Did Hunter not have his own residence in 2019?

Because this sure looks like Hunter's "business" partners in the Chinese intelligence services were sending $250,000 bribes to former Vice President Joe Biden (who had just announced his candidacy for president).

Hunter Biden received wires that originated in Beijing for more than $250,000 from Chinese business partners during the summer of 2019 -- wires that listed the Delaware home of Joe Biden as the beneficiary address for the funds, Fox News Digital has learned from a congressional committee.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., has been investigating the Biden family business dealings and President Biden's alleged involvement in those ventures.
As part of the investigation, Comer subpoenaed financial records related to a specific bank account and received records of two wires originating from Beijing and linked to BHR Partners.
BHR Partners is a joint-venture between Hunter Biden's Rosemont Seneca and Chinese investment firm Bohai Capital. BHR Partners is a Beijing-backed private equity firm controlled by Bank of China Limited. Hunter Biden reportedly sat on the board of directors of BHR Partners.
The first wire transfer sent to Hunter Biden, dated July 26, 2019, was for $10,000 from an individual named Ms. Wang Xin. There is a Ms. Wang Xin listed on the website for BHR Partners. It is unclear if the wire came from that Wang Xin.
The second wire transfer sent to Hunter Biden, dated Aug. 2, 2019, was for $250,000 from Li Xiang Sheng -- also known as Jonathan Li, the CEO of BHR Partners -- and Ms. Tan Ling. The committee is trying to identify Ling's role.
The beneficiary for the wires is listed as Robert Hunter Biden with the address "1209 Barley Mill Rd." in Wilmington, Delaware. That address is the main residence for President Biden.
Comer and the House Oversight Committee have obtained bank records as part of their investigation, alleging that the Biden family and their business associates received millions of dollars from oligarchs in Russia, Ukraine, Romania and Kazakhstan during the Obama administration.
Fox News Digital has also learned that the committee has records that allegedly reveal that from 2014 to 2019 the Biden family and their associates received $24 million in foreign payments -- $15 million to the Bidens and $9 million for their business associates, $4 million more than previously known.

There was, of course, no detail given on the nature of the LPs he was paid through. For a public official - especially a lifelong politician - to not have to disclose the nature of those partnerships is unbelievable to me. When I worked on Wall Street, if you were registered you had to disclose that income, and, I believe, the nature of the LP so that the firm could confirm that there wasn't any trading against the firms' own stock.

30 I'm not sure this post understands how wires work. You don't wire money to a physical address. It's not like you're sending physical mail. You wire money to a BANK ACCOUNT. It's all electronic.

Usually (but not always) the wire sender will ask for or require an address for the bank account. But the physical address means little to nothing. Hunter could put down almost any address for the bank account.

Why did he use his father's address? That is a bit odd and suspicious. Was the wire sent PERSONALLY to his account? Or to a company account? What other addresses did Hunter have at the time?

I think this bears more scrutiny, but it's not the smoking gun this post seems to think it is.

See my comment above. I highly doubt it was to one of the Bidens personally. You don't leave paper trails for bribe money in your name. You generally don't leave paper trails at all. I have a hard time coming up with a compelling (yet still legal) reason an adult in his 40's or 50's at the time, who presumably had his own home, would use his parents address as the address for his business and/or wiring money.

The first thought that would come to mind would be some sort of tax evasion, assuming you weren't accepting bribes from foreigners.

I can't think of a reason Hunter would use his dads address either, to be honest. It would create more separation if he used a different address.

I agree but I'll add it depends on the business. It's common for each aspect of a business to have it's own company. So if a business owns real estate, each property will be held by a separate company (usually an LLC).

Then as you go up the chain, different sets of investors may own different pieces, so there may be additional companies to accommodate that. Then, if there's borrowing, the lender might insist on adding an intermediary company to protect them against bankruptcy.

So even a legitimate business can have dozens of associated companies. But there's a REASON for each of these companies. Nobody has articulated any reason whatsoever for Hunter's 20 companies, other than to hide and disguise funds.

They were trying to protect the larger organization from any liabilities from that asset. Or were setting up a special vehicle to purchase land, or do a reverse triangle merger. Or dividing out the company in to easier to bite subsidiaries, etc. etc."

When you see a super convoluted corporate structure, with dozens of LLC's for seemingly no reason, you start to wonder if something illegitimate is afoot.

And if you are moving around at the time, it's not crazy to use an established address like your father's. I still have my driver license and car registration at a NJ address (where my mom lives), even though I live in Manhattan. It wasn't immediately obvious to me why Democrats would universally and obsessively favor one side over the other. I assume the answer is that one side is more conducive to government control.

The missing thousand or so were tracked down after a week or so when FBI joined in and found most of them (everybody that has a cellphone or bank account can be found). Probably crashing at friends/relatives homes on island.

I would be pissed if I set up a whole network of shell companies and someone put my home address on a bank transfer. I'd also be pissed if my own son had a laptop full of critical info. I'd be livid if he took that laptop to a non secure outside firm for service. I'd be apoplectic if he abandoned it there.

The actual mob has to be nearing the need for medical attention from laughing too hard at the way the Bidens tried to do their crimes.

According to the now-deceased members of The Band who wrote the song, it was prompted by one of them going to Nazareth, Pennsylvania, where a musical instrument manufacturer was located, and other people kept saying, "Oh, if you're going there, can you do ABC for me?" and the "asks" kept piling up. I don't believe that's completely true, because the religious allegory in the song is obvious. The narrator is Jesus and Fanny is God.

I often wonder if Biden ran expecting to lose. But he knew it would generate a bunch of money for the family business. In his case winning was actually detrimental to his finances.
