Emergent Threats Cafe

This is a tough video to watch initially -- a poor homeless dog who had been wrapped around the neck with a tight string, which had caused its head to blow up to the size of a pumpkin -- but I promise, they rescue the dog and everything works out okay.

Ghost bag.

This girl is getting away with a lot of dangerous shenanigans only because she's cute and usually doesn't miss.

Why can you touch very hot things for a split second without injury? Because of the Leidenfrost effect.

Penguin posse.

Baby panda demands attention!

Intense blue water from The Maldives. Or, as the media now demands I refer to it: "Maldives."

Puddle jumper.

Puddle sprawler.

Chameleon catwalk.

A biblical plague of... ducks.

"Keep your eye on the ball."

Electrical conduit.

Super-helpful kid, should get a merit badge for this.

9 If Gabe or any other person can look at these videos and say these specific drag show performances done in front of children aren't obviously sexual, my only response is they're retarded.

https://bit.ly/3mObh7D

Thong bikinis, over the knee gogo boots, pelvic gyrations, and dance moves used in strip clubs across the country are all overtly sexual. This may be mild compared to what goes on in San Francisco bathhouses, but it does not belong in the schools.

My HOA hired a guy with a herd of goats to clean the underbrush off of a hillside. The duck video reminds me of that.

Amusingly, the area was some sort of protected area and the HOA got hit with massive fines. They tried to extract the fines from homeowners via extra fees and we told them to sit and spin.

The title company does all the work. There should be no more headaches than doing one via real estate agents. And since they are not paying a 4 or 5% commission in theory you should be able to buy it for less, each of you save a few thousand that would otherwise be wasted on agent fees.

First thing on their to do list is open a store and plaster so many ads on the windows you can't see inside. Second is buy a house. Here comes the problem. They were buying and selling houses within their group/tribe, often doing it on the cash and handshake way, and suddenly you had a bunch of screwed up titles.

And get *everything* inspected, which may take multiple inspectors. A house we were very interested in had a hinky inspection from a very good inspector, but it seemed to be (ok, I wanted it to be) fixable. Had the septic system inspected over attempts by the owner to talk me out of it. Major problems, no longer met code, and would have had to be completely replaced. That ended that.

And then put in that dark grey flooring they like to use. I don't watch those home improvement shows so I don't know where the trend is from. It's one of the creepiest science fiction stories I've ever read. Weirdly, it's almost the reverse of "Nightfall" by Isaac Asimov.

I once had a "dream" (or nightmare) where I imagined that the night sky started showing "holes" to the reality behind it. It freaked me out...

227 Purdy paint brushes. I did one room of this house but all the rooms and the outside were painted. This room was dark blue (stepson's bedroom) and was painted over a light blue. It wasn't done very well. And I have seen houses with purple and orange rooms. I know of one that is painted purple outside.

But there are things that are a mystery to me, like central heating and air. One house has central gas heating that I believe was installed when it was built in the 40s. It has a very retro look and I assume you'd have to replace it if it dies. But those may be simple units. One house is concrete blocks that looks like bricks. Does it need to be repointed? Probably. I can look this stuff up on You Tube, but it's hard to know what to avoid. And I have no idea what prices are like right now.

If you want to lose weight, OMAD basically means you'd have to gorge yourself (on regular non-shit food) to get your total calories so you end up running a continual caloric deficit.

That plus working out will melt pounds. Like anything, one you get past the first few days it gets easy.

265 >>> Drag queens have no business in front of children. Neither do blonde bombshells stripping, or the Chippendales, or comics that swear a lot, nor should The Godfather be shown to kids in the 3rd grade during social studies class. Anyone that can't grasp this has no business in elementary education. And if they have kids, they should be investigated by child protective services.

Also as ace mentioned men pretending to be women have no business being around children in any attire. Kids shouldn't be immersed in any sort of stark societal disorder. The only reason it is being done is to change them and humanity into something lesser and unstable.

Neubauer said she knows of one Boeing commercial client that considered an all-black exterior for its planes and the team had to analyze whether the aircraft had enough cooling power.

286 Paint matching...

I had a near accident on CA highway 17 many years ago when an idiot tried to merge onto the main drag and jumped a curb, tossing up a lot of shit into the traffic lanes. I was in a BMW 325is and although I slowed and shifted lanes I got clocked with rocks and debris that tore up the front of the car. A local paint shop in Seaside, CA did the repairs. I'll never forget this: a dude comes out with a color wheel and spins off a color to match the bumper and hood. 10 year old paint. Matched.

I've never seen that, but I have found that bathrooms always need primer before applying a new coat. I suspect it's the constant exposure to moisture.
