Biden Traded 82,000 Page of Emails Under His Pseudonyms While Vice President

No doubt all of these emails were discussions of the weather.

President Biden sent or received up to 82,000 pages worth of private emails while serving as Barack Obama's vice president, the National Archives disclosed late Monday as part of a lawsuit brought by a conservative organization.

The Archives revealed that the trove of correspondence spanned all eight years of Biden's vice presidency and included messages to or from three shadow email addresses: "robinware456@gmail.com," "JRBWare@gmail.com" and "Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov," according to a joint filing with the Georgia-based Southeastern Legal Foundation.

"The fact that as vice-president, Joe Biden sent 82,000 pages of emails from alias email addresses is shocking," Southeastern Legal Foundation General Counsel Kimberly Hermann told The Post.

"The American public has a right to know what is in those emails. SLF remains hopeful that now that we have confirmed that the emails exist, NARA will fulfill its legal obligation and produce them in a timely and transparent manner."

It is unclear what topics are covered in most of the emails or who else was looped in on the messages.

I already told you, he was only speaking about "the weather." Possibly also wedding plans and yoga routines.

Margot Cleveland writes that "Trump appointee" and Very Special Counsel David Weiss had thoroughly vetted evidence of Biden's corruption in hand -- and covered it up.

The Delaware U.S. attorney's office received a detailed briefing that established the FD-1023 implicating Hunter and Joe Biden in a Ukrainian bribery scandal was not Russian disinformation and was not sourced to Rudy Giuliani, according to a transcribed interview of former Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney Scott Brady. Yet the Delaware U.S. attorney's office seemingly ignored the work undertaken by the Pittsburgh office and acted with willful blindness to the evidence implicating the now-president and his son.

Last Monday, Brady sat for a transcribed interview before the House Judiciary Committee. Over the course of some six hours of questioning, the committee elicited testimony revealing the Pittsburgh office's diligence in tackling the task given by former Attorney General Willam Barr: to screen evidence presented to the Department of Justice related to Ukraine.

The public has known for some time, thanks to Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and IRS whistleblowers, that the Pittsburgh-based U.S. attorney's office had provided the Delaware office information about an FD-1023 that summarized a "highly credible" confidential human source's reporting that Hunter and Joe Biden pressured Ukrainian energy company Burisma to pay them each $5 million in bribes.

More recently, IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley revealed that Delaware Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) Lesley Wolf had refused to accept a briefing from the Pittsburgh office until ordered to do so by Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General (PADAG) Rich Donoghue. According to Shapley, Wolf wanted nothing to do with the Pittsburgh-based U.S. attorney's office because she believed that no information from that office could be credible, having, in her mind, originated from Giuliani.

However, the FD-1023 was unconnected to Giuliani. And Brady's testimony, a transcript of which The Federalist has reviewed, confirms the briefing to Wolf made that point clear. Brady testified that in briefing Wolf, his lead AUSAs told her the FD-1023 "was from a credible CHS that had a history with the FBI, and that it was not derived from any of the information from Mr. Giuliani." Further, in the briefing, the Pittsburgh AUSAs informed the Delaware U.S. attorney's office they believed the FD-1023 had indicia of credibility that merited further investigation.

Brady's testimony also revealed many other facets of the briefing. For instance, Brady explained it was "a substantive briefing" of the information his team had screened and had concluded was credible -- or had some indicia of credibility -- and which they "thought would be of interest to them or that they should investigate further..." Brady reiterated that in the briefing, the Pittsburgh AUSAs shared information they had vetted that they believed "required further analysis, further investigation, including using the tools of a grand jury," and that included the FD-1023.

...

The Pittsburgh-based team of prosecutors also identified many potential witnesses related to Ukrainian corruption, Brady testified, with some in Ukraine and others in the United States. Brady explained his investigators interviewed some state-side witnesses, confirming that the screening process went much beyond interviewing Giuliani.

Significantly, Brady explained that in screening the evidence, his office vetted the FD-1023 and the CHS "against known sources of Russian disinformation." To conduct that analysis, his team worked with the Eastern District of New York. "It was found that it was not sourced from Russian disinformation," Brady told the House Judiciary Committee.

Responding to allegations of Biden’s misconduct always take a while, as they don't hear it through their media sources, and don't want to talk about it until they get their general talking points guidance through social media.

I'm sure we'll hear "it's the lies about Hillary's emails all over again", "Biden has been vetted by the Feds and is beyond reproach", "this is right-wing conspiracy theory stuff to distract from Trump's legal and cognitive issues," etc. Oh, and Putin-funded misinformation, too.

98 Does WHCA handle vice presidential communications, too? If so, given the volume of messages (though we don't have timestamps on everything, so it's possible they're all concentrated during times when Biden was not at work), it seems like this is a case of WHCA letting this go on. They control White House comms and per my understanding, it's based on whitelists for devices and addresses.

If this went on while Joe was at work, would WHCA have to specifically enable it?

The statute was meant to close a loophole in other obstruction laws related to the destruction of evidence, but left open to interpretation the terms “corruptly” and “official proceeding” in the following passage – to the point where, defense lawyers claim, it can be used to criminalize political activity. The passage reads:

(c) Whoever corruptly—

(1) alters, destroys, mutilates, or conceals a record, document, or other object, or attempts to do so, with the intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding; or

It was obvious when they announced Frozen III and Toy Story 5 last year, and they were the only things announced with any real enthusiasm from the Disney fan crowd.

They are a sequel factory run by executives who don't understand storytelling. It's the 90s VHS craze (The Lion King 1 1/2!) all over again. Except much more expensive.

A lot of voting analysis (Mitch McConnell style) focuses on negative advertising and turning elections into a base versus party base election.
That lets "conservative" parties worldwide pursue pro corporate and statist policies favored by their party donors.

How many times have conservative parties given people something to actually vote for? Instead of we are the lesser evil/better mangagers/etc? That kind of weak assed crap stirs no one seeking a renewal of Western civilization.

Biden won because of massive cheating, it had little to do with the media. That really is not in question. Will they cheat again? No doubt. But there is also little to no evidence that Newsom is super popular outside the leftwing media. Remember, he was recalled as governor. In Clownafornia.

And just what policies is he going to push? How will he be any different from Biden? Poll after poll shows Americans hate Biden's policies and Newsom is even more extreme than Biden. He just spent a week in China giving Xi a tongue bath about green energy and golf carts and we all know he loves illegals. Sure, the media will protect him if he happens to be the nominee because he's a Democrat but I doubt he's going to be an upgrade in popularity over Joe.

I'll believe it when there is a single move by Biden to actually step aside.

Currently, the DNC is spending tens of millions of dollars on his re-election. That's enough of a sign for me that the establishment is going to back him no matter what.

Also, Philly will vote 120% for any Democrat no matter what, so electability is not really an issue.

Same here, or at least sometime early that year. I'd discovered the Alfred Hitchcock suspense anthologies like Stories for Late at Night and Bar the Doors, and I moved on from there and the James Bond and Man From U.N.C.L.E. books to stuff like Rex Stout and Ellery Queen.

I did enjoy the Marvel X-Men "Phoenix Saga" in the Eighties, and in fact have the volume at home. But that was light-years in maturity removed from the Silver Age Superman Family DC comics.

293 Black women are a small slice of the population, and it's not like their actual votes matter.

I've been hearing predictions of Democrats losing the black vote because they have to nominate a black person, despite having nominated nothing but white people and mostly pushing white people for the position ever since Obama left office, and yet...Philly keeps voting 120% for whatever Democrat comes along.

Weird, huh?

307 “Should Scientists Openly Debate Vaccine Policies?” This is the title of video published by Dr. Paul Offit which appeared in transcript in MedpageToday on October 20th

If the policies are flawed, of course scientists should debate them, in fact it is their duty to do so. But as Offit describes, this has often not been the case when it comes to the Covid-19 vaccine policies. He discusses two examples.

The first has to do with the so-called “bivalent booster” vaccines offered in late 2021 and early 2022. There was no evidence those so-called boosters made any difference against the new strains they were supposed to be effective against.

The second example has to do with the US authorities now recommending yet another booster for everyone from 6 months up, while most countries only recommend them to high-risk groups. According to Offit, the rationale given for the wholesale recommendation is not that the officials believe everyone should have the boosters. The rationale is that if they are recommended to everyone.

It is not the minority vote so much as the activist role in the fraud machine. To do ballot harvesting legal and illegal, it takes a very large operation of people in urban areas to make it work. For whatever reason, females predominate in the offices dealing with voting matters and single pro abortion and pro feminist females are a core bastion of democrat party activism. They were wrecked by Hillary not getting the nod in 2016 and I think after Biden's incompetence, are not really willing to wait for another go at putting the first female president in office, preferably one of color.

Hmmm.

Assuming a lifespan of 68 years (because why not - for those that made it to adulthood, living into the sixties or so was normal), that is about 2.14 billion seconds. At a 1:1 ratio between seconds and years, that would imply that a vampire born in the preindustrial - though not prehistoric - era has lived barely any of his expected life. Even if he got "turned" at age 55, that still leaves more than half a billion years on the clock.

372 Trump's support is more purpleish rather than deep red compared to other Republican candidates.

Michigan and Wisconsin are not normal R states to campaign for.

Appealing to LIVs, Independents(this value tends to get skewed in data based on party identification, people drop out of their party into I and keep voting their party), and Democrats is literally his distinguishing factor.

The "too right-wing to win the general" election is the generic criticism for Republican candidates. It's often dubious but particularly absurd for Trump given who and where he wins.

Kind of agree. Except, they party doesn't want Kamala...she's more unpopular than Biden, somehow. I have no doubt there are some shenanigans at play in elections, but the more fake votes are needed, the higher the chances of SOME kind of detection and consequence. If nothing else, an actually unpopular presidential candidate could hurt downballot candidates in less corrupt districts.

I have no doubt the Dems Party leaders would like Newsome (or maybe Whitmer) actually as president...but the only way to make that work without pissing off most of the base is to have Biden announce he's not running BEFORE the primaries, so it looks like a fair competition, where Kamala loses (again).

445 How did that thing get into the trash compactor on the Death Star?

Why compact trash that was being ejected into space?

Must have been Democrats.

Considering the vast size of the Death Star, imagine the size of the sewage treatment plant in that place...Also, everyone is drinking/eating recycled waste.

do actual people spend all day on Twitter?

Around here, in our lonely forsaken little town, most people spend time at the cafe, bar and the Cenex having coffee in the back.

452 As someone pointed out, 82K emails = 1 every hour of every day for 8 years. So, in a (let's say) 9-hour day, that's 10-11 emails an hour. Most of us send that many or even more in a typical work day.

Not that F. Joe would have plunked himself at a computer for 9 hours straight every day for 8 years.

458 You ain't getting their botes anyway. No loss. Just don't come around crying when you are hurting. Especially when you vote against your best interests because you want to theow a temper tantrum.

I don't like the guy! Reeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!

Posted by: rickb223

You're a child.
Posted by: Archimedes

You've got that backwards. Children stomp their wee little feet and throw a tantrum because they didn't get their way. Adults man up and and do what is necessary.

I've cast many a vote that wasn't my choice, Bush & Shrub, but the alternative, Dukakis & Gore, were far worse.

And I've never voted against my self interests, especially because I didn't like someone.

459 An update on Booty Patrol. We have relatives in the area, so sent the link. The owner has been identified and cited for impersonating law enforcement (with a spin on the news report that he was Up To No Good with all this). Fun is dead in Sarasota.

460 Note that the Blade remake was originally announced to be featuring him training his daughter as a vampire slayer. Perhaps Disney has realized that'd go over like a lead balloon now... I'll also note, because like six people saw it, that Blade has made his MCU debut already in the post-credits scene of the Eternals, where he turned the Ebony Blade over to the Black Knight.

It is inevitable that the characters from the original Avengers will return in some fashion... Disney is not the corporation that lets IP lie fallow. By all reports, we'll get recastings by the end of the Kang saga. That said, I'd definitely show up to see the original cast return for one last ride.

461 I get that this is excessive and these email were definitely discussing Biden & Co. Corruption and God knows what kind of national security information but just a question. Is the President allowed a personal email to actually discuss and talk to family and friends not also in government or do transparency laws require the disclosure of personal email just to make sure that government business is not being conducted through there?
