Happy Tramp gets his first kiss from his Lady.

Dogs reacting sweetly to being kissed.

Magic trick involving disappearing and reappearing fingers. Caution, even when you can figure out what's going on, it's still distressing to watch.

Weeks ahead of President Biden's much anticipated and controversial trip to Saudi Arabia, where he'll meet with crown prince Mohammed bin Salman, the kingdom is cracking down on any items, including toys, with a rainbow on them.

The commerce ministry put clothing and toy stores on notice over "rainbow colors" in the capital of Riyadh - saying such items will now be banned as they "contradict the Islamic faith and public morals and promote homosexual colors targeting the younger generation."

Ah well, you should always clip those off before they bloom.

According to the experts, when they bloom that changes the plant and the leaves no longer taste good and get tough. IIRC the plant starts to die at that point as well.

If the nest gets whacked, they will build close by.

I've wondered more than once, given how many fortuitous events like this have happened in my life, if there is a divine. Even though I don't necessarily believe in one.

Works okay for higher risk patients--the trial did not go that well with ordinary folks.

Major issue is some people have return of symptoms a couple of days afterward which then go away.

Essentially, it is like Tamiflu, works best when taken on onset and doesn't do anything if taken too late.

I am now on monoclonal antibodies for long covid symptoms--Evushield. That is pretty hard to get and is the only current monoclonal antibody for the current and past variants available.

Bass fishing marketing is the same. Tournament fishing has become a rich man's game. It left me behind many years ago. If pro golf is elitist, pro bass fishing is more so.

I don't know how LIV will affect golf, but when various pro bass fishing organizations proliferated, it led to market saturation. I don't think it was good for the sport or for the environment.

355 The whole LIV golf debacle has been handled just about as badly as possible by all participants.

Who could have predicted that a league run by, and whose participants are almost to a man some of the biggest egos in all of professional sport, would have an issue dealing with change?

Gonna be a rude awakening for some of these dudes when they lose all of their sponsors because there are no eyeballs on LIV golf and their private jet travel suddenly dries up.

True. But at least there is a small element of risk. Ever seen a bass boat flip on the water at full tilt ? I have. Ain't nothing to save there.

Imagine you are a slave. You can't read or write. You don't even know how make your mark on any legal document. All your family is scattered to the winds. Emancipation comes along, union troops liberate you.

This is why a lot of emancipated blacks followed the troops all the way to DC.

Sure if you're a regular Joe, take the money.

But if you're good enough to play the Tour, play for the trophies, and you'll end up with enough money to be comfortable for life.

My prediction is that the USGA, the R&A, and the Masters will preclude LIV golfers from playing in their events going forward 2023.

It remains to be seen what the above entities do with grandfathered players (i.e. Lifetime entry to the Masters for former winners)
