On Friday I reported that Wes Anderson had been hired by Kathleen Kennedy to reboot Star Wars. On Saturday, she fired him, and hired Ron Howard to complete filming of the movie he never started, at a cost of "all the billions of dollars."

Wes Anderson will now be rebooting Lord of the Rings instead.

The heat pump cycle works optimally if it's within 20 degrees of your home indoor temperature.
After it falls below that, the efficiency wears off.
Some people have a deep well (100's of feet) that allows their heat pump to run off a consistent 54-55 F water reservoir source, and that works great in a colder state. Otherwise, you have to augment your heat pump with a auxilliary heat source.

275 Got a few questions for you guys. I'm looking to buy a new-ish used car in the next few months. My hope is that it will last me at least a decade, if not more.

With past purchases, I've never really been in a very good position to haggle a lot; it was always, "I only have so much money and I need a vehicle in a hurry." This is the first time I'll really have the luxury of taking some time and trying to dicker for a better deal.

Any advice y'all could give me? What can I use as leverage? (I'll be paying cash, if that helps.) I know the used market is hot right now, but how much faith should I place in the advertised price? Can I get a much better deal, or is that unrealistic? I know it's pretty much impossible to avoid some kind of hidden fees or charges, but what specifically should I look out for? Thanks in advance!
