Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Christopher Wray: I Don't Know If There Were Any Undercover Agents at the Capitol on January 6th. Wait, It's Not That I Don't Know, It's That I Don't Want to Say.Although he didn't actually correct it. He never took back his claim that he "didn't know" if there were undercover FBI agents present on January 6th. He just added an alternative answer, in case you didn't believe his first one. So if that's a lie -- and it is -- that lie still stands. Representative Biggs asked him about undercover agents, and Wray played dumb and pretended Biggs was asking about actual overt police who were present. So Biggs told him to stop playing dumb. Wray did not accept the guidance.Wray played dumb: "Again, I'm not sure that I can give you the number as I sit here. I'm not sure there were undercover agents on the scene." "I find that kind of a remarkable statement, Director," Biggs claimed. "At this point, you don't know whether there were undercover federal agents, FBI agents, in the crowd or in the Capitol on January 6?" Wray then changed his tune and claimed he couldn't say how many there were because of ongoing legal cases. "I say that because I want to be very careful. There have been a number of court filings related to some of these topics, and I want to make sure that I stick with what's in them," he claimed. "I understand that, but I thought I heard you say you didn't know whether there were FBI agents or informants or human sources in the Capitol or in the vicinity on January 6. Did I misunderstand you?" "I referred very specifically to FBI agents," said Wray. "And so are you acknowledging then there were undercover agents?" Biggs demanded. "As I sit here right now, I do not believe there were undercover agents on the scene," said Wray. "Did you have any assets present that day?" Biggs shot back. "In the crowd, when it comes to what you're calling assets or what we would call confidential human sources, that's a place where, again, I want to be careful, as I said in response to an earlier question. There are court filings that I think speak to this that I'm happy to make sure we get to you, assuming they're not under seal, and that can better answer the question," said Wray.He also said that the FBI's targeting of protesters of r@pe-enabling school boards was perfect.
GOP presidential candidate Chris Christie defended FBI Director Christopher Wray as he testified before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday. "What you saw today, I think was an animated and combative FBI director who's defending the men and women who work for him every day and do a great job and protect us from domestic terrorism, from international terrorism and from these drug cartels and are helping state local law enforcement every day with their things," Christie told Fox News's John Roberts on "America Reports." "So yeah, I think Chris Wray has done a very good job," he said. "And I think, look, a lot of the stuff you see today, John, is theater, that people trying to raise money for campaigns, doesn't mean there aren't problems at the FBI -- there are. But I believe Chris is a guy who can get it fixed and he's fixed a lot of them already."He calls the GOP's criticisms of the FBI for partisan bias and election interference "pure theater" and "insane." I'll be brutally honest. Wray made the GOP look like a bunch of idiots. Again. He anticipated every question am answered in political terms. When he left an opening to drive a truck through the GOP was full of fail. During Bishop's questioning Wray noted that Trump and that committee actually implored the FBI to go after Russian disinformation on social media. It flew right over Bishop's head, when he should have retorted, "can you provide me a specific cite where President Trump or this
Committee told you to violate the law and undermine the people's First Amendment rights by illegally coordinating a censorship campaign with social media companies with the objective of protecting the Democrat Party?". Whiny-ass letter to the editor of Chemical and Engineering News complaining about the locations where national meetings of the American Chemical Society are held: "The ACS also holds national meetings in locations where basic human rights—especially bodily autonomy for reproduction and gender-affirmation—are banned by state laws. ACS members now have to decide not only whether meeting attendance supports their professional needs, but also whether doing so will put themselves in danger. As such, we call on the ACS to change their practices for selecting conference sites and no longer locate national meetings in states whose laws conflict with our stated core values, where the generated revenue tacitly supports these policies in opposition to ACS's core values." But, I will say, the elite borg is starting to leak at the seams. Some MSM reporters are starting to actually question Biden from time to time. He just might not be the nominee for 2024. I don't think anybody buys the Hunter Biden shtick anymore; he is an avatar of the double standard of justice with more to come. I believe virtually anyone who follows this stuff at all, even in the MSM or in the throng of LIVs, is starting to realize in their bones that the Bidens are corrupt and that the truth is slowly leaking out. Posted by: Blago at July 12, 2023 04:44 PM (cOFom) It's a dubious campaign promise based on an executive order that would've been litigated had he remained President. The case for what Trump (and now DeSantis) hoped to do in regards to federal employees is uncertain legally speaking. It's essentially to recategorize by executive order a bunch of federal employees from one bucket to another bucket(the latter of which is fireable). Normal, existing precedent and such? Trump was impeached twice. For nothing.
Given the Senate Republicans strict control over Trump's nominations and general noncooperation, it's not unimaginable that he'd have actually been impeached and convicted had he declared war and fired everyone fireable. The second impeachment trial vote in the Senate was 57-43. If you take the Deep State as seriously as everyone here purports to, picking up 10 more votes is not really beyond the realm of possibility. I don't even want Trump to be the nominee again. But a lot of the criticism in this thread seems very disconnected from the reality of his administration. >>Lol. Yeah ok. The entire country was going to Florida during COVID. It's what started the mass migration to the peninsula. The fact is that Trump was president when all of this happened and it was a giant fail. He could have made other moves to soften the blow, but he didn't and he left the door wide open for Biden to buttfuck the entire country.
Sorry, the facts are Ron also praised Fauci profusely at the beginning, also was very big on the vaccines and locked down FL including the beaches and parks for well longer than the initial 2 weeks. A number of Republican governors opened their states before he did. Hell, Noem didn't even close her state. So year, the idea that Ron was the best governor on the virus and was way out ahead of Trump is just a myth. You still haven't addressed why Trump is about 20 points ahead of Ron in FL if Ron's response was so much better. Some of you seem to think Trump was elected king and not president. He didn't have the authority to force governors to open their states and no he couldn't fire the most tenured guy leading the NIH in the middle of a pandemic. Wray reminds me of this type of guy:
Time at their vacation home at Saranac Lake is spent with him glued to the pretty little 19 year old Guatemalan maid Rosita. He sits on the front porch, drinking a martini, a visualizes a tryst with Rosita as he has never felt as manly or attracted to someone since he first dated his wife. While sitting there, dreaming of her and feeling very smug about his latest run-around with Congress, his wife comes out to the porch and barks at him to hurry and get dressed as they have company coming for dinner. His dick shrivels, and he again realizes what a small, p-whipped man he is. He has money and the FBI jet but will never divorce his wife as she would take him to the cleaners and has threatened to write a tell all if he divorces her. He ambles back in to the house, hating himself, his life and the Rosita that he will never have. Makes me feel better anyway. Posted by: Cheri at July 12, 2023 05:22 PM (oiNtH) 401

Posted by: Inogame at July 12, 2023 05:17 PM (53oGX) Supposedly it is used in life extension therapy and is harvested from blood taken from very young children. Suggested line of questioning for "there's ongoing litigation."
Q: When you go to court you swear to tell the truth, correct? Q: And you as the highest law enforcement officer in the country and as an officer of the court recognize that you have a duty to tell the truth? Q: And when you testify, the truth is what you and your agents will tell? Q: And if asked the same question in Court that we are asking here, whether there were fed undercover agents, the answer is either yes or no, right? Q: And you have sworn to tell the truth here, correct? Q: So if you are asked the same question by different questioners and answer under oath, your answer in both venues should be the same? Either yes or no? Q: So if you intend to tell the truth in court, then there is no valid litigation reason for you not to answer the question either yes or no, right? Posted by: Kindltot ------ A bit darker than bleeding them apparently, those holding with the idea of adenochrome and life extension has the idea that adenochrome is maximized if the person is tortured and defiled before they are killed. From the bit and bobs that appear on the chans and elsewhere, supposedly adenochrome production is maximized under such conditions as it is related to adrenalin that spikes during flee or fight situations of deadly peril. But, this is all in the murky shadows and most hormones have already been quite easily synthesized--dunno if adenochrome is one of them. Posted by: whig at July 12, 2023 05:25 PM (2s9cl) 412

"Sorry, the facts are Ron also praised Fauci profusely at the beginning, also was very big on the vaccines and locked down FL including the beaches and parks for well longer than the initial 2 weeks. A number of Republican governors opened their states before he did. Hell, Noem didn't even close her state. So year, the idea that Ron was the best governor on the virus and was way out ahead of Trump is just a myth." I am so glad other people outside of FL remember this. Back in Hunter S Thompson's day, there was a lot of talk that a human hormone byproduct had a lot of interesting qualities. The scientific community looked into it as a potential cure of Alzheimer's and other things. The drug world got interested in its psychoactive properties. There's a lot of chatter about super rich or connected people harvesting adrenochrome from kids, possibly even when they're terrified as part of this interest. So far as I know, it's a bunch of hooey. Posted by: bonhomme at July 12, 2023 05:30 PM (R38qh) 422

Again, there is no rationale for a DeSantis run in 24, none.
He is not going to be the nominee. He's not going to be the VP. He's simply going to go back to being the Governor of FL and then wait his turn. And that's the name of that tune. Posted by: Thomas Bender at July 12, 2023 05:30 PM (up/3i) 424
BTW I'm ready for a real debate on the issue. Not some clown throwing ad hominems and quietly endorsing back room attacks on candidates wives, again, to cover for his bad decisions.
Posted by: Marcus T I get what you are saying, if others don't. Because I would expect that Donald Trump will Double-Down on his bad decisions, and rationalize it all. Which might be enough to kill his candidacy for President....or not. I dunno. And although it is a song that has been sung countless times on this here blog....We ain't voting our way out of this mess. Donald Trump could get elected in 2024, and appoint the most rigtheous bunch of hombres to the cabinet....and nothing much will change, if the Permanent Bureaucracy decides it doesn't want to change. Given the Senate Republicans strict control over Trump's nominations and general noncooperation, it's not unimaginable that he'd have actually been impeached and convicted had he declared war and fired everyone fireable. ------ Most. Definitely. And if the conviction route was anything less than a lead-pipe cinch in the Senate, then they'd have just had him shot. And then Lindsey Graham would beat off to the footage.
