Connecticut Election Thrown Out Due to "Shocking" Evidence of Ballot-Box Stuffing

"No evidence" of fraud in any US elections, period.

(Except when Democrats say so.)

Court Overturns Ganim Win in Bridgeport Primary, Calling Evidence of Fraud 'Shocking'

BRIDGEPORT -- A judge ruled on Wednesday to overturn the city's Democratic primary election, initially won by incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim, following claims of absentee ballot fraud by his opponent, John Gomes.

After two weeks of evidentiary hearings for Gomes's absentee ballot fraud lawsuit, Judge William Clark ordered a new Democratic primary based on 180 pieces of evidence presented by Gomes's legal counsel.

In the 37-page ruling, Clark said the video footage presented by Bill Bloss -- Gomes's attorney -- was particularly alarming.

"Mr. Ganim was also correct to be 'shocked' at what he saw on the video clips in evidence that were shown to him while he was on the witness stand," Clark wrote. "The videos are shocking to the court and should be shocking to all the parties

Ganim was one the many city officials called to the Fairfield Judicial District Superior Courthouse for questioning, along with Wanda Geter-Pataky, vice chair of the Bridgeport Democratic Town Committee and operations specialist for the city, and Eneida Martinez, a former City Council member accused by Gomes of stuffing ballot dropboxes.

At the witness stand, Ganim told the court he was "shocked" by an 18-minute video -- subpoenaed by Gomes from Bridgeport police -- that appeared to show 12 instances of Geter-Pataky either depositing stacks of ballots herself or handing ballots to others from behind her reception desk, and four instances of Martinez dropping off ballots.

Asked about the footage during the hearings, both Geter-Pataky and Martinez asserted their Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination . Ganim, who appeared to win the primary by 250 votes after a count of absentee ballots, denied any involvement in the alleged fraud.

Under state election law, absentee ballots may be only returned by the ballot applicant, a family member, a police officer, an election official or a caretaker. Clark said the footage provides direct evidence that state law was violated when "unauthorized partisans" handled and submitted ballots.

I'm sure there were no "unauthorized partisans" handing in huge stacks of absentee "ballots" in the swing states in 2020!

...

"This is a victory for the people of Bridgeport," Gomes said. "Our campaign always believed that the integrity of our democratic process must be upheld and Superior Court Judge William Clark agreed."

On a Wednesday phone call with CT Examiner, Bloss said the new ruling is a "necessary first step" towards correcting absentee ballot misuse in Bridgeport.

...

"I think there are some reforms that can be used in terms of the application process, in terms of preparing signatures, in terms of identifying people who return absentee ballots on behalf of voters if they use dropboxes or the U.S. mail," Bloss said. "The system works everywhere in the state of Connecticut, except in Bridgeport."

Huh. Checking signatures and checking up on people collecting absentee ballots -- "ballot harvesters," as most call them.

Interesting!

Proposition: If Democrats are willing to stuff ballot boxes in a barely-matters local race, to a degree that even a Democrat judge finds it "shocking," I think they'd be more than willing to stuff ballot boxes to defeat the man they've created a Cult of Hate around, yes?

Something to keep in mind is that Connecticut has decent voter roll maintenance. It's a thoroughly rotten borough that can never be lost by the Party, so they're okay with having some variety of roll maintenance.

So these are probably just unused ballots - people who didn't vote, but are on the rolls. But get enough of 'em and you've got yourself a party.

And its been an issue for those of us curious about what went on - I think most of this audience knows exactly how the fraud worked, in varying degrees.

I think the requirement of proof needs to change. Congress was willing to suspend the assumption of innocence in sexual harassment, I'd say al those who proclaim we are a bunch of election deniers must prove their elections are clean.

I get a kick out of talking about the Pennsylvania election in 2020. Somewhere around 90,000 more ballots were cast then voters. So, in some incomprehensible scenario where every ONE of Pennsylvania's voters went to the polls, STILL 90,000 more ballots were cast.

Even with that level of ballot stuffing Joey barely won the state. Can it be done again? Don't know.

Only way I see it possible is if Joey gets some major bags of cash from China to distribute to Philly in 'walking around money'. But times are tough and that bag better have some big denomination bills in it. Inflation is a bitch.

Of course, the fact is that both candidates were Democrat. But once you have that trigger, it goes off.

Now, if it is used against a (R) or an (I), then them's the breaks. Or so I've heard said on The View.

Had they taken a different tack, a way that was being advised to him by people who weren't in his inner legal circle, he might have won. But because he was listening to Dersh and the various grifters who are now taking plea deals in Georgia, his legal efforts failed.

Detroit is the laziest about voter fraud because they don't even bother to backfill ballots. They just report whatever number they feel like.

PA might be missing chain of custody records for hundreds of thousands of ballots, but they did the work of inserting the ballots after figuring out the margin they needed to make up.

The actual black vote in those cities was probably 10% of what was counted, and Trump got about 14% of the actual black vote, but 0% of the counted vote in the fraud cities.

And they were right, Fux Nooz couldn't prove it. So they had to pay."

Not sure who "the people" are but the crux of the Dominion issue has always been the data feed.

Simply put, the Dominion voting machines were hooked up to the internet so they could track and coordinate post-election Day fraud efforts based on vote totals. That's why the variability in the voting batches suddenly disappears, they spread out the fraud in batches since they didn't want the spikiness of 90% or 100% Biden ballot drops(which is more conventional). Trying to go for a specific ratio also looks weird in data though as it causes variability to disappear.

False reporting doesn't require them at all since it's easy enough to relay false results.

Anyone who actually watched the hearing held in Georgia after the election knows that the Dominion machines were in fact used to cheat. They violated numerous parts of their contract most notably that the machines were not hooked up to the internet. They were.

Right in the middle of the hearing one of the election experts hired to look into the claims of cheating logged into the machine from the hearing room over the internet in the middle of the hearing. That alone should have led to the election being voided but nothing happened.

The cheating was rampant and widespread and multiple techniques were used. In many if not most cases real investigations weren't even allowed. That does not mean cheating didn't happen, if anything it means the opposite.

In the big blueshitholes the number of Biden only votes was a significant number of Biden's total votes. By contrast almost all the votes for Trump or Biden in red areas had down ballot votes.

So either you believe that voters in areas controlled by the left only vote for the top office unlike everyone else or...that its easier to cast a fake ballot just for the top office.

Every time a news blog has claimed Dominion voting machines are crooked (or some variation of that claim), Dominion has sued for corporate libel, & said, "Ok, you printed it. Now prove it."

Dominion has won EVERY lawsuit it has filed, & received millions of dollars in damage awards. Whether the losing defendants have enough money to satisfy the judgments is a different question.

The overall savings reserve is quite bad, but it is also split. Lots of people have nothing and a lot of people have a lot. But whatever your savings level, some of it should be in cash at home for true emergencies or stuff like this where the banks suddenly have gigantic foul-ups. You don't want to be unable to buy gas or food because the banks aren't working properly. Cash still spends, and everyone should have some.

This is going from memory but the feed from local election offices were reported thru Scytyl simultaneously to the Sec. of State office AND to Edison for media use. One theory is that the subtraction of votes and allocation of a percentage of those votes were 'lost' and another percentage were allocated to the other candidates via an algorithm. Essentially, for large scale voter fraud to occur, there has to be some reconciliation of evidence which is why you got a reversal.

The errors also only occurred one direction only which was from GOP to Dem and the observance of disappearing votes was also seen the runoff GA elections to fill the Senate seats in January 2023.
