San Francisco Mayor Announces Initiative to Reclaim City Streets from the Drug Addicts; Is Heckled for 14 Minutes, Then Has a Brick Thrown At Her

Just some more of that Free Speech Activity that Merrick Garland says that people on the extreme left, and only people on the extreme left, are entitled to.

San Francisco Mayor London Breed and the city's board of supervisors were forced to retreat inside after a meeting they attempted to hold in a notorious open-air drug market was disrupted by jeers, shouting and a woman who hurled a brick into the crowd, according to a report.

A woman? Well this is a Murdoch paper. They respect transgenders' gender assertions.

On Tuesday, city leaders decided to hold the meeting outdoors in United Nations Plaza to highlight problems plaguing the area -- including surging fentanyl overdoses -- and to discuss potential solutions, KRON4 reported.
Breed and Supervisor Aaron Peskin took to the podium and proclaimed the city has been tolerating "illegal, out-of-control behavior for far too long."
"Many San Franciscans do not feel safe," Peskin said. "Brazen drug dealing and deteriorating street conditions have exacerbated a humanitarian crisis on our streets."
But less than 10 minutes after the meeting began, it was cut short as the crowd hurled insults at the mayor and supervisors until they just walked away from the podium, according to KRON.
At one point, a woman threw a brick into the crowd and nearly struck a child, according to San Francisco police, who had been deployed to the plaza ahead of the meeting.

Just send the cops to clear the place and arrest everyone in a massive show of force, then give a stern speech about restoring law and order from your newly-conquered territory.

San Francisco's new DA - not a Soros person, and was appointed after Chesa Boudain was recalled for helping SF turn to shit - made waves by declining to prosecute a security guard working at a Walgreens when he shot and killed a black trans activist who was robbing the store and who attacked the security guard in the process. This decision not to charge the guard with murder was, of course, literally genocide.

Other parts of the city government petitioned the AG to review the incident, and the AG in Sacramento agreed. The AG is investigating whether the DA's decision not to prosecute the guard was an "abuse of discretion."

I work with bricks often and in order to toss one would take some practice. My guess is they're about 5 pounds a piece. Not at all like throwing a baseball or softball. It would take more of an elongated upward toss to get any distance. Sorta how a girl (some,anyway) would toss.

Within ten years, there will be more cops than ever and they will take no prisoners.

I give it another 3-5 years before things in the cities are so bad that the calls for SOMEBODY TO DO SOMETHING will be answered by Washington. They will federalize the police forces, but it won't be restricted to the cities. They'll federalize all of it, including sheriff's offices and small towns and state police forces. They will crack down hard on urban crime and make some great strides toward making cities safer. Curfews, random stops, checkpoints, aggressive arrest, aggressive prosecution. New sheriff in town, cleaning up the mean streets of City X. This will continue for a year or two and will be fairly effective.

And during that time, the feds will have solidified control over all policing in the country and the favored thugs and gangsters will return to protected status.

They will federalize the police forces, but it won't be restricted to the cities. They'll federalize all of it, including sheriff's offices and small towns and state police forces. They will crack down hard on urban crime and make some great strides toward making cities safer. Curfews, random stops, checkpoints, aggressive arrest, aggressive prosecution. New sheriff in town, cleaning up the mean streets of City X. This will continue for a year or two and will be fairly effective.
