some Churches Have Gotten Woke -- and Is Morally Broke

A "pastor" of a church in San Diego claims "drag is holy," and that Jesus is just God wearing (human) drag.

This particular pastor, The Rev. Dr. Caleb J. Lines, believes that Jesus is God in drag, and hence drag is holy.
At first, I was certain this was a parody since no Christian pastor (nor, I would imagine, any other person schooled in any of the Abrahamic faiths) could possibly make this argument. Jesus is God in drag? Who would say that?
But no, this dude is real, and people actually pay attention to him.

Like I said a few days ago, I'm worried about getting hit by lightning just for *reading* that - let alone saying it.

But this sounds shockingly close to an indulgence. "Do this thing and you'll be absolved of some of your sins." The great mystery of the incarnation is that Jesus didn't LOOK like a man. He became a man. He was both God and man at the same time. That's the whole point.
