Fox had the top 14 shows in cable news.
Fox's ratings are not going to suddenly collapse because of this.

My guess is when Fox got told Tucker to put a lid on the J6 footage and Tucker knew that people were being locked up unnecessarily he made an 'or else' stand. They said go away.

Fox Nation, like most streaming services, probably is losing its shirt. FNC gave Tucker a new deal two years ago, where they built him a Florida studio (so he could hide from further Antifa attacks on his home), and build a Fox Nation long form interview story capability. Plus, they agreed to pay him more. I bet FNC decided it couldn't afford to keep all their commitments to Tucker, approached him looking for a new deal, and he said "nah bruh".
I expect litigation, because the Murdochs MO is to negotiate via lawsuit.

Exactly what did Fox say about Dominion that was "nonsense"? This has become a meme that nobody bothers to actually explain any more. At least some of what Fox said, such as that the system could be accessed over the internet and thus vulnerable to outside hackers and interference, turned out to be 100% true.
Dominion is absolute garbage and the entire software system seems designed to allow interference. Nobody has ever been able to explain to me why the damn system is so complicated with sophisticated algorithms and software and computations. Doesn't a voting-tabulating system just count the votes and display the results?
Yes, Fox settled the lawsuit. That was stupid. Fox has no balls. But just because you settle a lawsuit doesn't mean you were wrong. Lawsuits are settled all the time even though the defendant did nothing wrong.

Sorry, respectfully disagree - but TC Tonight was the lead into Hannity, not the other way around, he needed TC - and The Five is going to suffer as well - these are the two shows fed off of similar stories and narratives - no one at the Five feeds off of Cavuto or Brett Baire shows and themes. Its a business bad move and an instant loss of market share when online streaming is killing cable, and you of all people should know that.

TuCa was one of the very few shows I've routinely watched on Fox. The others msm stations have been tearing him to pieces since he got some of the 1/6 videotapes from McCarthy and especially with the very recent Fox Dominion lawsuit settlement.
IIRC, he was on MSNBC many years ago. He'll survive and I'll continue to follow his shows.

The NVIDIA shield TV Pro does a better job, I could never figure out why when I streamed from my ROKU ULTRA that I couldn't get 5.1 surround sound, no matter the settings. I got the NVIDIA for Christmas and I have ZERO issues, and since I use EMBY (PLEX OR JELLYFIN) I get 7.1 surround now as well and the streaming different codex

From 8pm to 9pm on Fox, there was extreme, even fundamental, disagreements between Tucker and Hannity on those key issues - the kind of internal debate unthinkable on any other network: in lockstep.
I'd wager the new 8pm host will be far more aligned with Hannity: standard GOP.

I don't think they really care if Trump is elected - it did not stop them before, and it will not stop them now. Still think that they expected Trump to win in 2020. The Steal was due to the election night reports that the GOP was overperforming in the House. Remember, the talk prior to November was that the Dems would gain 15 seats.
A dem congress would have neutered Trump with investigations, and would have fundraised extensively off of it. A Trump victory combined with the GOP gaining the House (and holding the Senate) would have been a disaster.

Her being fired suggests to me that one of the factions trying to control the Democratic Party is gaining power, and eliminating forces that oppose them.
Think of it like this: the Democratic Party is the mafia, with multiple crime families (The Clinton family, the Obama family, the Soros family, the WEF family, etc). In one sense they are all on the same team: the mafia. But each family wants control, and struggles to gain power.
In the Mafia, someone would get whacked to get them out of power. In politics you lose your power and influence, you get fired, scandalized, whatever.

Not really. Apparently what caused the settlement is that the Delaware trial court issued an order allowing Dominion to depose Murdoch Senior in the case. Happened last week.
The problem for Dominion is that truth is always a defense and the fact that many mistruths were told about their systems by the company itself and key players actually mentioned susceptibility to outside influences (being connected to the internet, wiping data logs, etc.) make it a muddled mess for both Fox and Dominion. Fox talent snarking behind the scenes in DMs about Trump and his lack of proof did not help Fox at all.

probably true, but "the machines" were vulnerable, and she did not have the backing (financial or otherwise) to prove it in that short time. I forget what details were, but iirc, there was proof the machines could be accessed online, votes could be changed ... plus all the other cheats.
IF she was getting close to the truth, she would definitely have been attacked in insidious ways by our own government and their assets.
There are still some cases floating around, and we clearly need paper ballots that can be verified, not printed up and ready to go for the week AFTER the election. As with the vax and Covid lies, in due time we may find the more extreme "conspiracy theories" were true.

It gets really complicated when logs are wiped, election administrators are threatened with lawsuits by Dominion over trade secrets, etc.
One of the major issues though that is still unexplained is the divergence between Edison vote totals and those received by SoS offices and the disappearance in real time of votes. Essentially votes have a bounded limit where they can never be negative and thus any reporting system that subtracts votes indicates that the programming allows it to do so.
The other avenue of fraud at the local level is adjudication caused by a whole host of issues. Basically what you cast may not be what is recorded after adjudication in the back rooms.

We have a problem where ANY system of voting including paper ballots is not reliable simply because it depends on who is counting them. Note that in Maricopa county, they went to old throwbacks to cheat using non standard paper that jammed. There are simply multiples of ways that a cheat can happen and many of the ways to cheat with paper ballots include discarding them, substituting your ballot for a predone one, and so on.

Content costs are murderous. Streaming was a bubble and has seen gigantic quantities of malinvestment as a result. The streaming business is far less lucrative than expected (it often isn't profitable *at all*) and the market is seriously crowded. Expect a lot of shake-up over the next few years.

There was never anything about Venezuelan hackers. Dominion bought part of Smartmatic, which built Venezuela's systems.
Worth noting that Smartmatic claims to be able to discern real voting turnout vs that fake numbers reported by Venezuela's government (saying in 2017 there was a discrepancy of 1 million).
Dominion's role is typically alleged to be providing data to facilitate fraud, which is apparently something these sort of operations can do.

Not quite, she was trying to gain access to the data which she did not have access to essentially. Hard to prove a case when a stonewall happens to prevent data access. I would suggest you find the Ga Senate hearing in late December how things went down in that state in 2020. About 7-8 hours long but there are multiple witnesses under oath discussing the problem. I happen to know one such witness before the panel and can swear to their veracity. For that, they were punished by being forced to appear before the Fulton County kangaroo grand jury that recommended Trump be indicted. Expensive legal fees.
If you note, Trump's legal efforts diverged from Sidney's and Wood's claims early on.

Well fortunately that was never a key theory nor really alleged. At least not by the right. Saying 2016 was hacked by the Russians was pretty common from the left.
Look, this is really quite simple.
1. You need to know how much you want to cheat by (this is Dominion's role, or you have to play the delayed reporting game which gives you a more narrow window).
2. You generate the needed ballots (for some reason they decided they were going to try to avoid chunky fraud in the data and ended up with abnormally smooth data)
Some of the ballots in step 2 are naturally pre-generated but sometimes you need to play catchup.

To all the cable tv holdouts: get a fast internet connection, such as 500 mbs to 1gbs fiber link. Get a Roku or equivalent to get some alternative channels, etc. subscribe to Daily Wire or Blaze or whatever you want.
Save money on you landline phone too by using a Voip phone. Buy a Yealink (easy to program) and connect through voip.ms. Very inexpensive.

If you "hacked" a counting machine and it spit out a different result than a hand counted result, the fraud would be obvious.
The machines don't print the ballots.

Hacking counting machines isn't at issue here. I mean on paper you can do it and certainly machines were hooked to the internet and accessible but there's not much point. There are multiple ways to interfere with reported totals without needing to hack, and either way you're going to backfill the results.
Detroit tends to be relatively sloppy about lining up ballots and final reported results though.
