Mother of Girl In #Shes10 Abortion Case: All the Claims About the Man Who Had Sex With My Daughter Are Lies

If the mother is telling the truth and this wasn't the forcible r@pe claimed, it would still be r@pe. But statutory r@pe, because nine year olds (her age when this started) cannot consent legally. Not forcible r@pe.

And why is the mother defending this man?

Is there an... arrangement?

Jose Bonilla, who tweeted about the story and whose tweets form the basis of JeffC's story at RedState, wonders if she's defending this man because he relies on her for income. Or, if she's illegal herself, an just wants all scrutiny to go away.

This situation gets worse and worse.

Footage showing Telemundo reporter Maria Vargas-Pion questioning the mother of the 10-year-old rape victim surfaced on social media. In the video, Vargas-Pion is shown at the door of the mother's home, asking if the child lived at that location.
In Spanish, the woman replies, "yes, but she's fine. Everything that they're saying against him is a lie."
In her report, Vargas-Pion stated that the woman, who confirmed that she was the mother of the child, "has not filed charges against 27-year-old Gerson Fuentes."

I caught that word for "charges" the interview -- "cargos."

This portion of a broader interview sheds significant light on the familial dynamics of this case, and further vindicates all skepticism over how the story broke and was handled. We don't even get to this point without the critical work of @MeganFoxWriter and so many others.

This appears to confirm my thesis of a domestic situation wherein the confessed rapist is also the paramour of the victim's mother (other familial relation is possible but less likely). Unfortunately, I saw many such cases while working as a court interpreter.
The mother's distressed defense of the rapist suggests that
a: She is also here illegally and fears deportation
b: The defendant is the family's sole source of income
c: There is a likelihood of other children in the home
d: Mom is exposed to removal of the children under dependency proceedings (failure to protect). Has there been such a filing yet and if not why not?
Other questions: what was the time gap between the initial reporting of the rape and the filing of criminal charges? Why did the referring abortion provider not report the rape to authorities? Was the child forced to live with her rapist in furtherance of an abortion narrative?
Was the child compelled to stay quiet until after news of the abortion was leaked to the media? If so, how so?
Was criminal reporting of the rape of a Latina girl suppressed or delayed in furtherance of a political agenda?
These questions need to be answered ASAP.

So... in most cases of forcible r@pe, you'd go to the hospital and immediately be offered Plan B.

But if this is a case of... permitting a man access to your daughter, that might explain why you didn't notice she was pregnant for a few weeks, and why you weren't in a rush to be in any contact with the relevant reporting authorities.

Question: If this mother had some kind of deal permitting this man sexual access to her nine year old child, and then couldn't decide if she wanted to abort his baby or not... is this really the kind of thing we have to contort ourselves writing exceptions and corner-cases in the law to cover?

Does the law have to take into consideration every single monstrous perversion the human mind can contemplate?

And note that the Attorney General already stated he believes that this was all a lie from the start -- that Ohio's abortion law contains an "emergency medical exception" clause that would cover this case.

A thread collected at Twichy notes that we are discovering that there are quite a few r@pes of both the forcible and statutory kind which are never detected or punished -- because Planned Parenthood dodges its reporting requirements and, of course, "disposes of the evidence."

high body fat levels (girls are fat from lots of carbs) and
having a non-relative mature male living in the household with no father.

The last point is endocrinology, and I don't know how exactly it works, with mice it has to do with the smell of the male mouse pee, but male mice pee everywhere. With humans I suspect it is sweat.

Just because he was friendly when he raped her doesn't mean it wasn't forcible. Maybe she means the person didn't force his way in the house. But rape of a 10 year old would always be forcible.

Maybe, as a patsy who allowed the liberals to use her daughter as a prop when there really was no rape, now sees someone she knows about to be framed as a rapist, all so liberals could score political points.

Much like the story itself, the finding of the rapist is also very convenient, as there was no police report or suspect until conservatives asked questions, then they immediately identified and arrested the person. Seems more like they found a woman with a kid, convinced her to claim she was the one in the story, only to then see her boyfriend get accused.

Both the state government and the feds matter here. State / local prosecutors who want to deport defendants will report them to ICE. You need your state government to allow them to do so, and you need the federal administration to give the green light to ICE for deportation.

You need both. The Obama admin made sure that ICE didn't help local prosecutors with deportations. When the Trump admin came in, ICE was fully on board with deporting. But if the state government restricts the prosecutors, then they can't work with ICE, even if ICE would be receptive.

Mexican and some other Hispanic cultures have this phenomenon. Once they said 10 year old, I assumed it was Mexican. Girls getting pregnant at young ages is overwhelmingly that demographic, and it is common to be with men around 30. The parents are generally OK with it.

When she was about 16, the little sister of one of girls she hung out with had a baby when she was 12. The parents didn't go after the 21-year-old father because they still thought he was "such a nice guy". So in the kid's birth certificate the father's name was left blank. Absolutely ridiculous and sickening! However, it's weird to think that baby is now in his 20s...
