Lily the corgi is 4 this month, in perfect fighting weight at 21 pounds, and her present was a walk up to the boulevard and back with the neighbor's 11 year old boy.

I gave him four poop bags because Lily's habit is to poop on every third lawn or so as she goes along, leaving tootsie rolls everywhere.

Just covered it with kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, and a homemade herbs de Provence, it looks good. I'll have to make another batch for the sides and bottom. Sour cream/horseradish combined and back in the frig.
12lb @20/lb at 300F for about 4 hours is the plan, following "Chef John's" plan, it'll go in the oven at noon.

We don't, but my grandmother (it's her recipe) did. But that was way back in the day. I use Andouille sausage and ham. The ham is just your everyday Hormel variety, but the sausage is fresh. The roux is made from scratch.
