The Morning Report — 7/13/23

faybray.jpg

Good morning, kids. So the Capitol Hill dog and pony show of "grilling" FBI Reichsminister Christopher Wray surprised and shocked no one. Americans saw an arrogant liar whose mien and demeanor were narcissistic and condescending. Anti-Americans saw a patriot being unjustly persecuted by representatives of the knuckle-dragging troglodyte set. The low information set were too busy drooling over whichever Kardashian's buttocks was overstuffed into a g-string on Page 6 of the NY Post to care.

In any case, what real repercussions will Christopher Wray, Merrick Garland, the Bidens, the Clintons and everyone in or allied with this Junta actually face? If you said nothing, you win a cookie. Nearly three and more years after the fact, the revelations that the Chinese COVID lockdowns and the vaccines were at best useless and at worst deadly, that the Russian collusion smear and hoax was just that to the J6 "insurrection" proving more and more to be actually mostly peaceful (as opposed to the media definition of that term) with the violence instigated by none other than Wray's own confederates, everything they said was a conspiracy theory has turned out to be confirmed. But, as I stated in the opening paragraph, the individual thirds of this nation have reacted accordingly. In the immortal words of a certain muumuu-wearing harridan "At this point, what difference does it make?!"

By the way, buried in the communiqué about Ray Epps suing Tucker Carlson and Fox News for defamation, which is the moral equivalent of letting Admiral Levine conduct a circumcision, it turns out that the DOJ is about to, at long last, indict him for his actions on January 6th. As you process that, let me be the first to predict that Ray Epps did not kill himself. Yet.

I've said it, as have many others over the past three years as the Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants Junta its allies and apologists continue to engage in both high crimes and misdemeanors, abuse us, and rub our noses in it when those charged with holding them to account run interference for them and/or act as co-conspirators in their crimes, we're now "fundamentally transformed" into a banana republic. We say it so often now that it becomes just so much white noise. But if the use of the instrumentalities of our law enforcement and criminal justice systems as arms of a tyranny to control the citizenry doesn't convince you, perhaps these two related items will. Or should:

A series of bills filed by Democrat legislators in the Massachusetts House and Senate would open municipal voting rights to foreign nationals living in the state on green cards.

In practice, the policy would mean foreign nationals could cast deciding votes in Massachusetts towns and cities for mayor, school committee, city council, town council, board of selectmen, select board elections, school committee referendums, local ballot referendums, or other municipal races. . .

. . . “Immigrants are essential to our communities … many are on the path to citizenship but lack the ability to apply, but they need to have a say in how public services are funded and governed,” an official with the group MassVOTE told legislators during a hearing on the bills last month.

Elsewhere in New England, particularly Connecticut and Rhode Island, Democrat legislators have tried desperately to get legislation across the finish line this year that would not only give legal immigrants the right to vote but also illegal aliens.

"Immigrants?" "Many . . . on a path to citizenship?" Maybe. But let's ditch the legal niceties since we all know that the system is totally gamed to let in as many as possible and as quickly as possible without any constraints whatsoever. They're still foreigners, with little incentive if not their own will to assimilate. But they are on a path. And in many cases on planes, trains and ships with passage bought and paid for by those who control our Treasury. I refuse to dignify these individuals with the respect to acknowledge them as "our government since, they obviously do not represent us, even if they had not rigged the last election, which they did. By the way, according to this logic, there are nearly 7 billion people on this planet who theoretically are on a path to US citizenship.

Forget for a second the perhaps likely probability of this passing that we no longer have a country. The fact that it is even up for consideration is proof positive of that fact. As is this little item:

Immigrants without U.S. citizenship will soon be able to get badges and guns, and authorized to arrest Americans in the nation’s capital, as the city’s Police Department (DC MPD) struggles to recruit and retain police officers. New hires, including non-citizen green card holders, will even be offered up to $25,000 in signing bonuses. “As an agency, we truly believe that a workforce that represents our community brings a variety of ideas, experiences, and perspectives. Together, this blend drives innovation and growth,” said Ashan Benedict, Interim Chief of Police, whose own parents are Sri Lankan immigrants. . .

. . . While Benedict’s statement makes the move to recruit foreigners with green cards sound like a tech industry diversity and innovation initiative, it is more likely a response to the fact that the D.C. force’s manpower has collapsed to just 3,400 officers.

I don't give a damn about your recruitment problems. Non citizens, here legally or not, have not been assimilated into this country long enough to be given the responsibility to enforce our laws. Before even going that far, why do we even have a police recruitment problem – and a parallel disaster of a problem with military recruitment – in the first place? Could it be the decriminalizing of crime as well as the dismantling of any kind of adherence to both meritocracy as well as the inculcation of the norms of traditional American societal customs and values?

Meh, what the hell am I talking about. We have people born and raised here who consider themselves the elite of our society that have risen to become part of a never-intended ruling class who are absolutely above the law, and use/abuse whatever the laws are on the books to maintain that position of absolute power.

Psaki-psircle back to Christopher Wray, the Bidens, Clintons, Democrats, corporatists and all the rest of it.

7 Let's imagine we replace Director Wray with a totally dishonest, disingenuous, lying, political weasel. In what way would our replacement answer a single question before congress, in any material way differently than Director Wray answers them? How then can we tell the difference between Director Wray, and a totally dishonest, disingenuous, lying, political weasel? If you can't tell the difference, then there is no difference.

11 Seventh, no one ever explained when affirmative action was to apply. Blacks, for example, were vastly “overrepresented” in merit-based professional football and basketball. Yet no one demanded “proportional representation” to address such “disparate impact,” despite underrepresentation of all other demographics.

No one in our race-obsessed culture, of course, objected that white males died at twice their demographics in combat in Afghanistan and Iraq.

54 A long time ago, 40% of the attack subs being in port for maintenance would not be disturbing. If the balloon went up, a lot of issues would resolve themselves. We would get the morning aircraft availability reports, and if something came up, a lot of gripes would disappear (anything from threat of war to a couple of the boys wanting to make a weekend cross country to Nellis). Now, the imbed Karens would only find more reason to keep the subs in port or keep aircraft grounded.

A fundamental part of being an American citizen is we, by our vote, choose who gets to oppress us, and in the case of law enforcement, get hauled off to jail by people, in theory it seems anymore, value the USA's founding principles. Of course the moment, illegals get to vote in local elections the bar will be moved to allow then to vote in state elections and so on.

80 The United States began this historic phasedown on January 1, 2022, with a reduction of HFC production and imports to 10% below historic baseline levels. Since then, allowances are needed to import and produce HFCs. Starting in 2024 the phasedown will be 40% below historic levels, a significant decrease in the number of available production and consumption allowances compared to previous years.

All data is. It's why those enormous server farms were built.

IIRC VPN data (from decent companies) *is* anonymous and that's why they hate them, but they hold the data to crack in the future when quantum computing becomes viable.

It's my understanding that special attention is given to any overseas routing, too, so if you decide you want to put your location in England, you go on a higher priority list than if you route through New York.

I wouldn't be surprised if the U.S. states had some sort of priority list as well.

But yeah, that's why those huge server farms were made. Wikipedia to the NSA one in Utah:

Cisgender: a person whose gender identity and sex assigned at birth align (e.g., man and assigned male at birth). The word cisgender can also be shortened to “cis.” This term is preferred over “gender-normative” because it does not reinforce the existence of a ‘normative’ gender identity.

The word homosexual can then be shortened to HOMO.

As you should. The reason for this is linguistic manipulation and its both very subtle and very sinister.

The way language works is by describing the deviant. The normal doesn't need to be described, because it is normal. Everyone knows it inherently because it is normal. Only exceptions need to be described because they deviate. The deviant thing gets labeled, and the normal thing does not because the deviant is notable and the normal is not.

So language tricks like "cisgender" work to level the playing field artificially by applying equivalent descriptive terms to the normal. "Man" means "normal man," it's just that the first word is redundant and so gets dropped. The deviant cannot be normal and so these tricks seek to make the normal and the deviant compete on an undifferentiated linguistic playing field.

Charge Epps, take him to trial or get a plea deal, and then give him probation or some other minor punishment. That would allow Epps and the FBI to show they weren't working together and that he was treated just like all the other MAGA insurrectionists.

There was an editorial yesterday on the woke stupidity of Transheuser-Busch and the histrionics of Dylan Mulvaney, and the posts online were 99% saying "You can't change your gender" and castigating the NY Post for once referring to Dylan as she.

161 The logical conclusion of the states lawsuits against certification of the fraud in those 6 states-- when the Supreme Court refused to hear it-- was to refuse to recognize the result of the election.

Which would have been to say, "no law signed by Biden will be recognized as law in this state as he was not legitimately elected." That was the only proper response. If the Constitutional order refuses to protect the fundamental sovereignty of the states-- the right to a fair, honest and transparent process in the selection of the executive--the states are not subject to that document.

The courts are an alternative to violence to resolve disputes. When you go to court, and the court refuses to act, you are free to pursue your own remedies.

Of course, the AGs that brought the suit had no intention of winning it-- it was a con to placate the rubes....

Yes, in part. The bigger part of the trick is psychological, and the desire is to destroy normality as such. Various things flow from that, including changing the perceived (but unstudied) size of the deviant groups or behaviors.

Full-on, 24/7, pedal-to-the-metal propaganda is probably more valuable on that front than linguistic trickery, but the trickery probably helps at least to some degree.

US citizenship comes with great privileges and the whole cast of inalienable rights. Filling in that canyon of distinction with Leftist/Marxist claptrap is about taking down the foundation that makes us Americans and replacing it with something that is free of the entirety of Western thought and tradition. Non citizens voting at any level, non citizens working in law enforcement is all about wiping clean the thousands years long progression that made us who we are. Again, that is me and that is my bedrock bottom line.

Hamilton wanted to consolidate power in the executive and federal government. He used the assumption of state debts to let off his state of New York of their burden from the debts that they had accumulated during the Revolution but had fallen behind on paying, making them the big winner of the assumption (the argument that it was the only way to get credit going for the federal government is laughable nonsense).

Hamilton is the historian's favorite founder because he was the one who did the most to undermine the constitution as written in the earliest years, doing the most to undo the decentralization of authority that the constitution laid out.

Aaron Burr did nothing wrong.

227 219 196 - TJM, I acknowledge I won’t win a Hamilton argument with you! But the Articles of Confederation were too weak; we did need a stronger federal government. Of course in the last 200 years we’ve gone way overboard and way past the letter of the constitution (alas). I have some sympathy for AH because in my minimal reading I’ve come away less than impressed by Jefferson the man (Jefferson the writer of course was great)… so I kinda gravitated to AH in that battle
Posted by: LinusVanPelt at July 13, 2023 08:47 AM (xT8gx)

========

I'm not arguing the merits of the Articles of Confederation. Madison wrote the Virginia Plan which the Constitutional Convention used as the basis for the Constitution. Hamilton did write most of the Federalist in support of the Constitution (the only other serious alternative being a return to the Articles at that point), showing that he was a brilliant mind, but many brilliant minds feel like they should control everything themselves.

Hamilton, as the chief architect of Washington's administration, did more to undermine American liberty than anyone else in the first 20 years of the American Republic, starting with the assumption of state debts.

Biden, someone else, nobody - it doesn't matter. The Complex is what it is. Wray runs the internal state security police agency and, like in all similar systems, it works for the State/Party Complex. Sometimes the head goon has tremendous independent power and sometimes the head goon is subordinated to the head of the Party or the head of the State (usually following a succession struggle that results in a few top-level corpses), but he is always a powerful man who works for the system as such.

Nothing I've read has been distinctly anti-Hamilton. He's respected too much by historians. It's just what I've gleaned from being an obstinate contrarian.

Madison's best biography is the six-volume by Irving Brant, but it's long since out of print and 3,000 pages. You can find the final five volumes fairly easily, but the first volume is a devil of a hard find.

That EO was obscene, and it hit me as well. The directive was that every employee at any company with any fedgov contract had to get the shots - whether or not the employee worked on any government contract, whether or not the employee worked from home, etc. The argument was that even employees not on the contract could get sick and cause damage to the company (or spread illness to employees who *are* on the contract - no, don't ask any logical questions) and therefore damage to the government.

It was enjoined almost immediately in Kentucky and Tennessee, not that any company listened to that injunction.

That is why I point to more:

And you did have to mask up to be in the facility regardless of your vax status. There are still people wearing masks there.

His assistant just lost a murder case which has been screwed up since the murder occurred. This article could feed an entire thesis on both propaganda *and* lack of logical and verbal integrity. This is a remarkable paragraph:
James Slaugh was a patron at Club Q in Colorado Springs, Colorado, when a mass shooting killed five people and injured seven. The town is the home to Focus on the Family, a font of anti-LGBTQ+ narratives with a half-billion-dollar war chest for political influence across the United States. In riveting testimony to a U.S. House of Representatives panel, Slaugh said, “Hate starts with speech. The hateful rhetoric you’ve heard from elected leaders is the direct cause of the horrific shooting at Club Q.”

You see? The mere existence of an outfit like "Focus on the Family" gets people shot in gay clubs. What? You mean that "Focus" had *nothing* to do with that, and there is no evidence that the person who did it supported "Focus" or consumed its content? Well gee whiz, man. Don't question it. Fascinating article. Thank you for posting it. This person is both not nearly as smart as he thinks and completely nuts. I believe that his confusion over the development of the word and the backlash against it is a very real confusion. That he is confused belies his own underlying lack of comprehension and madness.

These terms and ideas erupt out of nowhere and suddenly you find yourself on your back heels going WTH is going here? At that point you find yourself stuttering a bunch when trying to articulate why you have such a visceral reaction against them and at times making arguments against the tactical meaning of the these instead of the strategy behind them. All this is meant to confuse clarity of thought when all that is needed is I ain't buying the bullshit your selling. This article is going into my Marxist/Socialist Bastards Mob archive.

You mean that "Focus" had *nothing* to do with that, and there is no evidence that the person who did it supported "Focus" or consumed its content? Well gee whiz, man. Don't question it. Just being in the city is enough.

That is an amazing job of cramming together non-sequiturs. "The hateful rhetoric you’ve heard from elected leaders is the direct cause of the horrific shooting at Club Q” has nothing to do with Focus on the Family, nor the shooting.

And wasn't the mass shooter non-binary or somesuch -- his parents were some flavor of sexually deviant, too. So NO, this was not caused by FotF *or* politicians' rhetoric. It was an unstable young man's fault.

Yes, they accurately predict how blacks will vote because they rely on tribalism and promised but rarely-given handouts from the local, state, and Federal Governments. Tribalism is the principal factor. Hence the perpetual hectoring by Democrats, "You're not black if you don't vote for me!" And many other propaganda memes.
