Biden's Former Top Official For the Security of Nuclear Materials Is Due to Appear in Court Today

Biden's non-binary top official for the security of nuclear materials -- or ex-top-official -- Sam Brinton is due to appear in court for his theft of women's baggage.

Stealing women's luggage to play with their underwear is just, mwah!, a creepy little cherry on top of this creepy little sundae of perversion.

The Puppy Play enthusiast, who the Biden Administration judged as being of sound enough judgment and character to give the highest level security clearance to, has, get this, repeatedly tried to whine the judge into allowing shim to appear via Zoom.

The judge has repeatedly told sherm that that is not allowed, except in the special case of someone who's already in jail having to make a court appearance.

But this Very Special Snowflake keeps whining.

It's anyone's guess whether zem will appear in court today, or just skip out.

Brinton is set to appear in court Wednesday, February 15, after a judge denied multiple attempts by Brinton's lawyers to allow him to attend remotely. The lawyers said Brinton was having "employment issues."

1, shyeah I heard, and 2, many people, I would in fact say most people, who appear in criminal court have "employment issues," and no one has ever suggested this makes them eligible for special considerations.

But again, this is a Very Special Snowflake we're dealing with here.

"The current District Policy does not allow for remote appearances to be conducted for Felony 1st Appearances on the Property/Drug Calendar with the only exception given to inmates in the custody of the Department of Corrections of the State of Minnesota," Judge Gina Brandt said in response to the lawyers. "Therefore, I must deny your request again."

The creepy underwear burglar of course has other outstanding charges against zam:

The Minneapolis luggage theft is not the only one for which Brinton is accused.

After initial reports of Brinton's Minnesota incident, officials in Las Vegas, Nevada's, Harry Reid International Airport were able to piece together a July 6 baggage theft worth $3,670.

Brinton faces up to ten years for this alleged theft and is currently out on $15,000 bail.

The Biden Administration refuses to cancel Sammy the Sneak-Thief's security clearance.

Because honestly, isn't just being LGBTQ the highest security clearance there is?!

In light of the charges, Republicans are going after the Biden administration in regard to Brinton's security clearance, with Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY) telling Fox News, "It is clear as day that felons should not hold security clearances. ... For months, I've been demanding answers from the Department of Energy on their failed security clearance process. Secretary Granholm has provided none."

Maybe we should all pretend we don't know whose baggage is whose so that Sam and other creepy nightcrawler fetishists can "feel seen."

It is an extra thrill for him to wear women's clothing next to his body that he stole. The job is easy-peasy: the waste is in pools sited at the reactors, it sits there, and that's where it will stay forever, so the Waste Top Men really don't have much to do there. Not like the weapons guys, who keep really busy just trying to track their inventory.

118 Raquel Welch, as described in wiki "politics" entry, is magnificent for her beauty and brains, both:

At the 1973 Academy Awards, before she announced the Best Actress winner, Welch said: "I hope the winner doesn't have a cause." This comment was a snide remark in reference to Marlon Brando's earlier decision to send Sacheen Littlefeather as an emissary to decline the Best Actor award that he won for his performance in The Godfather.[80]

In 2014, during an appearance on The O'Reilly Factor, Welch described herself as being on the conservative side, attributing it to her mother's midwestern values.[81] During the Vietnam War, Welch showed her support for the troops at United Service Organizations (USO) shows.

Teacher interviews are easy as hell. If you're in the door, it's almost certainly your job to lose. It's usually just a half hour chat that anyone with a few weeks in a reasonably run school would pass.

All of the real hurdles are getting your cert, getting time in classrooms, having your recommendations, and being in the right place at the right time to catch an open position.

Alternatives to terms like "male" and "female" and "mother" and "father" should be sought in science because they assume that sex is binary and heterosexuality is the norm, a group of researchers from the US and Canada suggests.

Male and female should instead be referred to as "sperm-producing" and "egg-producing," the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (EEB) Language Project said, according to the Times of London.

Meanwhile, father and mother should be labeled "parent," "egg donor" and "sperm donor" in the scientific field.

One Million Years B.C., Bedazzled, The Last of Sheila, and the list runs on. As I recall she was born Raquel Tejada in La Jolla, CA. Nowadays she wouldn't have had to take her husband's name (Welch) either for marital or professional reasons; but back then Hispanic people very often Anglicized or re-fashioned their names. So did a lot of performers: "It'll look better on a marquee," etc.

She was the premier sex symbol of the '60s, succeeding Marilyn Monroe from the '50s. But she had star quality and more talent than her detractors would admit.

California Senator Dianne Feinstein announced her retirement on Tuesday, but an hour later was unaware she'd done so. The episode appears to validate previous reporting of her serious short-term memory failures...and demonstrate that the 89-year-old Democrat has already stayed in Washington far too long.

On Tuesday, her office posted a statement announcing she wouldn't seek reelection. “I am announcing today I will not run for reelection in 2024 but intend to accomplish as much for California as I can through the end of next year when my term ends," she was quoted as saying.

However, just a couple hours later, Feinstein was unaware she'd announced her coming retirement. Several reporters say that, when a press gaggle asked her about her it, Feinstein said, "I haven't made that decision. I haven't released anything."

When a staffer told Feinstein that her office had indeed released a statement, Feinstein said, "You put out the statement? I didn't know they put it out...Okay, well, it is what it is." ||

The Supreme Court is set to reconsider whether to hear a lawsuit alleging President Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, former Vice President Mike Pence, 291 House members, and 94 senators violated their oaths of office by refusing to investigate evidence of fraud in the 2020 election before certifying Biden as the victor on Jan. 6, 2021, allowing for Biden and Harris to be "fraudulently" inaugurated.

The standard the courts seem to have adopted is; You have to prove there were more fake votes for candidate X then his margin of victory.

Because of the secret ballot that is essentially impossible.

The 2020 election had more fake votes in each of the 6 stolen states then Biden's nominal margin of victory but there is no way to prove they were for Biden. They were from blue areas and Biden's people made sure they got counted but, uh, that's not proof! or some BS.

More than half of recent grads ‘report emotional or mental health challenges’

A survey conducted by the Mary Christie Institute discovered that recent college graduates are not emotionally prepared for the workforce.

Specifically the survey found that more than half of these young professionals self-reported “emotional or mental health challenges.”

“Our findings show that once in the workplace, young people continue to struggle mentally and emotionally,” the think tank wrote.

I remember returning to US and marveling that we have no security at our airports, besides cops patrolling and cameras, that anyone can basically waltz into baggage claim off the street and snag a bag if they really want.

I don't know if basic integrity or the threat of federal prosecution keeps people currently at bay from stealing luggage at airports. I'll take it as a sign we are truly gone as a country when huge baggage thefts start happening, regardless of the possibility of federal prosecution.

I really know what they can do, the conducting of elections is constitutionally up to the states, and there really isn't much jurisdiction within the reach of the SCOTUS and they are largely neutered by the constitution in this regard.

I mean, SCOTUS told PA to put aside and not count undated ballots in PA, the PA SOS told the SCOTUS to go f**k themselves and counted them anyways, the end result was a literal meat sack as a Senator and SCOTUS kicking the dirt and saying awww shucks.

We're in a tough spot regards elections in this country, SCOTUS is not going to extricate ourselves from our predicament.

We're in a tough spot regards elections in this country, SCOTUS is not going to extricate ourselves from our predicament.

408 Roosevelt was much worse than Wilson.

FDR is a solid #2 on my Mt. Rushmore of Presidential Prickdom. But here's where it gets interesting - how do you judge those who set a precedent, as opposed to those who expand it ? Wilson was a trend-setter; he established economic fascism in America with his Blue Eagle program. He set the stage for WWII by his intervention in WWI.

Based purely upon their accomplishments, I can see FDR in the top spot. But I give credit for establishing precedents. Much like I credit W for the expansion of the police state that Obama used and Biden has absolutely ran with.

I have three absolute solid Presidential Pricks on my Mt. Rushmore; Wilson, FDR, and Lincoln. The fourth spot is up for grabs.

470 The Supreme Court is set to reconsider whether to hear a lawsuit alleging President Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, former Vice President Mike Pence, 291 House members, and 94 senators violated their oaths of office by refusing to investigate evidence of fraud in the 2020 election before certifying Biden as the victor on Jan. 6, 2021, allowing for Biden and Harris to be “fraudulently” inaugurated.

The plaintiff’s suggested remedy — that the named defendants are removed from office — sounds extreme at first blush. But the focus of the suit isn’t on whether or not the election actually was “rigged” or “stolen” — that’s irrelevant to the argument. Rather, the suit claims the defendants were delinquent in their duty to investigate, and have thus broken their oaths of office. Biden and Harris may or may not be in office legitimately, but Congress has no way of knowing without taking a serious look into the matter.
