Ballot Stuffing Ex-Congressman in Philly (Where We’ve Been Assured There is No Ballot Fraud) Goes to Jail for Ballot Fraud

I’ve been called a conspiracy-obsessed “election denier” by the media and by polite Republicans for stating that there is ballot fraud going on in favor of Democrats in cities such as Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Milwaukee.

That this goes on has been an open secret. Yet those of us who seek to stop Democrat ballot stuffing are called “a threat to democracy.”

Former Pennsylvania Congressman sentenced for election fraud [WHTM - Harrisburg, PA - 9/27/2022]

Former U.S. Congressman Michael “Ozzie” Myers, 79, of Philadelphia was sentenced to 30 months in prison after pleading guilty to stuffing ballot boxes for Democrats in the 2014-18 Pennsylvania elections.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania says Myers admitted in court to bribing the Judge of Elections for the 39th Ward, 36th Division in South Philadelphia in a fraudulent scheme over several years.

Officials say Myers would solicit payments from his clients in the form of cash or checks as “consulting fees,” and then use portions of these funds to pay election officials to tamper with election results.

The fact that “election officials” is plural is not lost on me. You can rest assured that the 39th Ward is not the one and only place this happened.

Myers pleaded guilty in June to conspiracy to deprive voters of civil rights, bribery, obstruction of justice, falsification of voting records, and conspiring to illegally vote in a federal election for orchestrating schemes to fraudulently stuff the ballot boxes for specific Democratic candidates in the 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 Pennsylvania elections.

There was known ballot fraud in Philadelphia in 2014.

There was known ballot fraud in Philadelphia in 2015.

There was known ballot fraud in Philadelphia in 2016.

There was known ballot fraud in Philadelphia in 2017.

There was known ballot fraud in Philadelphia in 2018.

But to suggest that there was ballot fraud in Philadelphia in 2020 is a conspiracy theory.

Even worse, Conservative, Inc. is now seeking to excommunicate any Republican who dares to question the integrity of the 2020 election. They are declaring Kari Lake of Arizona to be unfit for the governor’s office because she won’t profess that Biden was elected without any fraud, and with a heavy heart that are now going #NeverYoungkin on the Virginia governor because he is proudly supporting Ms. Lake’s gubernatorial bid.

Any Republican who can be muzzled about ballot fraud just because he fears being labeled an “election denier” is a Republican who will betray you when elected.

Covid Sharia Continues at Amherst University

Covid sharia is over for most people, but where it became a religious lifestyle, it persists.

Amherst University has just provided new masking guidance, and they are not backing away from the leftist love affair with masks. If one person in the classroom is a masker, then everyone must wear masks.

If anyone in the class, including the instructor, wants to continue with masking, then masks will be required.

Even better, the University plans to get even more oppressive in its mask mandates when the holidays roll around.

In certain circumstances—for instance, following Thanksgiving break when members of the community have been traveling or if there is a significant surge in cases—the College will require a stricter masking protocol for an appropriate duration.

Amherst - Covid Masking.JPG

I heartily endorse this action. In fact, I encourage every elite university to follow Amhert’s bold leadership in making the college experience as miserable as possible.

It’s a shame that the importance and influence of woke, anti-western universities hasn’t started to wane yet. But until then, we can enjoy watching the abuse and humiliation being imposed upon the status-seeking students at these ivy covered mask covered institutions.

Newspaper Chain Obsessed With “Banned Books” Bans Dilbert When It Starts Mocking ESG

Newspaper chain Lee Enterprises, whose stable of newspapers includes woke propaganda outlets such as the Omaha World-Herald and St. Louis Post-Dispatch, suddenly and “coincidentally” dropped the Dilbert cartoon exactly when Dilbert started running a series of cartoons mocking ESG (Environmental and Social Governance.)

Dilbert’s mockery of ESG also received prominent news coverage around the same time, when Bloomberg wrote a piece about Dilbert’s anti-ESG storyline.

Cartoonist Scott Adams is lucky Twitter didn’t ban him for this tweet, which mocks a member in good standing of the media cartel.

Dilbert cancelled for ESG.JPG

Here is the link to one of the Dilbert cartoons mocking ESG.

DILBERT: “What is this “ESG” thing I keep hearing about?”

CONSULTANT: “Imagine if a crooked politician and a crooked financial advisor got married and had a baby.”

DILBERT: “So…ESG would be that baby?”

CONSULTANT: “Only if it is colicky and has firehose diarrhea.”

While most of the media chose to either embargo or otherwise spin the story about Lee Enterprises banning Dilbert, the New York Post did cover it.

Dilbert author claims ‘woke’ mob is coming for his comic strip as it’s removed from 77 newspapers [NY Post – 9/21/2022]

Recently, Adams started poking fun at the ESG movement (also known as the environmental, social and governance movement), Fox reported, and, in the most recent strip from Tuesday, he introduced a new character named Dave who is black but identifies as white.

“Dilbert” author Scott Adams, who has been drawing the comic since 1989, said the strip that pokes fun at office culture was wiped from nearly 77 newspapers.

Lee Enterprises, which owns nearly 100 newspaper companies in the US, terminated the contract with “Dilbert” for unknown reasons, reports Fox News.

Speaking of coincidences, just a few days before it banned Dilbert, the Omaha World-Herald ran a story about Banned Books Week, lamenting that some school libraries don’t provide copies of Gender Queer to its students. Seriously. This book is so obscene that parents have been prohibited from reading it or showing its illustrations at school board meetings. But the editors at the Omaha World Herald want your child’s school to provide him a copy of it, even if you object.

Omaha World Herald - Banned Books.JPG

Think about it, the chain that owns the monopoly newspaper in dozens of cities has determined – for whatever reason – that the citizens of those towns don’t need to read Dilbert. It can do that, of course, and its readers can go visit Dilbert’s website to read the cartoon.

But that same newspaper is screaming “censorship” if a middle school decides – for whatever reason - not to put on its library shelves an instruction manual on how to engage in various sex acts.

76 A "vote" is a 1/R share of the decision-making process. R, here is defined by the number of registered voters.

It actually turns out to be 1/T where T is the turnout of registered voters.

So a "right to a vote" is a right to have 1/T share of the decision. Any increment f (fraud) means that you are not delivered your 1/T share, but your 1/(T+f) share.

So, the tolerance of voter fraud denies your right to anything you can call a vote. If the authorities aren't interested in securing this, they are not interested in your "right to vote".

Republican corruption takes a different genteel form--usually it is jobs for relatives, insider trading, cozying up to lobbyists to get goodies as 'gifts', sweetheart land and investment deals, and so on. Some of it takes place before elections where prominent donors give make work jobs or grift to rising politicians before ethics rules count. For example, GWB's 'partnership' in the Texas Rangers. Nixon for example had a coterie of Californians that contributed to a fund Nixon used for living expenses which nearly got him kicked off the Republican ticket in 1952.

Wayne County MI is worse. It's so bad that MI can't conduct state-wide recounts because under state law Wayne doesn't even meet the most basic measure of election integrity, at the precinct level.

And a society dumb/distracted enough to put up with a known pointless measure (masks) is certainly capable of tolerating game-changing corruption, for decades, without any action. And there we are.

Corruption is baked into the cake regardless of government forms but egregious corruption usually occurs at the very end of a government's existence. Basically, the snatch and grabs become really bad before the crash as the greedy get what they can before the system ends.

You find rampant corruption in the Continental Congress, the Articles Congress (less so as spending crashed), and throughout the early and later Republic. Mark Twain wrote the Gilded Age, Hamilton was ensnared in a sex and speculation in Treasury bills scandal, many were involved in sweetheart land deals, and so on.

One point I've brought up to the COVID LIVs I know is that the current coronavirus version of the common cold, O43, started off as a major pandemic about 100 years ago.

It never "went away" but as virus do it became less dangerous over time - and I'd ask...what did you do to protect yourself from O43 or other flu like illnesses prior to 2020?

As an amusing part to this, early on a study found exposure to O43 gives resistance if not immunity to COVID. It could have been used as a vaccine.

184 The reasons that the Republicans gave up on Obamacare removal is that a lot of their big donors benefit from the system and spending even if the general public doesn't.

Regulatory corruption occurs when all gains are privatized but all losses become public responsibility. GOP and Dems like that system because those getting privatized gains reward the pols that allow it.

There is a reason classic political philosophy believed that to keep a republic, you needed to have a relatively poor and equal society. Vast disparity in wealth inevitably resulted in the wealthy and their admirers fatally destroying a republic through overt and covert favor seeking and pursuit of power.

228 Sean Trende at RCP does good work on elections. Here, he concludes Newt Gingrich is too optimistic saying the GOP will gains 50 plus seats in the House. Normally with a President as unpopular as Biden, Trende says, that would be fair to expect, but gerrymandering (by both parties) have made districts generally less competitive. Also, Democrat turnout looks like it might be better than expected (thanks to abortion and the Biden Propaganda Press strategy of making Republicans "threats to our very freedoms!").

Anyway, Trende doesn't make a specific forecast but it looks like he is saying Republicans should be happy to win the House, and maybe, hopefully, even have a majority of 30 seats or so.

A gain of 30 seats gives the GOP a majority as large as they had after the 2010 election.

Yeah, it won't be as big of a wave, but it will lead to a similar result.

345 So I was reading on scotusblog about this obscure case about a company MoneyGram and States grabbing abandoned property.

My jaw hit the floor when i read this:

"For Delaware, the issue is especially important because many businesses are incorporated there. Some of those businesses, including MoneyGram, deal with large amounts of unclaimed funds, and Delaware routinely claims those funds under its escheatment laws. Unclaimed property accounted for 8% of the state’s revenue in 2021[/b."

25 million is cheapish these days. The sort of cash the a major studio can throw at a small project without worry about making the money back because if the box office doesn't turn up, there are so many residuals that they should be able to break even.

373 357 What I'm really waiting for is the other penny to drop - the Democrats are in no way any different, insofar as scamming all of their voters; they're just working a slightly different angle. Their voters must, eventually, also catch on, especially once the fake opposition withers away, and they have nobody to point the finger of blame at anymore.

The Party will still be in charge of everything at that point, but once the Dem voters get hip to the scam, its days are numbered.
Posted by: Yudhishthira's Dice at October 03, 2022 12:08 PM (oINRc)

==========

The Democratic Establishment outright buys its radical left. They don't diminish them publicly. They don't feud with them publicly. They use their issues to create giant shells of legislation full of graft. They use them to fundraise while keeping them at arms length in terms of leadership positions.

That public embrace is what saves them. The GOPe openly attacked and diminishes every rightward move. That makes them a more obvious target to the righty base than the lefty base for the Democratic Party.

381 Allegedly true anthropology story: an English medical missionary group moving up from South Africa at the start of the last century was examining and interviewing a group of natives. They asked if the people knew what caused illnesses.

Oh yes, the old village wise man explained with great certainty and elaborated details. Diseases were caused by tiny demons that danced in a circle of light, and expounded an entire cosmology of the human body battling these imps.

It turned out that a German scientific group has passed through there 25 years earlier and had shown the villagers bacteria through their microscope.

They're not going to *give* you that patty for free, so knowing the price of an "off menu" item is kind of part of the point. My guess is it's more like $4 per burger.

If you feel motivated, try ordering a triple hamburger at your BK and lemme know what they charge you. There SHOULD be a special button for it on most registers but the local help may or may not know how to find it.

A Trump theme last go-round was exactly this: the Democrat leaders are cynically manipulating their voters, scaring the shit out of them, and the Propaganda machine (social media) is their main crutch.

A free debate would expose both parties as corrupt.

407 Not to be outdone, Fordham University in NY is still mandating all faculty, staff, and students not only be vaccinated, but boosted. And of course the only available "booster" is the mRNA clot shots.
Its like they want to kill their own students.

And how come no one is talking about how all these kids who got myocarditis from these shots now have a 50% chance of dying in the next 5 years.
Maybe that's why Europe is banning these shots. Why aren't we?
