Christopher Wray: I Don't Know If There Were Any Undercover Agents at the Capitol on January 6th. Wait, It's Not That I Don't Know, It's That I Don't Want to Say.

Ooooh, quickly correcting a statement because you realize you just perjured yourself to Congress is tight!

Although he didn't actually correct it. He never took back his claim that he "didn't know" if there were undercover FBI agents present on January 6th. He just added an alternative answer, in case you didn't believe his first one.

So if that's a lie -- and it is -- that lie still stands.

Representative Biggs asked him about undercover agents, and Wray played dumb and pretended Biggs was asking about actual overt police who were present.

So Biggs told him to stop playing dumb.

Wray did not accept the guidance.

Wray played dumb: "Again, I'm not sure that I can give you the number as I sit here. I'm not sure there were undercover agents on the scene."
"I find that kind of a remarkable statement, Director," Biggs claimed. "At this point, you don't know whether there were undercover federal agents, FBI agents, in the crowd or in the Capitol on January 6?"
Wray then changed his tune and claimed he couldn't say how many there were because of ongoing legal cases.
"I say that because I want to be very careful. There have been a number of court filings related to some of these topics, and I want to make sure that I stick with what's in them," he claimed.
"I understand that, but I thought I heard you say you didn't know whether there were FBI agents or informants or human sources in the Capitol or in the vicinity on January 6. Did I misunderstand you?"
"I referred very specifically to FBI agents," said Wray.
"And so are you acknowledging then there were undercover agents?" Biggs demanded.
"As I sit here right now, I do not believe there were undercover agents on the scene," said Wray.
"Did you have any assets present that day?" Biggs shot back.
"In the crowd, when it comes to what you're calling assets or what we would call confidential human sources, that's a place where, again, I want to be careful, as I said in response to an earlier question. There are court filings that I think speak to this that I'm happy to make sure we get to you, assuming they're not under seal, and that can better answer the question," said Wray.

He also said that the FBI's targeting of protesters of r@pe-enabling school boards was perfect.

Of course, morbidly obese liberal grifter and fake tough-guy Chris Christie -- who recommended Wray to Trump for the top spot in the FBI -- continues insisting that his fellow liberal is perfect.

GOP presidential candidate Chris Christie defended FBI Director Christopher Wray as he testified before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday.
"What you saw today, I think was an animated and combative FBI director who's defending the men and women who work for him every day and do a great job and protect us from domestic terrorism, from international terrorism and from these drug cartels and are helping state local law enforcement every day with their things," Christie told Fox News's John Roberts on "America Reports."
"So yeah, I think Chris Wray has done a very good job," he said. "And I think, look, a lot of the stuff you see today, John, is theater, that people trying to raise money for campaigns, doesn't mean there aren't problems at the FBI -- there are. But I believe Chris is a guy who can get it fixed and he's fixed a lot of them already."

He calls the GOP's criticisms of the FBI for partisan bias and election interference "pure theater" and "insane." Video here.

He never dug down on the veracity of what he was being told. Good leadership demands answers and charts the direction. It takes responsibility for the decisions, good or bad. Trump has been evasive about the entire affair and his role in it- other than to say he was against forced vaccinations and federal lockdowns. But he criticized DeSantis for calling bullshit on all of it and staying open. You can't have it both ways and this will come up once the primaries start. I got one can't wait to hear it. It's a dubious campaign promise based on an executive order that would've been litigated had he remained President.

The case for what Trump (and now DeSantis) hoped to do in regards to federal employees is uncertain legally speaking. It's essentially to recategorize by executive order a bunch of federal employees from one bucket to another bucket(the latter of which is fireable).

Sorry, the facts are Ron also praised Fauci profusely at the beginning, also was very big on the vaccines and locked down FL including the beaches and parks for well longer than the initial 2 weeks. I think he could do quite a bit in 6 months after 4 years of being in the office and learning the ways of the swamp. Whether you acknowledge it or not he could a shitload of things accomplished in his first 3 years while fighting not just the left but much of his own party and the permanent bureaucracy.

And neither he nor Ron nor anyone else is going to have a compliant, Republican dominated legislature to work with like Ron does in FL where many of the things Ron gets credit for were actually things the legislature was already working on. It will be hand to hand combat like it was his first term and I'd rather have a street fighter on my side.

At this point it's kind of a moot point. Nobody is even challenging Trump and unless something dramatically changes the nomination is pretty much a done deal.

Well DeSantis currently needs to expand his appeal to a larger audience. Trump's pretty good at slapping his position right adjacent to competitor's in such a way that he maximizes his coalition while still not alienating existing support. Try to slip around him and suddenly you're breaking up support in voters you already had.

A bit darker than bleeding them apparently, those holding with the idea of adenochrome and life extension has the idea that adenochrome is maximized if the person is tortured and defiled before they are killed. From the bit and bobs that appear on the chans and elsewhere, supposedly adenochrome production is maximized under such conditions as it is related to adrenalin that spikes during flee or fight situations of deadly peril.

But, this is all in the murky shadows and most hormones have already been quite easily synthesized--dunno if adenochrome is one of them.

Back in Hunter S Thompson's day, there was a lot of talk that a human hormone byproduct had a lot of interesting qualities. The scientific community looked into it as a potential cure of Alzheimer's and other things. The drug world got interested in its psychoactive properties.

There's a lot of chatter about super rich or connected people harvesting adrenochrome from kids, possibly even when they're terrified as part of this interest.

Adrenochrome is an oxidized form of Adrenaline. It is supposed to have certain properties, such as increasing longevity.
It can be extracted from human blood, and the technique is to terrify the subject in some way, and get some of their blood. It is thought that children produce more adrenochrome because they are more easily terrified.
