Felicia Somnez, the Leftwing SJW That Attempted To Cancel Half of the Washington Post for Not Agreeing Forcefully Enough with Her Feminist Temper Tantrum Demands, Is Now Working in... Retail Sale at a Clothing Store

Learn to Fold.

The Spectator reports that Felicia Somnez -- who caused so much drama at the Washington Post last year, trying to cancel a sizable number of her colleagues -- is now working in retail.

For ideas on what to do next, perhaps outgoing Washington Post staffers should look to their former colleague Felicia Sonmez — who Cockburn can reveal is now working in retail, after a tipster clocked her while shopping for winter wear earlier this week.

Apparently she's been blackballed by the leftwing propaganda media. She attempted to hold a leftwing propaganda front company hostage to her leftwing SJW terrorist demands, but made a major miscalculation: She's white. You don't get to do that if you're white.

Cockburn also reports that the Post's infantile leftwing extremist opinion writer, Margaret Sullivan, has also been fired, or let go, however you want to put it. But leftwinger propagandists can only fail upwards (unless they hold their employers to ransom) and she immediately signed on to write leftwing screeds for The Guardian.

I'm sure she'll really stand out there. She'll bring such a fresh and unexpected political perspective to The Guardian.

60 The Washington Post is in very dire straits right now, losing money and subscribers even faster than CNN. They are a toxic brand people want no part of.

And, as much as I despair at humanity and the pointlessness of reaching out to tell people, I mean, it must be working to show the almost shocking hypocrisy, double standards, lies, unprofessionalism, and two-faced reversals by them over the years in social media.

Apparently all those brutal "before and after" quotes on Twitter are having an impact on the culture. At least a little.

No, she said she'd been working the street turning tricks the last several years, which is a lot more respectable, and shows a work ethic. Now I regret not calling "Upgrayedd", which she listed as her previous pimp and supervisor, for a recommendation.

168 > I hate that retail / brick and mortar is dying. The internet has a lot of bad sides.

I'm mostly OK with it.

When I was a kid, we were fairly poor. My Dad was an enlisted man and my Mom was a homemaker, later a teacher. When we went clothes shopping, we'd go to the standard box stores like Dillard's. They had a tiny guys section and the styles were usually years out of date. I don't know where the cool kids were shopping back then, but it wasn't Dillard's.

On top of that, I was a skinny as a rail, 6'5" kid. So I got to wear out of date, ill fitting clothes to school. Yes, I was grateful my parents took care of me. I still am. But if I had been able to buy cheap, somewhat fashionable clothes that fit me, that would have been nice.

200 Sort of related. Retail related, at least.

I just was listening to a piece describing how trendy companies purposely crash their servers in order to promote the idea that their products are in high demand and to work up the customers trying to buy whatever the latest releases are so that they think there's a chance they might not be able to buy one before they're all sold out. F5 on crack and then buy more than originally intended since they're in high demand.

Except they're not. The website has just cut traffic availability in half (or more).

Apparently the Kardashians figured this technique out and incorporated it into an art.

Carry on the historical teaching in detail right up to the 1960s, then delve into how the Soviets did in fact succeed in their aims to subvert education, media, etc. Until she realizes that SHE is a product of those exact efforts.

I don't recall Mom doing that, but then she was a working single mother before it became fashionable. No time for such things. She'd take my brother and me to the sale annex of the downtown department store and get us new and solid, but never very expensive, clothes when we needed them.

I myself bought some iron-on patches and refurbished a couple pairs of my jeans during the Sniffle Scare when I couldn't go into certain stores. Worked a treat -- until the patches started coming loose.

New Mexico state Senator William P. Soules (D) is pushing legislation to ban handguns he describes as “assault pistols.” He defines an “assault pistol” as “a semiautomatic pistol that accepts a detachable magazine” and also has two of six other characteristics.

1- An ammunition magazine that attaches to the pistol outside the pistol grip;
2- A threaded barrel capable of accepting a barrel extender, flash suppressor, forward hand grip or silencer;
3- A shroud that is attached to or partially or completely encircles the barrel and permits the shooter to hold the firearm with the second hand without being burned;
4- Manufactured weight of fifty ounces or more when the pistol is unloaded;
5- A centerfire pistol with an overall length of twelve inches or more; or
6- A semiautomatic version of an automatic firearm.

He literally broke a shin bone marching, had to do basic twice. That's how out of shape he was. I recommended strongly to him that he start doing basic calisthenics and walks or jogs for the months they give you to prep and say bye to family before going to camp but he didn't listen.

I mean he wouldn't be in even Air Force shape by then but at least he'd have been slightly prepared.

DeSantis is running by all accounts in the invisible primary but Trump is not going to do the GOPe thing and let DeSantis draft behind him.

If you like DeSantis, it sucks because DeSantis is stuck doing the job in Florida. But as a political tactic, any frontrunner is going to do the same exact thing to someone moving up except in GOPe, the main attacks are usually done by surrogates instead of the candidate.

DeSantis is going to get hit if he plays until he either gets into the fray or announces unequivocally he is not running.

353 I did too, back when there were mall stores men could enjoy.

A very long time ago, we had a mall store called The Texas Store. It had a dividing wall down the middle. One side was a liquor store and the other was a gun shop.

355 As said on Book Thread reading Christina Boob's book Stealing Your Vote about the 2020 election, andbnot seeing much different if not worse in 2022 that 2024 will be a Republican loss no matter who runs.

357 320 Trump better lay off the Red vs Red rhetoric.

We need a win or we're doomed. It might be too late anyway.

Campaign attacks are going to happen--do you honestly think if DeSantis gets in that he won't or his surrogates won't attack Trump.

And it's stupid and gives the left all sorts of free ammo and distracts from messaging about biden and his incompetence. Whoever is advising him needs to be fired.

I don't think it has anything to do with his "advisers". He's always been a loose cannon in that he says exactly what's on his mind at the time. A Queens boy at heart. Unfortunately.

A 44-yr old MSNBC anchorette made a triumphant return to the air the other day. She had been absent and revealed the cause: pericarditis and then myocarditis. Heart problems.

She had her cardiologist on to discuss this. Has he seen an increase in myo/pericarditis cases? Why yes, he has. What could be the cause? Well, it's probably colds.

A cardiologist just said on the air that the common cold is probably the cause of all this myocarditis and stuff.

362 Cockburn also reports that the Post's infantile leftwing extremist opinion writer, Margaret Sullivan, has also been fired, or let go, however you want to put it.

Carter Duryea: I'm gonna have to let some people go.

Dan Foreman: Why do you say let them go? They don't WANT to go. Why don't you just say fire them?

Carter Duryea: Because it sounds better.

Dan Foreman: Not to the person getting fired it doesn't.
