21% of All Mail-In Voter Admit To Violating the Law in Filling Out Forms For Other People or Voting in a State They Don't Live In, Also Known as "Fraud"

There was no fraud in the 2020 election despite the Democrats taking every step imaginable -- flooding the country with mail-in ballots to every address on record, turning off even signature verification for ballots, permitting mass ballot "harvesting" by paid political actors (fraudsters).

Despite the Democrats deliberately creating the perfect petri dish culture for mass bloom of thriving voter fraud, not a single bacteria of fraud grew.

That's the fascist Regime's claim.

But people, when simply asked, tell a different story.

One in five voters who cast mail-in ballots during the November 2020 election admit to committing voter fraud, according to a new poll by The Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports.
The poll of 1,085 likely voters released on Tuesday, which was conducted from November 30 to December 6, asked, "During the 2020 election, did you fill out a ballot, in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child?" A total of 21% of respondents who said they had cast mail-in ballots answered 'yes.'
All states prohibit filling out a ballot for another person, but many states allow people to provide assistance with voting, The Heartland Institute noted.
Furthermore, 17% of mail-in voters admitted they voted in a state where they "were no longer a permanent resident." Seventeen percent also said they signed a "ballot or ballot envelope on behalf of a friend or family member."
Ballots that are cast by non-permanent residents or fraudulently signed are to be invalidated by election officials when they notice them, according to the institute.
More than 43% of voters in 2020 cast their ballots by mail, a historical record.
Also, 10% of all respondents (not only mail-in voters) said they know "a friend, family member, co-worker, or other acquaintance who has admitted ... that he or she cast a mail-in ballot in 2020 in a state other than his or her state of permanent residence."
A total of 8% of all respondents said they were offered "pay" or a "reward" for agreeing to vote in 2020 by "a friend, family member, or organization, such as a political party."

Meanwhile, Dick Durbin demands that Clarence Thomas recuse himself in Supreme Court hearing over Trump's claim of 52% of Republicans say they won't vote for Trump if he "goes to prison," and I think the figure is that 40% won't vote for him if he's convicted.

So it's obviously important to Trump to get primary votes in before jury votes.

Whether that's good for the GOP, I'll leave it to you to decide.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) and other Democrats on the panel argue that Thomas faces a conflict of interest because his wife Ginni was outspoken in support of Trump's false claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen.
"There are so many unanswered questions about the relationship of the justice and his family with the Trump administration that I think in the interests of justice, he should recuse himself," Durbin said.

Rolling my eyes at the idea that any of the liberal justices husbands or lesbian galpals' aren't rabid leftwing partisans.

For God's sake, Kagan was herself the legal architect of Obamacare and refused to recuse herself from then deciding on the legality of Obamacare. And Thomas is supposed to recuse himself because his wife, like most other wives in DC, is politically invested?

Anyway, I don't see why they're even working themselves up about Clarence Thomas for the 5,376th time, because I have never heard of some doctrine of permanent presidential immunity.

Don't get me wrong, Fani Willis' RICO case is a trumped-up crime in itself. But I've just never heard of even a theory that a president is just immune to all criminal action. I've heard that criminal procedings can be delayed until after his term so that the public's right to his attention is not interfered with, but not that he's just generally personally immune.

45 It gets better. In 2014 residents of NY passed a constitutional amendment that requires districts to be drawn by a commission and disallows gerrymandering. When that commission failed to agree on a map, a judge had a special master draw a map based on the constitutional amendment which also specifies what can be considered. That map was used for the 2020 elections in which republicans gained seats in Congress. But since Republicans aren't allowed equal representation under law and constitution, Democrats elected their own judges who have just voted to overturn that map (weird how that works- huh?) and have ruled a new map should be drawn. One that favors Democrats, disenfranchises the voters and subjugated the constitution. NY is no longer a state, it's a Democrat Prefect.

I think that's the claim -- that asking about election integrity is something a President should be doing, so prosecuting him for doing his job is something that generally is off limits. I don't think they're making a claim that a President would be immune for a crime outside the scope of his duties.

Now, Trump's lawyers are also making a douple jeopardy claim with respect to the impeachment, and that one's dead in the water. It's clear that impeachment is a political act, basically just getting fired from your job, that has no judicial consequences.

As has been argued before, nobody took to court the question of whether states violated their own laws. They went to court with flimsy evidence of ballot dumps and voter machine "malfunctions," which the courts refused to accept.

Had those state law violations been challenged, enough of the states Biden "won" by the thinnest of margins, could have been rendered null and void.

I cannot remember off the top of my head which one it was (I'm inclined to think it was PA), but the courts said that a Secretary of State making unilateral changes to voting procedures out of step with election law passed by the legislature was cool because covid (and Trump, but only implied).

It's pissed me off for *years* and did when I learned about it. I was in college in 2004, and the on-campus registration drives were intense. I asked one of the registration squads, "are you checking to make sure that the students you're registering actually live here? Most people on campus do not have legal residence in this place. They need to register at home and vote absentee."

Virtually no students are residents where the campus is. On-campus registration drives are highly suspect and every registration that comes out of one should be scrutinized carefully. Neither is true.

I don't think any hacking is required. The Dominion voting machines and software seems designed to enable fraud. Democrap agents can just change the vote tallies at the source, and nobody's any the wiser or can do anything about it. We say this in real time at least once in 2020, when thousands of Trump votes were somehow changed to Biden votes -- right there on the screen reporting vote totals. Trump's went down; Biden's went up. And nobody did shit. There's no actual physical ballot "paper trail" any more.

Maybe they thought I had made a mistake the first time around so they gave me another chance. I did not vote twice, guess I was the biggest sucker of all.

I asked her, a long time Republican (daughter of a Republican voter from the MN Iron Range, which was heresy in the 1930's to now.), which party she wanted to vote for, and followed her own wishes.

It's pissed me off for *years* and did when I learned about it. I was in college in 2004, and the on-campus registration drives were intense. I asked one of the registration squads, "are you checking to make sure that the students you're registering actually live here? Most people on campus do not have legal residence in this place. They need to register at home and vote absentee."

Deer in the headlights.

Virtually no students are residents where the campus is. On-campus registration drives are highly suspect and every registration that comes out of one should be scrutinized carefully. Neither is true.

I assume it's because of some tween-oriented TV shows or video games have used them as a soundtrack. It's not just soft rock and pop. 80s metal is having a resurgence with kids too.

The schools fight hard for this fraud.
Many are in small cities and they want the power of being able to control their government using that temporary population. Where I went to school it infuriated the town population, but not most as most of them are connected to the school.

You are right but I take it one further -- a student is not really a citizen of the school jurisdiction - they are still a dependent of their parents (in most cases) and how the hell can you be a dependent in one state but claim to "live" in another.

This is easily solved by raising the voting age to the point where brain is mostly developed - 24 minimum. Or other forms of limiting the vote to contributors to society.

There were cases about the proper changes in voting laws, and how those processes weren't followed. Not in every state. I cannot remember off the top of my head which one it was (I'm inclined to think it was PA), but the courts said that a Secretary of State making unilateral changes to voting procedures out of step with election law passed by the legislature was cool because covid (and Trump, but only implied).

The theory of presidential immunity for actions taken while in office is to prevent exactly what is happening--e.g. lawfare.

The president is charged with faithfully executing the laws and the remedy for that is actually impeachment, not criminal charges. The whole immunity thing stems from British law--in British law, even now, technically the King (or Queen) appoints the judges so that they are officially agents of the sovereign. So essentially you cannot use the courts to sue or criminally charge the King or Queen for official actions (gets murky on private actions) but can raise a claim in civil matters.

The reason is criminalizing (or civil actions relating to official conduct) second guessing on all presidential decision making by subsequent administrations or by court action actually violate the separation of powers by having courts and juries second guess official decisionmaking which a president must do to perform the office's powers.

The remedy for official misbehavior of a public nature is impeachment and removal, not criminal indictments.

This allows dem controlled big cities to control the security -- and the fraud -- and prevent good oversight.

In past, votes were tallied at each precinct with strict local oversight. Only the tally's were passed on up. This hierarchical system also allows a quick vote count. In 2020 the dems fought to centralize. This had been part of the mail in and computerized push going back to 2000, but in 2020 it was vastly expanded. With centralized voting the Republican districts are dependent on the counting done in the central centers under democrat control.

It all depends on the format and compression and how well the original and compressed mix was. Some newer Apple formats are lossless. The ones that are compressed use very high (higher than CD) sample rates. The resulting quality is going to be way better than analog from an LP. But some older, very compressed formats (like those that used to be ripped)? Sure, an LP might sound better.
