This trans activist has a podcast and recently hosted Dylan Mulvaney, another trans influencer most infamous for helping destroy Bud Light as a brand with his disturbing "girlhood" antics. Are you starting to understand how this is all one big grift yet?
Dorfman is also an actor who once appeared in a Netflix film. In a post on Instagram, he accused the Delta employees of "transphobia," describing their "misgendering" as a "human rights violation."

"When you try to advocate for yourself at @delta and are met woth [SIC] even more transpbobia [SIC] and threats of being arrested at LaGuardia [SIC]," Dorfman said in the post, which included the video of part of the incident. "Tristan, the employee, said he was fine with me posting this. didn't realize it was condescending to flag a human rights violation after another employee misgendered me incessantly.

Of note is that Dorfman was not actually "misgendered." Further, he is a self-identified transgender individual who looks and sounds like a man while also retaining the male name Tommy. It is unworkable to expect employees of an airline, who deal with thousands of customers a day, to magically know what "pronouns" a male-presenting transgender person prefers. It should not be up to normal people in polite society to have to affirm the irrational demands of someone who is just looking for attention and clout.

As you probably know, it's now a pastime among malignant narcissists and actual cluster B psychopaths to bait people into anything they can claim is a Woke Violation, and then posting the video to get attention and clicks.

But people are getting sick of this bullshit and telling the sociopaths to go f*** themselves.

No problem. There was legislation in various states (esp. California, natch) that presaged those decisions. Tom Lantos in CA sponsored a bill that basically gutted involuntary institutionalization (IIRC), and the Supreme Court later followed suit.

The guy to blame for this development was that asshole Ken Kesey, and his poxy book "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest," which galvanized this movement.

Nah. Even if they developed a virus that could dump XX chromosomes into every one of your cells you'd still have the XY in there too

Even if they developed a way to extract the XY and insert the XX, you'd still have a male form. And probably would either develop something like cancer or just plain die from your body trying to change from a male phenotype to a female phenotype.

Maybe with enough drugs and surgery it would "work" appearance wise but I doubt you'd develop a uterus and ovaries. You'd probably wind-up looking like Quato in a wig.

I hear you and used to think the same thing but recently it's occurred to me that the character that Nicholson portrayed in the movie is actually a bad guy because he's a low life criminal that games the system by pretending to be nuts. And as such, gets his just reward at the end, in my heartless opinion. Perhaps that's what Kesey's intent was?

Regardless, it was the mindless public's reaction to the movie that helped propel the groundswell. Much as the fucking movie The China Syndrome did the same in vilifying the nuclear industry. And we've hardly build a nuke plant since, I think.

The true damage is in the madness of crowds (to steal from Douglas Murray) and the cultural media's ability to manipulate stupid people.

I have. And they are becoming more common in my experience. Just had a flight to Illinois a month ago with a female pilot.

I don't have a problem with a female pilot. I do have a problem with a pilot who has mental health issues.

Quite a few flights but don't remember PrinAir specifically.. I did live in Puerto Rico and used to go island hopping all the time.

Best was Antilles Air Boats. Float planes from WWII era. Every flight was an adventure.

Virgin Gorda has or at least had an airport cut into the side of the hill on the windward side of the island. Dirt runway. The pilot would start the descent parallel to the island and it appeared we were going right into the waves but the wind gradually blew the little planes they fly down there over the runway.

But the best was Culebra. Guaranteed to make the first time visitor pucker.

163 The immediate issue is the quality of the people FedGov is putting into the FAA and ATC loop. They are the first line of safe travels. Pilots basically load up a flight plan, take off, put the aircraft on autopilot and snooze until landing.

ATC fucks any of that up and it is up to the pilot to figure out what to do to unfuck the situation. Most can. Some can't.

The ones that can't don't fly again. Neither do their passengers.

198 Talking about bad ride my husband and I went on a helicopter tour of the big island, which was arranged by the concierge of our hotel.
On the way back to the hotels, we were on I believe a sprinter van and the guy was nodding out driving. My husband and the other men on the bus were standing over him yelling at him, hey watch it. They were literally grabbing the steering wheel. It was really scary. I got out at the first hotel he stopped at and we took a cab. I don't know what that dude was on but it scared the hell out of me.

Many years when I was 16 I I was going to leave home and live with my father who live in another part of the country. I went to the airport, bought a ticket and boarded. Not any different than buying a bus ticket. Nobody said a word or raised an eyebrow. Hard to believe now that was possible.

My career has taken me around the world a few times and all across the US. I was fortunate to do most of the travel when the airlines were a lot better. I don't have much of an urge to go anywhere now but I still travel for work. A plane trip is like a bus ride now.
