Judge Orders the Biden Administration to Stop Cutting Texas' Razorwire Barriers at the Border to Allow Illegal Aliens In

The federal government is destroying state property and state-erected barriers:

A federal judge on Monday temporarily blocked the Biden administration from cutting razor wire installed by Texas on the border with Mexico.
"The Court grants the motion for a temporary restraining order until the parties have an opportunity to present evidence at a preliminary injunction hearing before the Court," wrote U.S. District Judge Alia Moses in her ruling. She did, however, allow an exception that permits federal agents to cut the wire in the case of a medical emergency. The order will last until Nov. 13, barring any extension, and the parties will have a hearing on the case on Nov. 7.
Texas officials sued the Department of Homeland Security and other agencies last week for removing the razor wire, arguing that the Lone Star State has "the sovereign right to construct border barriers to prevent the entry of illegal aliens."

Of course you see the problem with the ruling: Biden will just have the CPB claim there's a "medical emergency" every time they want to cut open Texas' barriers, just liked the entire medical establishment claimed that "racism" was a medical emergency even worse than covid which blessed the BLM riots.

From a historical perspective I think it would be a matter of degree. The most direct and relevant comparison being the border conflicts with Indians. The Indians weren't "immigrants" by crossing a state's borders. But the federal government was definitely involved when the scale of conflict got large.

As I understand it, the barriers are on state of Texas land, and not directly on the border.
So the feds are technically trespassing on state lands to damage state property.

The feds have previously claimed the right to enforce the border up to 50 (or is it 100?) miles from the border.
But that was for checkpoints.

This is destruction of state property for non-enforcement of the border.
Of course, I'm sure they will lie and say they had to remove the barrier to process the illegals. Ignoring the reasonable alternative requirements that they could process them AT the border.
