Republican Congressmen Accuse FBI Director Wray: Whistleblowers Tell Us the FBI Is Inflating "Domestic Terrorism" Cases According to Biden's Propaganda Demands, and Conditioning Promotions Based on How Many Fake "Domestic Terrorism" Cases They Fabricate

So the FBI has a "quota" system for fake domestic terrorism cases, the same as local podunk cops churn out minor traffic citations.

This surely indicates a Republic in good health: writing up "domestic terrorism" cases like you're just trying to make quota with a bunch of trumped up Failure to Yield hassles.

This initiative began under Obama -- Obama wanted to appease his Muslim supporters, as well as extremist Islamist groups Obama was negotiating with overseas like the Muslim Brotherhood, and so ordered the intelligence agencies and law enforcement agencies to downplay Muslim terrorism ("the motive may never be known") and being "finding" cases of "domestic (white) terrorism," so that it could be claimed the two were in rough parity, or that the latter was more threatening than the former.

The radical left had been pushing this meme since about three hours after 9/11, of course, keeping running tallies of people killed by foreign terrorists and people killed by supposed "domestic extremists." These running tallies always began the week after 9/11, to exclude the 2,996 victims of 9/11, and didn't just include actual "domestic terrorism" victims. Any time someone was vaguely said to be a member of a "domestic extremist" organization, his crimes would be counted as a "domestic terrorism" crime, even if the crime was something obviously unrelated to domestic terrorism, like a man killing his wife in an argument, or one skinhead killing another skinhead in a meth deal gone wrong, etc.

They didn't do that same thing with foreign terrorists -- they didn't include every single crime committed by suspected foreign terrorists.

Because, of course, they weren't trying to pad the numbers of foreign terrorists.

Far from it -- they were trying to reduce those numbers, and claim that even where it was obvious that a murder committed by a Muslim man was in fact inspired by Islam -- that case in the NJ/NY reason of a Muslim man killing gay men, for example -- the FBI would claim "the motive may never be known."

They're not that stupid.

They were acting under orders.

They were instructed: Where possible, do not find a motive.

And, where possible: Claim that any case involving a white guy with a tattoo you think looks a little hinky is a "domestic terrorism" case.

Well, the whistleblowers are now talking to congressmen about this. Finally.

From the House Judiciary Committee, addressing this accusation to Wray directly:

The FBI defines a domestic violent extremist (DVE) as "an individual based and
operating primarily within the United States or its territories without direction or inspiration from a foreign terrorist group or other foreign power who seeks to further political or social goals wholly or in part through unlawful acts of force or violence." According to you and other Biden Administration officials, investigations into DVEs have increased "significantly." In June 2021, you testified that the FBI has a "very, very active domestic terrorism investigation program" and that you had "doubled the amount of domestic terrorism investigations." Attorney General Merrick Garland has repeated this talking point, stating that "[t]he number of open FBI domestic terrorism investigations this year has increased significantly."

New whistleblower disclosures made by multiple FBI employees from different field offices indicate that the Biden Administration's narrative may be misleading. We have received accusations that FBI agents are bolstering the number of cases of DVEs to satisfy their superiors.

For example, one whistleblower explained that because agents are not finding enough DVE cases, they are encouraged and incentivized to reclassify cases as DVE cases even though there is minimal, circumstantial evidence to support the reclassification. Another whistleblower--who led at least one high profile domestic terrorism investigation--stated that a field office Counterterrorism Assistant Special Agent in Charge and the FBI's Director of the Counterterrorism Division have pressured agents to move cases into the DVE category to hit self created performance metrics. According to whistleblowers, the FBI uses these metrics to dispense awards and promotions. Every whistleblower has called it an environment of "pressure" within the FBI.

These whistleblower allegations that the FBI is padding its domestic violent extremist data cheapens actual examples of violent extremism. This information
also reinforces our concerns--about which we have written to you several times regarding the FBI's politicization under your leadership. As we have detailed, multiple whistleblowers have disclosed how the Biden FBI is conducting a "purge" of FBI employees holding conservative views. You have ignored these concerns. It appears instead that the FBI is more focused on classifying investigations to meet a woke left-wing agenda.

Chris Wray? That straight shooter?!

Not the Andy-McCarthy endorsed Chris Wray, surely?

The military pads it's number of recruits, readiness, etc. The IRS pads the numbers of taxes taken in, usually downward to avoid an irate public.

But this is a bit different in that they're not only padding the numbers for budgetary reasons, they're making up real cases and arresting people on phony bullshit charges.

The House actually did have a party change after the 1930 election as several Republicans died or left office which made the Dems in the middle of the term, the majority party. From a technical angle, Nanzi is to be commended that she held her historically slender majority enough to actually pass bills that are electoral poison in swing districts. He recently complained about the metal's "insane" costs and said anyone who enters the refining business basically gets a "license to print money." The billionaire has a point. As the auto industry shifts away from dirty fossil fuels and toward cleaner battery power, lithium is in the spotlight.

Kraken,
If you look at polling, every one of those institutions is heading toward the toilet as far as belief in them. As a consequence, huge percentages are already engaged in disliking each of these institutions on the 'left' and 'right'. This is not only in this country as well. Average people have had about enough of the elites, celebutards, etc. saying let the peasants eat bugs and become a cold hungry serf living in a concrete hut in the dark.

No way to sell that to average people even if you have a purty mouth and speak really long words.

Systems such as this are employed throughout the executive branch of the government. Congress is familiar.

Supervisor's Checklist for Preparing for Employee Performance Reviews. Approaches to Calculating Performance-Based Cash Awards. yada, yada, yada (See OPM dot gov)

Not enough complaints for a work unit? Get someone to call or send some in. A complaint is not within the scope of the agency, or its BS? Place a call to complainant for X points; visit for X points; mentor a trainee for X points. Interview a few people about the alleged complaint X points. And so on and so forth.

Government wide regulations specify types of employee awards that can be given. However, it's not unusual that those who do actual work in accordance with regulations are not properly rewarded.

Did not happen that way in the US stock markets in the 70's. DJIA was aboput 800 in 1970 and increased to only 839 by the end of the decade. Over that time, stocks went up only 5 percent. Price index went from 37.8 in Jan 1970 to 76.7 in December of 1979 aka doubled.

One of the issues is that once you change expectations in the future economy, it is difficult to get untracked which is why the shock and awe (probably unrepeatable due to federal deficit today) of the Fed in Paul Volcker's hikes were necessary. Inflation for the 80's though still ran about 5-6 percent on average.

purging any that are not willing to hide their coup, to harass patriotic Americans (dawn raids on the elderly, with CNN in tow), or that show any patriotic loyalty. That might include "conservatives", but mostly they want loyalty to FBI even as the run the coup and these false flag ops against Americans.

335 If you want to convert a society to totalitarian rule you have to get rid of the people who would resist somehow.

Step 1. Make them a public enemy.
Step 2. Manufacturer public risk such that you can round them up onesy twosy.
Step 3. People become afraid of public protest. When the movements move out of the public eye so they don't get arrested. Manufacture more risk so you can invade everyone's privacy.
Step 4. Round up more and more moderate dissidents until people are afraid to privately speak out.
Step 5. Take away guns. With no social network of any kind, even word of mouth, organized resistance is impossible.
Step 6. Implement the great reset of new feudalism.

We are currently in a supply shock situation except it is broader than just energy and being aided by government regulations and laws. I don't expect the stock market to do that well going forward as deficits have just magically grown, China is turning inward and potentially violent, and in Ukraine, Euroland is facing some really bad choices this winter regarding sanctions. Voila--less production of goods, moah money being circulated via the BBB and still insufficient Fed rates, and so on. History does not always have to repeat itself but sometimes it rhymes.

With O's maladministration I came to realize that intellectually understanding "They will call evil good and good evil" in no way prepares a person for how mentally and emotionally fatiguing it is to live with that on a daily basis.

416 375 As a simple exercise, if you buy a piece of land financed entirely at a 10% (interest on interest) fixed interest rate, and it appreciates in nominal value 15% each year alongside a 15% inflation rate, you're coming out ahead despite not putting the land to any use and a general decline in the currency.

In real life, it does not work that way. Problem is carrying costs (taxes, insurance, etc)+risks+forgone opportunity costs of other investments. It also posits linearity in its assumptions which is a feature of models not of real life. For the most part, mortgages are difficult to obtain for investment properties and commercial banks base their rates on both ability to pay and whatever cost of funds guidance comes their way from central banks.

FWIW, the current S&P 500 P/E ratio is about 20 or so indicating a historically overpriced market but not overly so. Average PE is bit over 15 while median PE is a bit under 15. Stagnation is the more likely of scenarios historically but then again, I prefer looking backward for projections which has its own risks--especially paradigm change.
