James Comer: We Have Found a $200,000 Direct Payment From James Biden to Joe Biden; James Biden Had Just Received a Payment From a Bankrupt Company Seeking Government Help

The check for $200,000 was labeled a "loan repayment." Comer believes this a false characterization, and wants proof that Biden loaned him this sum.

James Biden had just received $600,000 in "loans" from Americore, a failing hospital company. He received this money based on the promise his family name could open doors for them and help them get new financing (from the Middle East).

Americore then "loaned" James Biden another $200,000 on March 1, 2018, and then, on the same exact day, James Biden sent the $200,000 check to Joe Biden.

Claiming that was also a loan. Or a loan repayment, at least.

Seems a lot of bribes are being labeled "loan" and "loan repayment" in the Biden Crime Family.

two small medical firms that did business with James Biden have claimed in civil court proceedings to have obtained evidence that he may have fraudulently transferred funds from Americore "outside of the ordinary course of business," and a former Americore executive has told POLITICO that James Biden had more than half a million dollars transferred to him from the firm as a personal loan that has not yet been repaid.

As we keep seeing, the Biden Crime Family takes its bribes in the form of "loans" which are not loans are so are never repaid.

Look, Ace. This is just implication made by nasty provocateurs. The fact of the matter is that this payment was merely James helping Joe out - a brother's unconditional love. James came into a windfall from his business ventures and so helped out his struggling brother. There is nothing suspicious about that.

It either actually was a loan repayment - and it came just in the nick of time! - or it was James skirting tax requirements. At absolute worst and as bad as it can be, James Biden failed to adequately file a gift tax. This is nothing that an amended return can't make right, and does not imply in any way that James Biden's activities with Americore had anything to do with Joe Biden.

Well, that is kind of the tough part.

Basically Joe Biden (and all other politicians) wants to live like a multi multi millionaire. So he uses his family as cut outs for bribes.

But it will be very difficult to say "this $200,000 to your son / brother / cousin / nanny was actually for Joe Bidens use, and in exchange for that he did [x]."

It'll be hard to prove that the money was for Joe's benefit (even though it obviously is, even if he never touched it), and it'll be even harder to draw a line from his families "business deals" to actual legislation he voted on.

Yet another reason congress loves their omnibus spending bills. There are so many line items in there, Joe can say "shit, I didn't realize lobbying for and voting for this helped the guy who bribed me. I was just trying to save social security!" or whatever.

And it's a misnomer to say it was a direct payment. It wasn't. It was a laundered payment. That's a pretty important distinction. That doesn't mean it isn't criminal. In fact the statutes account for that and aspects like shell companies. But you have to prove those charges. This seems like an effort to force a response as to what the $200 k was for. My reading was that the Court was looking for an accounting of the assets, and the Debtor said "well, we have these 'accounts receivables' from loans we made to Biden's, but er... probably not going to see that money."

Even if they wrote them off years ago, BK court can look backwards x number of years to ensure there were no fraudulent conveyances.

My read on it is that the loans were made prior to bankruptcy, and discovered as a result of bankruptcy proceedings - the loans came to light and the executives couldn't say, "oh, those were bribes!" and so instead hid behind "oh, that dude must have committed fraud against us."

They can call them un-repaid loans, and they might be on the accounts receivable part of the balance sheet, but they can't come out and say "Your Honor, this is easy to explain. We were attempting to bribe the current President through his brother. They didn't "run out of time." McCarthy recessed the house on the eve of the deadline, comfortably assured that they would ram through a CR and the issue would die. McCarthy could have kept that at work, he chose not to.

He mismanaged the schedule prior to the recess, but the recess is entirely on him. He sent everyone home with a deadline looming. He assumed that the CR would pass - regardless of who's it was - and then it would be business as usual and omnibus forever, the Freedom Caucus comfortably marginalized through "their" CR.

It was a cynical and craven ploy and he got called on it.

McCarthy specifically recessed the House so those regular order spending bills could not go through in August despite the calls of that very faction you are calling out to stay in session until worked out. McCarthy went ahead and recessed them for a critical month leaving no time left to cobble together the spending bills.

You also left out the Jan 6 tape betrayal and the using a majority of Dems to pass a CR against the majority of the GOP caucus. Both were explicit violations of his promises and the capitulation over crap like border security and so on in the CR were that it was too hard to get. In fact, McCarthy was protecting McConnell and his caucus's ass.

You frankly know jack shit about internal leadership races---McCarthy agreed to the trigger to oust him and then dared Gaetz and co to pull the trigger. They did because no existing member is going to sign onto a kill the leader until the deed is done. Frankly it is a great time to do the deed as it is over one year before the elections, everyone needs their status clarified as GOPe or conservative before the primaries, and Biden and the Senate are proving the usual incompetent leadership by refusing to do anything about open borders but more than willing to ship billions overseas including to Hamas.

Lo these many years ago when I was a music major, we were told that the war even changed music. Big orchestras (maybe up to even a dozen or fifteen musicians) were no longer possible for lack of musicians so composers wrote for much smaller ensembles.

So, McCarthy violated his word and got capped. Boo hoo freaking hoo. That shows McCarthy both too proud and too weak to actually be a speaker. Basically he bought the job and in case you don't remember, he dropped his previous leadership bid in favor of Ryan because he had a little ethics problem with Renee Elmers from NC. And he continued to be a walking talking ethics violation by living with roomie Frank Luntz which violates conflict of interest issues. He used Luntz to delude his caucus with Luntz's fake results. You do know Luntz got kicked out decades ago from the society for Public Opinion Research for being unethical.

The funny thing about that vote is McCarthy thought he had a deal with the Dems to keep him in office in vacate votes. They fucked him over which is why he got Nanzi's hideaway office to plot revenge.
