Pro-Hamas protesters heckled Biden at his racial-hatred rally in Charleston -- and Biden congratulated the pro-terrorist protesters for their "passion," saying that he feels the same "passion" -- against Israel, he means.

Biden supporters in the audience countered the protesters' "cease-fire now" chants Monday afternoon by yelling "four more years," prompting the president to acknowledge that the conflict continues to roil his own base into the new year.

"I understand their passion," Biden said from the podium in South Carolina, the first Democratic primary state in this year's nominating calendar. "I've been quietly working with the Israeli government to get them to reduce and significantly get out of Gaza, using all that I can to do."

Variety: Jodie Foster Says Gen Z Is "Really Annoying, Especially in the Workplace": They're Like, "Nah, I'm Not Feeling It Today"

Jodie Foster took a humorous jab at Gen Z during a recent interview with The Guardian, saying they're especially annoying to work with. Gen Z, the generation directly proceeding millennials, comprises those born after 1996 and through 2010.

"They're really annoying, especially in the workplace," Foster told the publication. "They're like, 'Nah, I'm not feeling it today, I'm gonna come in at 10:30 a.m.' Or, like, in emails, I'll tell them this is all grammatically incorrect, did you not check your spelling? And they're like, 'Why would I do that, isn't that kind of limiting?'"

Well, class: Is she riiiiiiiight?

Another female teacher will face rape charges after having sex with a 16-year-old student.

Glamorous Missouri math teacher, Hailey Nichelle Clifton-Carmack, is charged with rape for having sex with a 16-year-old student at high school - and the victim's dad faces charges for 'allowing relationship to happen'

Hailey Nichelle Clifton-Carmack, 26, a Missouri high school teacher is accused of having sex with a student

Police were informed of the alleged relationship between teacher and student after a classmate came forward and showed photos of the teen's scratches

Teen's father, Mark Creighton, is accused of knowing about the relationship but failing to report it - he has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child

By James Gordon For Dailymail.com

A pretty math teacher from Missouri has been arrested in Texas and accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 16-year-old high school student.

Hailey Nichelle Clifton-Carmack, 26, from Waynesville, near St. Louis, was arrested by the Garden Ridge Police Department on Friday in Comal County.

The sexual assaults are alleged to have taken place in Missouri's Pulaski County, about 800 miles away from where she was apprehended by cops.

In a further twist to the case, the teenage boy's father has also been charged with endangering the welfare of a child after it was claimed he knew that his son was in a relationship with the educator.

Court documents state that the teen and teacher had sex during school and used other students as 'lookouts,' according to KRCG.

I'll allow it:

The media had a field day with pedophile priests but just never gets around to doing a story on the large number of teachers who commit sexual assault on minors.

Portland is suffering from a surge of shigella, which is passed by feces and sexual contact.

Homeless people are spreading Shigella in and around downtown Portland, Oregon. Cases are now surging and could lead to a public health emergency.

Shigella is a highly contagious bacteria that spreads through fecal matter. It's usually spread when the bacteria is on someone's hand and then they touch their mouth, or through sex. The Portland metro saw at least 218 cases of shigellosis in 2023, with 45 cases in December alone. Many of them occurred in Old Town.

Now, public health officials are asking the public to be mindful of personal hygiene.

It's being spread during sex amongst homeless

As cases rise, Multnomah County Deputy Health Officer Dr. Teresa Everson is advising the public to be alert, but not panic, as the cases are not occurring in the general public. But there's fear in the community that that may change. The county is offering some infected homeless people free motel rooms to isolate in so they can mitigate the spread.

"These cases can occur because bathrooms, handwashing sinks and soap can be hard to access when you aren't housed," she told KGW-TV. "And unhoused community members are at higher risk of infectious diseases in general, as they experience poorer health than the broader public."

"Homeless bums butt-banging each other in broad daylight is a blessing of liberty," asserted dour puritan pervert David French.

I made up that last part. But I feel that it has the essence of truth.

Remember when America was a first world country? That was nice. I miss that.

A Jewish student at shithole state college Rutgers publicized some of his classmates posting in support of Arab terrorism or posting flagrantly anti-Jewish caricatures.

And Rutgers is threatening to expel those students -- wait, update, they're threatening to expel the student who reported their public postings, falsely claiming he "doxxed" them and breached their right to post antisemitic content without blowback.

A Jewish law student is facing expulsion at Rutgers University for allegedly "doxxing" a pair of student "Hamas supporters" after they either shared or endorsed a video denying atrocities that happened on Oct. 7, a new lawsuit claims.

Yoel Ackerman, 36, accused the law school this week of retaliating against him instead of punishing other students that he said spread Hamas propaganda in a Student Bar Association group chat and bullied him in the wake of the shocking terror attack on Israel nearly three months ago.

The first-year Orthodox Jewish law student is facing discipline after he shared messages, including their names and photographs, with the Jewish Law School Association.

The posts included a video that claims the carnage against Israelis was exaggerated, according to the lawsuit filed Tuesday.

Law school administrators were provided with the email Ackerman sent by an unnamed person, setting off school charges of alleged defamation and disorderly conduct against him, the lawsuit states.

The two students accused Ackerman of "doxing" them -- which means exposing personal information about a person -- and defaming them by referring to them as "Hamas supporters" because of the inflammatory video they shared that questioned the atrocities of Oct. 7, the lawsuit says.

Ackerman said he sent the video to the JLSA to "protect fellow Jewish students and community" from what he believed was "harassment, intimidation, bullying and discriminatory conduct aimed at Jewish law students," the suit says.

See the posts here, but caution, the second one features the German Nazi style depiction of Jews with hooked noses greedily rubbing their hands together.

One the anti-Jewish caricatures shows Jews controlling the (checks notes) "Cancer Industry."

And the guy who blew the whistle might be expelled.

As the left has told me six thousand times over the past five years: It's not Cancel Culture, it's Consequences Culture.

I need you to prepare for a shock: The "study" that General Milley indicted the entire armed forces with, claiming their was "Extremism In Our Ranks" and specifically "white supremacy," was a complete lie and political propaganda operation.

In December of 2021, the Pentagon furthered the 'white rage' narrative, warning that 'extremism' within the ranks was on the rise, which would require 'detailed new rules' to prohibit service members from engaging in 'certain activities.'

The new policy lays out in detail the banned activities, which range from advocating terrorism or supporting the overthrow of the government to fundraising or rallying on behalf of an extremist group or "liking" or reposting extremist views on social media.

This is a common trick of the left -- naming two serious things that people cannot scoff at, like advocating for terrorism or overthrowing the government, and then slipping in the third item, "or liking a Joe Rogan clip on Twitter."

The rules also specify that commanders must determine two things in order for someone to be held accountable: that the action was an extremist activity, as defined in the rules, and that the service member "actively participated" in that prohibited activity.

Previous policies banned extremist activities but didn't go into such great detail, and also did not specify the two step process to determine someone accountable. -AP

Turns out that was total bullshit...

According to the Wall Street Journal, "Good news: The U.S. military isn't packed with violent extremists."

That's the gist of a new report commissioned by the Pentagon in 2021 and released quietly with little notice in December. The result won't surprise Americans who have spent time in uniform, but it should calm the media frenzy about right-wing radicals in the armed forces.

After reports that some service members participated in the Jan. 6 riot, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin ordered an independent study to get "greater fidelity" on extremism in the ranks. The think tank tasked with the report, the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA), "found no evidence that the number of violent extremists in the military is disproportionate" to U.S. society. A review of Pentagon data suggested "fewer than 100 substantiated cases per year of extremist activity by members of the military in recent years," the report says.

...

One conclusion was that the military doesn't need a new section of the Uniform Code of Military Justice to punish alleged "extremists" in the ranks, and that commanders can simply rely on Article 116 (riot or breach of peace), Article 88 (contempt toward officials), Article 109 (destruction or damage to property), and Article 115 (communication of threats), as well as others.

The researchers also found that "fewer than ten" out of more than 700 Jan. 6 cases involved active members of the military, debunking yet another leftist claim.

Arizona is inviting illegals to vote in their federal elections. They tell illegals that they're not supposed to vote in federal elections. And then they tell them no one will be checking up on their citizenship status.

Entende?

Arizon's lawless rules:

A person must be a U.S. citizen in order to register and vote.

A person who submits valid proof of citizenship with his or her voter registration form (regardless of the type of form submitted) is entitled to vote in all federal, state, county and local elections in which he or she is eligible. The voter registration form otherwise must be sufficiently complete.

A person is not required to submit proof of citizenship with the voter registration form, but failure to do so means the person will only be eligible to vote in federal elections (known as being a "federal only" voter). A "federal only" voter will become eligible to vote a "full ballot" in all federal, state, county and local elections if he or she later provides valid proof of citizenship to the appropriate County Recorder's office.

..

Prosecute them:

Unusually Gay "Journalist" Jonathan Capeheart has a bad case of the weepies while interviewing January 6th Profiteer Michael Fanone.

MSNBC host Jonathan Capehart got weepy during a segment featuring a former member of the Capitol Hill Police Department who served during the Jan. 6, 2021 storming of the U.S. Capitol.

Capehart was interviewing former officer Michael Fanone about this book, "Hold the Line," that details Fanone's experience on the day of the riot.

"Michael Fanone, I'm going to try to get through this -- um, thank you for what you did three years ago today," Capeheart told Fanone through tears. "Please, tell me your thoughts on this third anniversary."

Speaking of emotional sissies, Don Lemon will be posting a new "show" on Twitter/X.

Don Lemon, the longtime CNN host who was fired by the network last year, will launch a new program on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, he and the company announced Tuesday.

"The Don Lemon Show" will share Lemon's "unique and honest voice in 30 minute episodes, three times a week, covering politics, culture, sports and entertainment," X said announcing the partnership.

Lemon, in a social media post of his own, praised X as "the biggest space for free speech in the world."

"I know now more than ever we need a place for honest debate and discussion without the hall monitors," he said. "This is just the beginning so stay tuned."

The ratings will be so, so low there will be a perversity to them. It'll be sexually gratifying just to look at the low number of hits to think, "Wow, I didn't know numbers could be that low!"

And the protesters are escorted out without people throwing punches and kicks at them, unlike the crowd at some other politician's rallies.

Biden: “I understand their passion and I’ve been quietly working with the Israeli government to get them to reduce and significantly get out of Gaza.” I'd rather have Joe Biden at the controls right now than just about anyone else.

The battle is joined. Biden knows we have to rally our side. Calling Trump a loser is the strategy.

Joe Biden is indeed a good man and if not for him, the situation in the Middle East would be much worse. Progressives should realize this if they actually care about the people of Gaza because things could get a lot worse with Trump and Netanyahu working together.

Difference in between dealing with adults and children. You only see specific laws when it involves adult being in custody of the state/mental facilites/etc and the staff hired to oversee them.

Specific professions like mental health professionals, doctors, and lawyers are treated about like college faculty where it is viewed as unethical but not exactly unlawful.

Most states have passed laws to prevent the consent defense from being used in K-12 education for teachers and staff to prey on their students.

Have to be careful with genealogy records. You get considerable distortions in reported ages. I have found examples where the woman of the house gets younger every ten years by bumping up their birthdate. Some also with guys playing cagey.

The original large dataset from Mormon records often moved birth years forward or backward during a ten year period. This was to tell genealogists that the guy or girl was born +\- in a ten year period. This was done to conserve space more or less and because of natural uncertainty dealing with calendars, vaguely reported deaths etc. You also get imputing dates etc. from key events like death, birth, and marriage that muddy up the data.

Rock Hammer scissors: cavalry is balked by infantry squares, it is like circling the wagons or forming a pike square. Infantry squares are broken by light cannon. Light cannon are swarmed and destroyed by the mobile cavalry. The trick is to work them together.

I suspect the guardian getting them drunk on a regular basis would be a reason for removal from custody. A hangover lasts only one day, a potential child that you would have to care and feed via child support lasts 18 years minimum.

In a lot of states, it would be contributing delinquency to a minor to illegally procure them alcohol, cigarettes, etc.

Laws are generally created when people do a certain stupid things on a regular basis and society ends up paying for it one way or another.

All old media is, and people know where to find that. They're swimming in it. They are watching new media precisely because they *don't* want to see yet another buttoned-down, dishwater dull apparatchik spoon-feeding them the bien pensant received wisdom.

In general, old media people have none of the skills needed for these new formats (Tucker is exceptional in that regard). Somewhat and part of that was due to family traditions of arranged marriages to a 'good provider'. If you do enough genealogy though, you notice patterns that bad economic times delayed the age of both marriage and childbirth while boom or unsettled times generated more such marriages.

Spent about a decade, on and off, doing genealogy as a hobby just as all the databases were coming on line. Basically, the most solid information comes from the previous two to three generations in living memory. Before that, most of the rest is an educated guess and based on inferences.

221 Napoleon has a flat American accent and the French all have British accents. Excellent battle scenes. I need to understand the strategy of the 'infantry square'.
Posted by: Don Black

Back in the day when you can only get off a couple shots a minute and the gun's range is 100 yards or so, infantry was very vulnerable to a cavalry charge. If the men moved into a square, though, and pushed a spear or gun with a bayonet in the horse's face it would not charge and would stop out in front and back off.

Since the men in the square were facing in all directions and immobile, though, the square was vulnerable to infantry and especially artillery where it could be shot to bits.

One of the few incidents where a square was broken aside from a panic was a case where a cavalry horse charging was shot as it close and the body smashed out part of the square with its dead mass. Before they could reform the following troopers dashed in and started cutting the men down and it was soon over.

267 It was also common for the female to marry an older man.

-

Women still know that but feminism has been trying its hardest to screw them up (and has mostly succeeded).

You can watch unmarried older women who have wasted their lives becoming "independent" or "able to pay bills" or other qualities that aren't particularly special or appealing get angry at established middle aged men because the older *women* are competing with available women in their late 20s. The older women know they've screwed up and aren't going to win biologically or physically, so they blame the men for the mans decision to do what's in his and his young ladys friend's best interest.

I'm betting remembering when they were 26-30 and making the decision to ignore the guys who were interested in them but who didn't have much yet, but who were working hard and moving up and who are all grown up and established and now ignoring them for relationships is a bitter pill, too.

Feminism broke so much in this nation.

I have my G-Granparents baptismal records. That's how I know she wasn't 16 like she said she was.

291 NEW🚨 On November 18, 2022, Joe Biden's White House held an 8-hour meeting with Nathan Wade, Fani Willis's lead prosecutor investigating Donald Trump.

Never happened, MAGA lie. The art story, too. Time to start locking up these malarkey peddlers. You don't know that's true, and the President's attorney is on video months ago saying it didn't happen, and you don't have the votes in congress to do anything or the street soldiers to raise hell, so move on dog faced pony soldier.

This is what happens when you run out of hotel rooms. Soon, cities will run out of schools to vacate. Then they will come for your homes.

I've been saying. This isn't stopping in the cities.

Just one more fuze that is slowly burning. At some point something blows and the cascade begins. It won't be pretty.

294 16 yrs old is not a child but a young man. She's not a "pedophile". She's also a mother of two young girls which will now be left without support. The level of social danger of this crime is near zero.Another insane overreach by the law that leaves dangerous criminals on the streets elsewhere. She's stupid but does not deserve her life destroyed.

Don Lemon can use his new but tiny pulpit to continue highlighting aspects of modern gay culture, such as being catty and small-minded, making women cry, stealing luggage, destroying national security because the Army doesn't think you're important enough, wiping a handful of fag taint grease in some random guy's face, that kind of colorful vibrance.
