The IDF Screens a 43 Minute Assembly of Hamas Terrorists' Body Cam Footage, Proudly Showing Their Atrocities and Exulting in Evil

I don't really like what Israel's doing, concealing this evidence and showing it only to invitees.

This should just be made public, period. The terror-deniers are not going to be convinced because some media people -- who are trusted by about zero of us -- report what they the Israel Defense Forces showed them.

But if you are going to do this, invite terror apologists like Mehdi Hassan and Karen Attiah. Put them in the difficult position of being forced to straight-up lie to continue propagandizing for their Jihadist allies. Make MSNBC and the Washington Post choose between firing its woke identity-politics hires or endorsing their lies about what the video shows.

The video shows savageries little-seen since the 11th century. Outside of the Holocaust.

The Israeli government on Monday screened for 200 members of the foreign press some 43 minutes of harrowing scenes of murder, torture and decapitation from Hamas's October 7 onslaught on southern Israel, in which over 1,400 people were killed, including raw videos from the terrorists' bodycams.
The government said it had decided to show journalists part of its collected documentation in order to dispel what a spokesperson characterized as "a Holocaust-denial-like phenomenon happening in real-time," as doubts have been raised around the world about some of the most horrific of Hamas's atrocities.
The footage was collected from call recordings, security cameras, Hamas terrorists' body cameras, victim dashboard cameras, Hamas and victims' social media accounts, and cellphone videos taken by terrorists, victims and first responders. Over 1,000 civilians were slaughtered by the terrorists, and at least 224 people were abducted.
In one pair of videos that were screened, Hamas terrorists are seen dressed in IDF uniforms, flagging down passing cars and then shooting their occupants.

Dead bodies are dragged out of vehicles and left in the middle of the road after terrorists rifle through their belongings and in some cases steal the blood-soaked, bullet-ridden cars.
In another video, first responders are seen pouring bottled water over still-smoldering bodies, hoping to snuff out the remaining embers.
In another, a man writhes on the ground, bleeding from his stomach, as a terrorist tries repeatedly to decapitate him with farming equipment. The man appears to be southeast Asian, possibly one of Israel's foreign agricultural workers.
In another clip, from after the assault, an Israeli woman is seen trying to work out if a partially burned woman's corpse, with a mutilated head, is that of a family member. The dead woman's dress is pulled up to her waist and her underpants have been removed.
Major Gen. Mickey Edelstein, who briefed reporters after the viewing, said that "we have evidence" of rape but "we cannot share it," declining to elaborate further.

In the second segment, captured through a call recording application on a victim's phone, a different son reaches out to a different father. "Dad, I killed 10 with my bare hands," the terrorist excitedly tells his father in Gaza. "Their blood is on my hands, let me speak to Mom."
"Please be proud of me, Dad," he adds.
Identified by his father as Mahmoud, the terrorist says he is calling his family from the phone of a Jewish woman he's just murdered, and implores them to check his WhatsApp messages for further documentation.

Among the still images included in the raw footage reel were those of a decapitated soldier, several charred human remains including those of young children, a pile of dead bodies in a bomb shelter, and several Islamic State flags that the military said were found in Israel.
Speaking to the press corps, Israel Defense Forces Spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said that Israel has been identifying Hamas with Islamic State (or ISIS) since October 7 primarily because of the Gaza-based terror group's methods.
"When we say Hamas is ISIS, it's not a branding effort," said Hagari.
"We say ISIS in the sense of -- [Hamas's] media elements, cruelty, and barbarism are ISIS elements," he said. He also noted "the guidance of manuscripts" found on killed and captured Hamas terrorists, the primary force of which was from the group's Nukhba commando unit.
"It's this idea that they would take all measures, [even] against Islam, to not allow the existence of Israelis, wherever they are, [including] Bedouins, Arab Israelis, foreigners," Hagari said.

Not shown in the film is the account of girls being found dead and so thoroughly raped that their bones were broken during the violation.

So is this working?

No, the terror deniers are just claiming that just because a baby was decapitated, it doesn't mean it was "beheaded." If you shot an RPG into a family home and the shrapnel cut a baby's head from its body, that's not an deliberate beheading, you see.

The video has had no effect on AP. AP forbids its "journalists" from referring to Hamas terrorists as terrorists. They must be called only "militants."

A "militant" is defined as "someone engaged in combat." The synonym offered by M-W.com is "fighter."

So that's what these guys were -- just soldiers, "fighting" children and little girls who objected to being mass-raped.

The news outlet states in its "Israel-Hamas Topical Guide" that because "terrorism and terrorist have become politicized, and often are applied inconsistently ... the AP is not using the terms for specific actions or groups, other than in direct quotations." The guidance will affect how dozens of regional newspapers and national outlets like Politico report on the ongoing war in Gaza.
Hamas, an Islamist militant group dedicated to the annihilation of Israel and Jews around the world, is classified as a terrorist organization by dozens of countries, including the United States and the European Union. Hamas has undertaken hundreds of terrorist attacks against civilians since 1993, according to the Jewish Virtual Library.
Instead of referring to Hamas--which earlier this month killed hundreds of innocent civilians, including children in an unprompted attack on Israel--as a terrorist group, the outlet says journalists should call its members "militants."
"Terms such as Hamas fighters, attackers or combatants are also acceptable depending on the context," the Associated Press style guide states.

The BBC has been successfully lobbied to stop calling Hamas terrorists "militants" -- but it also won't call them terrorists, which it says suggests moral judgment.

We even forced the local Germans to help clean them up. Dead bodies were everywhere. In one scene I saw a bulldozer being used to move the remains of hundreds. Not a scene I'll soon forget. I thank G-d my family got out of Germany in the late 1890's.

Wouldn't surprise me.

It was recognized for decades by 99% of America that the Holocaust was a bad thing. It's not nearly 80 years in the past, and there's been a conscious effort to import a newer, better population.

Plus, it's not like the footage that did get out of emaciated, living skeletons wasn't horrific enough to make the point. I just want to interject the perspective that there are no civilians in Gaza. There are no innocents. There is Hamas, and there are those who support and stand in front of Hamas to shield them. That's exactly what I mean. That's was the plan to maintain Germany's economy without deprivation to the Germans. Germany didn't go to a full war economy until 1943. This was after Stalingrad. Yes, they used slave labor at work camps. They had to feed them to get the labor. When they couldn't feed them a lot of them died.

I happened to visit one of the memorials in Rwanda. Since we are talking about atrocities I will add this one; in this church (now memorial) they have a glass display set up with several skulls set up; these skulls show clearly what it's like to be hacked to death by machete.

There are some stairs that go down to a separate part of this display; in it is the body of a woman who was killed by being raped with the pestle of a mortar and pestle. The pestle is still lodged in her pelvis. They have her in a casket because even in the context of an ossuary it's to horrible to look at.

That's my gun control reference point.

Then, we're truly lost. The only lever we have to make the RINOs follow our will is on Election Day. If they can get past that hurdle, then there is nothing to stop them from changing. They are immune from shaming from the base for the remainder of their terms in office.

At my parish, we pray for peace in the Ukraine with a Hail Mary. And maybe include "violence everywhere". That is it. This is the best we can do for the Holy Land.

360 Catholics have been one of the few taking stands the last decade. I actually like that Emmer seems to be a practicing REAL Catholic. It's his saving grace for me.

He also didn't vote to open the J6 commission, so if he's anti-Trump, he's at least not anti-Trump's voters, so I can work with that...and a true pro-life politician from a farming district, even if it is MN.

Those members of the chaplaincy that you mention don't send anyone anywhere. They are, in the broadest sense, support troops. I don't think it would be much less logical to ask how the medical people could be involved.
