A Columbus man has been charged with impregnating a 10-year-old Ohio girl, whose travel to Indiana to seek an abortion led to international attention following the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v Wade and activation of Ohio's abortion law.
Gershon Fuentes, 27, whose last known address was an apartment on Columbus' Northwest Side, was arrested Tuesday after police say he confessed to raping the child on at least two occasions. He's since been charged with rape, a felony of the first degree in Ohio.

Franklin County Municipal Court Judge Cynthia Ebner said the case did not warrant Fuentes -- who is believed to be undocumented -- to be held without bond.
Ebner said a high bond was necessary, however, due to Fuentes being a possible flight risk and for the safety of the child involved.

If it is true that there was a preteen pregnancy, the reason for the travel to Indianapolis wasn't the law but the narrative. They needed someone in their network who they *knew* would not do mandatory reporting, preferably out of state. They probably have an abortionist they could have used in Ohio who would also refuse to report, but that is less useful.

If the story is not a total hoax, then the level of depravity is actually greater because it was a planned operation to maximize narrative value by using a known bad actor (the non-reporting abortionist) in another state to frame the story. If that's the case, what do you wanna bet that they also knew about the girl and kept her on ice until the law went into effect because it's a super rare case they can't reproduce on demand and they wanted to maximize the narrative punch?

"Failure to protect" is a nice way to read this. If the story is true, it looks much worse than that to me. They had this girl and held her in reserve to use her as a prop in a narrative operation while the perpetrator who did it wasn't pursued at all for whatever reason (my guess is that it's because he's an illegal alien and Columbus is a sanctuary city). If you're low enough on the human credit score, essentially, you essentially must just lay there and be murdered if the perpetrator is someone high enough on the human credit score.

My conclusion is that guilt and innocence are no longer tied to behaviors or actions. The people with the lowest human credit scores are guilty no matter what. And those with high human credit scores are innocent.

Shite like that *does* happen, and abortion clinics are notorious for failing at mandatory reporting... because usually when it's a girl that age, it was a relative that did it OR the kid was pimped out by mommy and everybody involved is trying to hush that up. 10/1 odds they traveled to Indiana, not because they couldn't get it done in Ohio, but because they would have had to lay out the situation in court in Ohio to get permission, and they just wanted the problem to go away, no cops involved. 527 I'll believe it when the guy is prosecuted, instead of being let go for insufficient evidence, since they just arrested a guy who they know can disappear and change his name, while still being able to claim "see this overly convenient story was totally real!"

Again it's convenient that nothing happened, the was no evidence and no police report, but the second people start casting doubt on the story, they suddenly have evidence and a suspect arrested.

My bet is this goes absolutely no where and this guy was a patsy who will end up with a payoff and new life, so he stays silent.

The state agency that SHOULD have received the report, and the cops, are CURIOUSLY silent.
I'm betting that CPS buried it. Never reported to the state, nor the cops. Because, unfair to the illegal alien rapist.
