Is the cocaine of Hunter-Biden-level quality?

We don't know. The media is curiously disinterested in the case of a White House evacuation followed by the discovery of cocaine. Discovered, of course, after Hunter Biden made his Comeback Tour to the White House.

The media, to the extent it's covering this at all, is claiming that this "cocaine hydrochloride" -- which is just plain-old cocaine salt, the stuff people snort; it's the salt part that makes it a dry crystal powder -- can also be used by dentists as a "nasal anesthetic," so it's probably that.

Sure, sure. Someone's probably doing some impromptu amateur dental surgery at the White House, and they have the coke on hand for use as anesthesia.

It was done by Argonne Nat Lab, and describes how many miles of driving are required for an EV to be more energy efficient overall compared to an ICE. This is a source of much discussion here, so I thought it would be of interest.

I have no dog in this hunt, and haven't read the report, so can't comment on its accuracy, but at least it sounds as if someone is doing a serious analysis, which is good.

329 Dentist might still use cocaine as a pain killer but it would be in liquid form. I am sure most doctors use lidocaine theses days. Back in the day I did have a ENT doc squirt a liquid into my sinuses to check on a source of pain. I am pretty sure it was liquid cocaine but perhaps it was lidocaine. In any case it did nothing for the pain but I did feel good for a while.
