The Right Of The People To Keep And Bear ONTs Shall Not Be Infringed

Welcome to Friday. Kind of a momentous couple of days. I could have loaded up the ONT with nothing but SCOTUS memes, like this one, which is borderline NSFW, but I shall refrain.

I always thought the Islamic calendar was equally silly because it's defined by Mohammed's journey from Mecca to Medina (or vice versa...I forget which way he was going).

My neighbor and I have an agreement to use each other's wi-fi in an emergency, with a promise to use it only as long as necessary and to let each other know if we do so. I work at home, and since we have different provideers, it has come in handy a couple of times when my provider was down and hers wasn't. It's nice to have cool neighbors you can work things out with.

We first bonded as neighbors because I once complimented how well-mannered her dog was and it turned out she has an old, retired service dog with absolutely impeccable manners. He's a good, good doggeh.

159 America (FDR really) imported a metric crapton of real live Communists before and during World War II. The Frankfurt School boys in particular are a rich source of the current Unpleasantness.

It's well known that a lot of (not an "ardent" Nazi wink wink) Nazi rocket scientists were imported to Huntsville, Alabama after the war. Operation Paperclip.

A lot less well known, under this program thousands of chemical and biological warfare specialists were also imported, as well as folks who would best be described as mind control specialists.

This is why the US government was dosing everybody with L.S.D. in the 50s and 60s and forming cults of various denominations, and researching electronic warfare. Directed energy weapons, microwaves, mind reading machines all sorts of wacky stuff. It reads like conspiracy stuff, but it isn't.

Manchurian candidates, hypnosis, mind control, secret agents, all the spook stuff if you drill down, it explains a lot.

Wet but not sopping wet. I don't wear it - I fold it up and carry it to wipe the sweat off my face and neck. I've found that wiping the salty sweat off my face and replacing it with a thin film of fresh water is much cooler than letting the sweat evaporate.

258 How do the bums survive the winter?
Posted by: Semi-Literate Thug at June 24, 2022 10:30 PM (qOuMB)

The bum thing is a weird up here. It's mostly natives who caused so much trouble in their villages, they were arrested and sent to Anchorage to go to court, and then the village won't let them return. So, they get drunk and act like assholes all over Anchorage. Natives don't metabolize alcohol so it is a nasty thing for them. Add to that the number of them who were born with fetal alcohol syndrome and you have a world of hurt.

The white guys are mostly tweakers. The curse of Wasilla, essentially.

Still waiting for the Native Corporations to step up and do something, but they figure whitey will pay for their miscreants and they'd rather not, so....

Some of them freeze to death but mostly the homeless non-profits find places for them to not freeze to death. It might be kinder to let them, honestly.

So, when you visit the public library, be sure to see the drunken Natives humping on the nice expensive upholstered lounge chairs. One of 'em stabbed a woman in the back at the library randomly and left her in a wheelchair.

This is something that does aggravate me about the case law at hand. Public discussion of it treats it entirely as a matter of legislation, which it's not. Evidently SCOTUS cottoned on to this.

280 The granddaughter of a freed enslaved person, and the youngest by seven years of four children, Lorraine Vivian Hansberry 3rd was born on May 19, 1930, in Chicago, Illinois. Hansberry’s father was a successful real estate broker, and her mother was a schoolteacher.
Her parents contributed large sums of money to the NAACP and the Urban League. In 1938, Hansberry's family moved to a white neighborhood and was violently attacked by neighbors. They refused to move until a court ordered them to do so, and the case made it to the Supreme Court as Hansberry v. Lee, ruling restrictive covenants illegal.

That was David McCallum, and he was very, very popular with the preteen and teeny bopper set. My sister was one of them.

Not sure I buy that--he doesn't seem like the strategic planning sort. But I could totally see the powers that be using him as their cat's paw, and Cruise being rather too excitable to quite understand the scope of what they have him doing.

Yeah. That movie is trippy. And yeah she's got nice body. But there something incredibly appealing to me in a woman pulling off sexy in something that isn't designed to be so. Even more than if she was in actual lingerie.

They have no consistency. That are malcontent narcissists. All they have is tantrums. They vow to fight the ruling on the 2A, when it says in plain language the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Rule#2, right near the top of the list. Shall.. not.. be.. infringed. The same fucks who say a voter ID is an infringement have nooooo problem making you jump through hoops, stealing the broomstick of the wicked witch of the west, and teaching her flying monkeys how to build a car before you get to exercise the right that sits #2 on the list of things the govt has no legal authority to fuck with to start with. Putting people in jail for mag capacity, or owning a gun that scares them is...a...fucking...infringement. Yet there they are threatening to infringe some more.

Funny thing about that argument that "the Founding Fathers never envisioned assault rifles, and certainly wouldn't have wanted regular citizens to own them"...

We're talking about people who fought in the American Revolution. The victorious Continental Army had cannons at its disposal.

These cannons were not provided by the federal government, as such a body didn't really even exist at the time.

Those cannons were owned by private citizens.

The 2nd Amendment doesn't make an exception for cannons, so we have to presume that the Founding Fathers were okay with regular citizens owning cannons.

They knew about the cannons, and were okay with those, so I have to assume they'd be fine with assault rifles, too.

I wouldn't call the Girandoni air rifle a semi-auto. I'd call it a "sliding-block" repeater, that required manual action of the breechblock to reload.

And it sounds like the Puckle Gun was simply a repeating musket, worked like a revolver. Again, operator action required to place the next round under the hammer.

But your point still stands. Repeating firearms pre-existed the Second Amendment.

It is criminal in some ways, what our government threw away in terms of technology and manufacturing and space exploration. The money had already been spent.

All the cannons used by the Continental Army that won the American Revolution were owned by private citizens.

Think about it. There was no real federal government at the time. The officials trying to function as a joint government of all the states couldn't even work out paying the troops. How could they supply the army with cannons if they couldn't figure out how to send them money? Those soldiers were completely on their own as far as equipment was concerned.

418 The brainwashing files I linked allude to that as well. The nazis found that traumatic experiences around age 3 are really important. Usually rape.

What the US government was researching thru the captured scientists in the 50s (or was it the other way around) was how to create hypnotized or manchurian candidates, or double spies who would be unaware they are really playing for the other team. They did a lot of research into exotic drugs, and even into occult stuff, and summoning demons, mind control via electronic means, remote communication via radio frequencies.

The Russians did a lot of that stuff too. Some sort of debilitating spook shit going on at the a embassies, making people very ill. One symptom is bloody eyeballs. Maybe Slow Joe is being targeted?

Anyhoo, the array of forces and weapons and propaganda deployed against Americans (and the rest of the world) is way, way, way off the charts. None of this shit happens in a vacuum or is "grass roots". Anything grass roots will be crushed, or co-opted. Bank on it.

426 Anyhoo, the array of forces and weapons and propaganda deployed against Americans (and the rest of the world) is way, way, way off the charts. None of this shit happens in a vacuum or is "grass roots". Anything grass roots will be crushed, or co-opted. Bank on it.

Posted by: Common Tater at June 25, 2022 12:00 AM (jA/M2)

And what's weird is that somehow we have to all pretend it's not happening or untrue. When it very obviously is.

You start to ask yourself why *wouldn't* psy ops be deployed against populations, but also in noticing the fully coordinated propaganda messages, which everyone has had a good guffaw at since Rush Limbaugh used to play the clips in the 90's pre-YT... in noticing those I think generally we've kind of acted like it's "funny" that they feel they *must* do this information control.

Without diving deeper into what such a high degree information and message control truly portends/suggests about our reality.

443 Rhetoric is the "art of persuasion".

One thing that a good grasp of history, and supposedly "useless names, dates, and places" and "rote learning" gives one is a database of knowledge (in your own brain) by which to compare what somebody is trying to say, or sell, or persuade. I'm convinced this is why they are dumbing everyone down. So they are completely unable to think, for themselves, or anyone else.

Further, through clever manipulation they will try to make things always an "either/or" dichotomy or duality. Nothing in between. You must choose, and you're a "hater" if you don't choose whatever it is they want.

I merely pointed out in class that Abortions are mandatory in Communist China (or were) and this fact was not well received. These are the dangers, and a well educated populace is better able to weigh the information. Remember force or coercion is the only thing left after persuasion

They don't want you to know about that stuff. No fair peeking ahead, or something.

You joke, but the A4/v2 used a gyroscope to control the angle and direction of the rocket by controlling graphite fins that would dip into the rocket exhaust.
The A4s were not made for long storage or shipping so the mechanical stuff would get stiff. If the problem was an aging gyro system it might have corrected itself, unfortunately the graphite vanes were delicate and would crack and lead to irregular erosion and erratic flights.

The Willy Ley book is fantastic by the way, i really suggest it

Worked out though. She wanted to let's the pants dry a bit before putting them back on, and she was already naked from the waist down, so we managed to entertain ourselves while they dried.

The actual admittance fee is much higher: We'll have to save the Congress and carbon monoxide gas the whales. Those protests are gonna be lit. Then the aliens will space jump home, shaking their multiple heads in sadness and/or disgust, or both, leaving us to our newest $6,000 iPhone model, with all the latest bells and whistles while we scream 'AAaargh!' in frustration.

Speaking of Pride Month, you know what just don't make any damn sense to me? When someone self-describes as "nonbinary and gay" or "nonbinary and trans."

What does gay or trans even mean if you're nonbinary?

Gay means, "There are two sexes, and I prefer the same sex."

Trans means, "There are two sexes, and I identify as the opposite sex."

Nonbinary means, "There are NOT only two sexes."

How do you square that idea of of an "opposite sex" or a "same sex" if you don't believe there are two sexes?

You never take the blame for what your ancestors or even your parents did. The main concern is perhaps what they did to you, and whether that means you are going to do it to other people.
And genetics, there are links for mental issues and addictions.

I have the letter a relative wrote to to the IRS in response to an audit in 1966 explaining that his spouse was listed as a dependent for 1965 as she did no work and as of the filing she was a patient at the state mental hospital.
This would be morbidly humorous if it happened to someone else
so I laugh too. 57 years is a long time to carry concern about that. find the humor or find the absurdity.

584 387 379 Compare the top 40 from 1980 to 2022.

It's eerie how soulless music is now

Its possible that it was a spook plot to mess with the public..but at least as far as "pop" music goes I think it stems from that most of the artistic leaders of grunge made themselves incapable of providing product in different ways. So the industry decided to promote music that was a product created by older record producers who could be relied on to make things to sell. After a decade or two of that combined with the kid obsession with computer stuff, there WEREN'T any more garage bands to come up with the next new thing any more. Actual rock became a niche thing like jazz and blues became. That's a large part of why catalog music outsells new music.

As a Boy Scout in eastern Virginia, I went camping a lot in water moccasin territory. I don't have a problem with snakes in general but water moccasins are a whole 'nother level of snake. They are not the live and let live, 'don't bother me and I won't bother you' kind of snake. They will actively chase you down. Water moccasins are very dangerous snakes, on a par with John Cornyn.

590 So my son is in Madison, WI among the idiot yellers there. He sent me a text today with a photo of the news story about Roe v Wade, and he said " 'bout fuken time." I don't approve of his language, but he is correct. He said there were lots of folks yelling around the capitol building about needing to murder babies, and then there were lots of folks holding rosaries and quietly praying and walking around the building. He pointed out which group was attractive and which was... less so.

Makes me wonder, why do all the bull-dykes come out to yell and march about something they will never need? Madison. So glad I don't live there any more.

It's not just the bull-dykes, though. Most of the 'female' pro-abortion/baby killing protesters are women with no fear of ever being impregnated; even in my beer goggle days, I wouldn't touch them with a six foot Pole or a ten foot Russian. There was a commotion last night around 2AM and I just learned the extent of it.

We heard a chopper flying low a little before 2AM, and I thought I heard sirens and radios. Wondered what it was, but didn't worry too much about it, other that why would a chopper be flying that low that light around here.

Turned it was some young fool in Maserati had wrecked, and they airlifted him to Greenville. He died around 4:30AM yesterday morning, according to what I was just reading.

Now, for the past month or so, I've been hearing some idiot driving like a maniac around. I never saw it, just heard the sound of someone driving way too fast.

I thought, someone is gonna get kill his fool self. Well, he did. He was 34. Still didn't have good sense.

It was on a stretch of road with curves. Only a fool would be driving like that on such a road.

This Maserati incident would be a perfect example of "death by misadventure". We don't have anything like that in the US, I don't think, but in the UK and other commonwealth countries, that's what this would be classified as.

This gets beyond a mere accident into doing something reckless and stupid. It's sort of the same principle between accidental death say caused by fault, involutary manslaughter on up to depraved hear murder.

Sort of involuntary suicide you might say.

The things these lefty freakazoids get spitting mad at. It's not like their precious 'right' to kill babies suddenly ends. There will always be Sodom and Gomorrah states like New York, California, Illinois and her beloved Massachusetts which will allow the barbarity to continue.

I read something after this ruling. It was about how the Supreme Court is not supposed to represent the will of the People but rule on Constitutional matters only, calling balls and strikes and not making up the rules of the game. It was further stated that Congress is supposed to represent the will of the people. 1/2

Posted by: RickZ at June 25, 2022 03:12 AM (ldL4g)

657 What I found wrong with that is this: There is one major element missing. Originally, 3 co-equal branches: 1 executive, 1 legislative, 1 judicial. The legislative was the House, representing the People, and the Senate, representing the states; after all, we are The United States of America. But no longer are the States represented in our Federal leviathan. I have maintained for a while now the most serious harm caused to our Republic was the passage of the 17th Amendment. Just looking at the dysfunction in the 'world's greatest deliberative body', now made up of idiots like Blumenthal, Warren, Schumer, et.al., who basically stand no chance of ever being electorally unseated. But if legislatures or governors had the power to name senators, there is a strong potential for never having senators with 20, 30 or 40-year long 'careers' (with one party 'owning' that seat, like with Kennedy, Dirtbag-MA). If I had one wish Constitution-wise, it would be the repeal of the 17th Amendment as I feel it has led to the destruction of the Republic far more than any other change from the original parameters of our Government as outlined in the Constitution. 2/2

I was thinking maybe God is holding Putin back to give people more time to make their choice for their eternity. Could be that this is as Beckoning Chasm wrote once the final push of Satan for Everything? One World Government?

You morons ever hear of Myron Fagan? He was a person interested in the Illuminati. He wrote some history on the group and where they were currently. He said they would blackmail politicians using sex, sound familiar? He predicted world war three in the 20th century but basically it was west versus east. Very intriguing and I have to admit much of what was written seems pretty valid. I think his main premise is to realize that they exist as Christ knew and call them out as he did. The more people awake and looking for them the better chance humanity has...

Kind of a rabbit hole!

659 Joe biden=james buchanan. AOC=John Brown/Lincoln AOC should demand that senile old fool biden step aside so she can take command of the counter-offensive against the supreme court.

661 RickZ I agree a hundred percent on the 17th amendment. Complete mess with the senate. The founders warned us about the federal government getting too big. After the Civil war, early 1870's, too many changes for the worst.

I'm curious.

Yep. The Country was shook by our Civil War and enough were sufficiently weak-minded to fuck everything up 'for their posterity'.

667 Remember Jim Jones and the cult mass "suicide" down in Guyana? That was some sort of spook operation.

Jones too, was a huge Democrat in San Francisco politics, big time operator. I'm convinced mass hypnosis is a thing. Now one might argue, wasn't Koresh the same thing in Waco? I don't know, the difference was the government didn't like him, and killed him and his followers. Waco should have opened my eyes, but I wanted to trust the people in government at the highest levels.

672 667 There was a film about Waco. It seemed like the ATF needed better PR after the Ruby Ridge debacle. I think it was just Clinton starting his war on the west. Keep people distracted with stories like Wolf Reintro, Waco and Ruby while he sold us out to the Chinese and filled his war chest. To this day I think Slick Willy's the anti Christ!

Yes, good thing he didn't harm anyone else. Yet your story gave me pause, I've done a lot of stupid things in the past that could have got me killed.

God must have had a purpose in keeping me alive all these yrs. It came to me as a revelation tonight...I was spared so I could offer some Morons wisdom on AOSHQ. Ya think?

680 Yesterday, I made ground pork burritos. So I had to make some refried beans as a glue and ended up with the simplest, yet tastiest, refried beans I've ever made.

2 cans of Goya whole pink beans, 6 cloves of crushed garlic, a well-rounded half cup of finely minced onion, half a teaspoon of Better Than Chicken bouillon, half cup loosely packed chopped cilantro leaves and cracked black pepper. I cooked the onions and garlic 'til soft, added the beans and liquid, rinsing the can out for a little more liquid. Added the bouillon and cilantro and mashed until I got the right consistency, then kept stirring until I got it to the right thickness. It really tasted great and didn't look like the dog food-looking refried beans in a can.

Well said RickZ. But you left out idiot senators like Mazie "my grandparents ran a whorehouse" Hirono and that Bright bulb in the Dem leadership, Patty Murray.

I think her rank in the senate as shortest is equaled by her rank as shortest in IQ. Of course this is post Biden senate, he as always wrong.

Don't underestimate the stupidity of Sen. Jellybean from NY. She is the epitome of 'dumb blonde'. That she actually ran in the primaries for president is a testament to her vacuous stupidity.

The senate is almost 100% full of absolute idiots with huge egos that go far beyond their actual abilities.

Most states, unfortunately, do.

Never was a government chamber so full of imbecilic knaves spouting codswallop than the US Senate chamber.

687 I admit it, I logged into Twitter and Facebook after the ruling was announced. It did not disappoint. It was second only to Trump's election night for pure schadenboner glory. My governor, Meth-teeth Murphy, gave a hysterical ranting speech against both the gun and the abortion decisions.

Murphy seemed to be more offended by the gun law decision. He said that concealed carry for the average citizen was unnecessary. He's going to sabotage the permitting process any way he can.
