I never said an unkind word to her, but the hate and vitriol the woman spewed was just unbelievable...and most of it was directed at my wife, (who'd quietly unfollowed her on FB months before this happened). The only defense was to unfollow her.

She's been going to court and visiting jails for more than a year.

During the summer of 2020, I was using my social media platforms to vent about the Plandemic and post a lot of facts about the virus and masking and expose the lies of the narrative. I was tagging some friends in my post to spread the information. I ended up getting warnings from the social media platforms for "spamming". Since some of the platforms spread your posts to "friends of friends", I had a hunch that left-wing friends of my friends were seeing my posts and reporting me.

So I decided to eliminate everyone from my social media pages if I was not sure if they were conservative or not. Everyone from family, friends and work friends. I like to use my social media pages to vent sometimes and I wanted to be sure my venting was not going to get me in trouble with some activist dipshit.

Were it not for that fear of some left-wing dipshit causing me problems, I would not delete friends over political views. I would just ignore them and get on with my day. But the left does not do that. So better safe than sorry.

Make sure that she is checking her BP regularly and has a D Dimer clotting test. Most recent research indicates that at least some of the long covid symptoms may be related to micro clots that can lead to heart inflammation, strokes, and other nasty occurrences.

Mostly "duh", obvious stuff anyone with sense or any background at all has long known, with some fairly naive or dumb stuff added in.

Even a high school dropout could figure out how to claim he/she has only $25 of disposable income per month.

370 Regarding the Ford announcement, we know several Ford engineers who have not reported to the offices in Dearborn for almost three years now. Covid shut everything down in that space and once they were able to reopen, Ford chose not to do so and simply had these people work from home with site visits. My guess is they are finding now that they do not want to spend effort and money on innovations for ICE vehicles when they have thrown in fully on EV's, so the non EV engineers are quite expendable. I know from one of our engineer friends that Ford is splitting the company into two distinct divisions, one for EV's one for ICE. Imagine the EV talent is young, cheaper, and not inclined to office work.

I'm four years in at about 45K miles. Battery down to 91% which is about what is expected but I'd rather it were more. Still the best car I've ever had and still feels brand new. There are downsides, but the model 3 is a helluva car for my needs.

Yeah, well in 2016 there were LOTS AND LOTS of people who were deeply concerned with Trump's candidacy, including me. I thought for sure he was a plant to deliberately tank the election and hand it to The Vile One. Even after he was elected I had reservations. I'll admit my surprise and error. That said, Trump was far from perfect and his political inexperience cost him greatly.

As far as Shapiro and DW, I'm not a subscriber but it seems The Right could do a lot better in supporting each other and finding some common ground and even "leveraging some synergies" and whatnot. Far too often The Right acts like a bucket of crabs, eager to tear each other down.
