff finds out such a flight is landing at his local airport, he should seize the aircraft using civil asset forfeiture. The crime in which the airplane was used would be (drumroll) human trafficking, which is entirely plausible.

Needless to say, the airplane would be parked in a corner of the airport, not generating any revenue for its owners, until the case works its way through our typically lethargic court system. If enough sheriffs used this tactic, airline owners would quickly learn not to haul immigrants in-country for the government.
