NBC "News" Suspends National Correspondent Who Reported That Paul Pelosi Walked Back Inside Towards His "Friend" David DePape After Letting Police Into His Home, Without Explaining the Grounds for the Suspension

He's being suspended for damaging a political narrative, of course, with unapproved facts.

Or maybe NBC "News" is just showing what White Liberals really think of Latinxes who don't follow the scripts White Liberals have written for them.

NBC News has reportedly suspended national correspondent Michael Almaguer over a story the news outlet retracted about the assault of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi.

Almaguer's apparent suspension, first reported by The Daily Beast, comes after NBC said it retracted the reporter's Nov. 4 story on Pelosi "because it did not meet NBC News reporting standards."

...

"The 82-year-old did not immediately declare an emergency or try to leave his home but instead began walking several feet back into the foyer toward the assailant and away from police," Almaguer said.

His report seems to contradict police and prosecutors' claims and spurred conspiracy theories.

When asked about Almaguer, NBC News spokesman Stephen Labaton said: "We don’t comment on personnel matters."

NBC "News" still hasn't said the report was false.

Just that it didn't conform to their "reporting standards." Or let's call it, their narrative preferences.

Related: The nation's number one most regretted college major?

Journ0lizming, of course.

On the basis of the survey results, CNBC reported that 44% of all job seekers with college degrees regret their fields of study.

Those most stricken with regret were graduates who majored in journalism, 87% of whom indicated they would choose another major if they could.

The problem for journalism grads seeking to join the class of people who told disenfranchised miners to learn to code is far more pressing than the fact that only 34% of Americans trust the mass media to report the news "fully, accurately and fairly."

Axios reported late last month that it's a "brutal, fearful time for American media," with over 3,000 media jobs cut already this year and even more layoffs, hiring freezes, and cost-cutting measures in the works.

Snap Inc., for instance, announced plans to lay off 20% of its staff at the end of August. Gannett CEO Mike Reed told his staff on Aug. 31 that his media organization would be eliminating 3% of its U.S. workforce and cutting open positions. In September, CNN began dumping staffers in its audio division.

Sad.

The capital hill police have eyes inside the Pelosi abode, saw the g*y shit that was going on, informed Pelosi that Paul was at it again and then pressed their flunkies in the SFPD to do a little cleanup, and being that the Donks never let a crisis go to waste, used it to drive a pre-election narrative.

It's literally disappeared from the news.

This $250m got his brains bashed in with a hammer by an underwear-clad, itinerant rent-boy, while his fag-hag wife was getting wasted on some taxpayer-funded party jet. And they've only accrued a joint net-worth of about a quarter of a billion dollars for her selfless public service.

Gotta love this country.

But I do find one angle on this pretty hilarious: given that the hammer-hobo was a homeless gay prostitute in SF, and almost definitely a drug addict, Paul got brutally bludgeoned by one of his wife's core constituents.

So is the official narrative is that he answered the door? Did the report that the police watched as they wrestled for a hammer and Pelosi was then struck?

The Left lie so much and never keep their stories straight.

This is written like Almaguer's 'sources' are more suss than the 'sources' that the MSM uses to back up all sorts of allegations against Republicans. They're not. In this reporter's case, in fact, they're better than the average MSM's.

But then he didn't kill himself, anyway. So there's really nothing you can do.

Nope. We have been hoping against hope since 2012 that the US will right itself peacefully via elections. Ten years later, it is apparent it cannot or perhaps will not because the leaders of the GOPe are too craven to fight election fraud and rigging either because of collusion with Dems or because they will be instantly ostracized as those questioning Covid and the 2020 elections were.

Voting was the easy way. Building a new reality by actions are the hard way helped perhaps only by the impending collapse of most societal institutions. Leftists cannot build and inevitably what they take over, they destroy. The right has to make sure that it survives the collapse. Daunting task.

You have to wonder why both guys were in their underwear. One guy, OK, maybe he was changing clothes (conceivably) but BOTH of them? If they were getting jiggy with it, you'd think they'd both be in their birthday suits (especially the nudist), if not, then they'd both be fully dressed. Both scampering around in their BVDs, i.e., in an intermediate state, is really unlikely. It's difficult to imagine what circumstances would lead to that.

The Pentagon has been sulky at sending HIMARS (the missile artillery) when it draws down our mainline strength and in sending long range ones that can hit deep inside Russia.

I'm not sure State wants war, but they and the Neocons are frantically trying to find that magic thing that will dissolve Russia and make them somehow right all along.

This from the people who worked overtime to lie to the American people in an effort to elect Democrats. TheIR lies are responsible for hundreds of thousands of people being laid off across the United States. Journalists and politicians getting laid off or fired from work is something we should celebrate with excessive glee.

Here we are, with (just a very short spontaneous list) the Iraq effort thrown away; an Iranian regime that may well have been gone by now; the consequences (probably mostly unknown) of massive intel failures against Chy-nah (not to mention lying down for their global offensive, generally), an already massively distorted horrible "health insurance" system that had the individual market destroyed, the medical system further "borged", and of course zero impact on rising costs PLUS no benefit to anyone that couldn't have been achieved much more simply and with less damage; a society pushed much much further backwards into racism after rendering it essentially irrelevant; and much, much, much more.

So sure, yeah "here we still are". Degraded and damaged.

It takes a lot of time, effort, and skill to be a good interviewer. I learned a number of these techniques in college and more so in my current profession. So yes, asking a question can be hard. It is a serious defect of kids who are mixed, and I say this as someone who is mixed, that there is a strong tendency to reject part of your background and run headlong in the other direction. This is especially true if you live in an area where one race is demonized and the other fetishized (for lack of a better term).
