LOL - I've noticed the same thing. I remember reading an account of Alexander's time in what is now Afghanistan; the Greeks who wrote about it complained that it was easy to control the cities, but that all the tribesman hid out in the mountains and attacked them constantly whenever they ventured outside the walls - and that overall, it was a worthless place not worthy of the effort it took to keep it. 2300 years and nothing has changed.

Traversing from left to right I take in the dark-skinned people, all with their backs turned toward the viewer, as if shutting us out. The scene then opens up as the viewer scans across toward the right, forcing him to symbolically "reflect" on his own assumptions. As the left to right sweep reaches the extreme right edge of the scene, oh my god is that a giant penis???

There was this youtube series called something like grandpa's kitchen. It was a cooking show where this older indian dude would cook for about a hundred kids. Gigantic meals. Like a twelve-foot diameter pizza, or a truck full of fried chicken. He died and then his grandkids took over. It was fun to watch how they would make these absolutely huge meals and then the look on the faces of the happy kids when the food was ready.

You should look up the story of the 1919 Amritsar Massacre, if you want to see the point when the Brit's completely jumped the shark in India. Oh they held on for almost another 30 years after that, but that was just due to the disunity of India's home grown "leadership". That incident is the backdrop to what made Gandhi so successful.

Haragrawalalepillar comes to America, gets a job as a cabbie. His brother comes over and Harry (as he's now known) gets him hired on at the cab company. Pretty soon all the cabbies in that city are from Harry's homeland, and Harry owns the company.

Spears gained about 2,600 votes from the original tally, while Alexander gained a few hundred, the Journal-Constitution reported. Orson lost about 1,600 votes from the original results.

The same is true for salesmen, analysts, accountants, and many more positions. Just the lease, time, and fuel costs are a huge waste. If people can work from home or their vehicle, don't waste money bringing them in. If you don't trust them to put in a day's work, fire them and find someone you do.

At the core of the IRS is an ancient giant unmaintanable hairball of BAL and COBOL, that nobody really understands anymore, and everybody is afraid to touch, because the last person to touch it gets the blame when it 'fails.' The definition of 'fail' is plastic.

I've been working from home since late 2019, I work for a broadcast systems integration company, the vast majority of our PMs, engineers and CAD are now done remotely.

It is extraordinarily sub-optimal as what has taken the place of everyone being in the same room to hash out a problem and solve it in an hour has morphed into multiple Teams calls, with spotty internet connections, looking at E-Size cad drawings and a lot of panning and zooming, etc.

The email load has also increased exponentially.
