In Virginia, Leftwing School Districts Are Ignoring the Law That Requires Them to Inform Parents About "Transitioning" Students
Something inside the brains of progressives broke in 2016. They began routinely ignoring the law and conspiring with each other on secret communications apps to "#Resist" the lawful authority of President Trump. This extended to the media and those involved in "science," as well leaders of professional organizations in law and medicine, to pervert their institutions to become #Resistance zombie institutions. The old institutions, with their hundreds of years of rules and ethics, were now dead, but their corpses continued shambling, with only one obsessive purpose: murmuring "I'm an experrrrrrt" and demanding submission.
And so it is that in 2023, school officials in progressive counties casually decide that they will break the law and become criminals.I don't know what powers the governor has, but I hope Virginia has a provision like Florida's allowing him to suspend or fire local officials who are acting contrary to the law. What we need is a law granting a right to sue government officials personally for any harms suffered if they violate the law.
Republican Lt. Gov. Winsome Sears of Virginia said Tuesday that school boards who defied parental rights policies were "making themselves judge and jury." "These are the same school boards who were against the governor's executive orders to get rid of the masks because that's what the parents wanted, and they are now in violation of Virginia law and the governor and the attorney general will be making a decision on the next process forward," Sears told "America Reports" co-hosts Sandra Smith and John Roberts. "But these policies, they are not controversial at all." The Fairfax County Public School District announced Aug. 15 they would not follow new state guidelines that require schools to inform parents on issues surrounding gender identity and bullying. Alexandria City Public School also announced it would not adopt a policy according to the guidance. "First of all, they say the children will, all children will be given privacy, all children will be respected, and all children will be treated with dignity. Again, nothing controversial," Sears continued. "The issue is the school boards are making themselves judge and jury and they are, again, pushing education in their own image. You hear them say 'we have made a determination.' But actually, you are not following the law and so something is going to have to happen."

I think that's a fairly big blind spot in many of these laws. There are no provisions for penalties if it's not followed, nor statements of liability. So it's toothless.

No, it's political. The thinking is that more kids they convert to their ideology the more of a lock their "side" has on the country. Part of doing that is separating the kids from the parents, and the trans stuff is pretty good for driving in that wedge. Reminds me of a story out of Philly the past week. A really bad shoot by a cop left a 27 year old Hispanic sounding name guy dead in his car. Cop gonna get discharged by end of month. No rioting, no looting, but I have a feeling the city is gonna have to dig deep.
Video footage which appeared on internet showed just how bad the shoot was, so city came clean, cop refused to talk, got fired for insubordination and some other stuff.

Remember, the school is actively keeping everything that goes on in the school a secret from the parents. So the other children might call your daughter by a masculine name, and the teachers might as well, but all official correspondence from the school uses the childs real name, and the child has been told to not tell their parents what is going on.

2. Replace the teachers and administrators in the noncompliant schools with NG - allow a fire team or squad in disruptive or larger classes. The replaced staff are fired for cause, with loss of pensions. The larger groups should allow mutual support against troublemakers as well. In some school districts, the kids would get a better education.

Any person who would say only "well you're a groomer!" as a response indeed is making a terrible argument that is unlikely to be effective, but in any real scenario that's not all that's happening. The "You're a groomer" is the soundbite headline-catching start of the quote. You then continue on with the explanation of why that's accurate and effective label. Completely avoiding using such language leads to:
"Senator FUPA proposed new legislation to support the medical treatment of at risk youth. Senator Dickweed disagreed that at risk youth should receive medical treatment."
That's not any better.

I was in a bar last year and they had the NFL on. It was the first time I'd seen sportsball in years. And it was terrible. I used to follow the NFL pretty seriously and this wasn't football, at least as I knew it.
There was no defense...teams just moved up and down the field with penalties for any decent D play.
I have up sportsball over politics but how can people still watch this shit just from a quality perspective?!?

Parental involvement is crucial. Parents should go to parent teacher conferences, they should volunteer in the classroom, they should know who their kids' friends are and invite them over for game night or tv or dinner.
There's no way a truly invested parent could miss their kid being manipulated to this extent.
