I partly stayed to see if that would be on the stories you commented on (the bigger part is I am processing some images and writing some text so I can publish one).

This has to be one of the greatest tech stores of the year. Single core PC hacks the entire NSA/CIA/KGB/MI5/etc. encryption scheme. The only way this could have been better is if it was done by some Romanian Gypsy, high from sniffing paint, using a stolen Raspberry Pi. Oopsy indeed.

It really does. When vote tally was at 50% she was getting killed in the 4 big counties. At 75 she had closed the gap in those counties while smoking Robson in the rural counties. And then at 78%, she pulls ahead by a 1.8%. The math gets really tough for Robson now. Well, unless there are boxes of ballots under the counting room tables in Maricopa or Pima counties.

Kinda tech related: The wife and I are now signed up for 'virtual' healthcare. No office visits, no sitting around waiting with a bunch of sick people. In some cases a physician may actually come to our home (anyone remember the 1950's?). Everything handled over the phone with a Zoom style app. We can send close up photos of issues, and someone is on call 24/7. If prescriptions are necessary they are 'called in' to our local pharmacy.

As someone who was always an 'early adopter' of technology I'm intrigued by the idea.

Thru a zero cost, five star rated Medicare Advantage program. As to blood pressure, both my wife and I are in a very good range and we have our own Omron BP cuff and monitor it ourselves.

The blood pressure you can monitor yourself. The automatic machines are cheap and easy to use. Unless they really need to see the problem, what's the point of going in? If I were a doctor, I would love to get rid of a huge office and get down to one or two rooms. Easier to do online and to make home visits when necessary.

Antibiotic overuse is a problem. Though I have a feeling it is over-hyped. After the COVID disaster, I'm all for you can get whatever drugs you want except for heavy narcotics.

4. Drug abuse, overmedication, etc. Some drugs require liver/kidney function monitoring.

Oh yes, they ended up getting the entire settlement to settle my tax bill. My wife took off after fraudulently emptying my 401K accounts, leaving me with the penalties and taxes.

The worst part was the injury left me partially disabled and on the short list for layoffs which occurred six months later.

That was a rough time. I had a kid in college that had to drop out because of all this.

ENT is treating him with prednisone for 12 days. Doc and the audiologist are betting it's a viral infection of the inner ear and if the prednisone doesn't clear it up it's on to a MRI to check for a tumor. Please, please, please let it be a virus.

States are composed of their electorate, not their voting system. PA is not blue and might even no longer be purple.

"Mail in" voting, such as it is, at least means being sent through official government entities, and postmarks.

What they are often referring to these days, are just unsecured drop boxes sprinkled liberally far and wide in strategic locations. They aren't being "mailed" in any sense of the term.

We previously (in PA) had two reasons for mail-in voting - health reasons or being out of state on Election Day. We now have 'no reason' mail in voting. Does Florida have that?

What is ripe for fraud is mailing ballots to everyone on the voting rolls like the did in 2020. THAT was eliminated in a special election in early 2021. And also use of unmonitored drop boxes as Tater mentioned.
