Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Transgender R@pist James "Hannah" Tubbs -- On Verge of Being Released by LA's Soros DA George Gascon -- Is Suddenly Transferred to Kern County Jail on a Murder WarrantJames Tubbs sexually assaulted a four-year-old girl when he was days shy of his 18th birthday. Soros DA George Gascon has a blanket policy of never prosecuting any "juvenile" as an adult, and so declined to prosecute Tubbs as an adult. Even though he fled the jurisdiction and was not apprehended until he was in his mid-20s. Then Tubbs claimed he was "transgender." Gascon, who is woke AF (of course), sentenced the 26 year old man to two years in juvenile detention, even though he's a man who has previously preyed on children. I cannot find any article clearly telling me if he's being kept in a female juvenile detention facility or a male one. I have to assume a female one, given George Gascon's wokery, and the impossibility of getting a straight statement on the point. Anyway, he was set to get out of that sentence after just six months. But while criminal child r@pists are protected in LA County, they're not protected in Kern County. And Twitch provides the very good news that this "Hannah" Tubbs -- who has a man-sized criminal record-- has just been transferred to the Kern County jail on a murder warrant. Fox News:Tubbs pleaded guilty to the attack last month, though the incident took place when Tubbs was two weeks shy of 18 and identified as a male named James Edward Tubbs. When authorities arrested Tubbs roughly eight years after the crime, the suspect, who has since been convicted of child molestation, began identifying as a woman, according to prosecutors. Prosecutors sentenced Tubbs to two years at a juvenile facility because Gascon’s office declined to transfer the case to adult court, adhering to one of the progressive prosecutor’s day-one directives barring "children" from being tried as adults. The convicted criminal could, however, still serve as little as six months under California law and may not be required to register as a sex offender. "Tubbs had a very lengthy criminal record before George Gascón allowed Tubbs to be sentenced to minimal time in a juvenile facility, which included arrests and convictions for murder, robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence and even a prior sexual assault of a 4-yr-old girl," Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Jon Hatami told Fox News Digital.Incredibly, a spokesman for Gascon pretends that Gascon is going to make sure that Tubbs gets justice if Kern County drops the ball -- even though they were ready to release this motherf***er in a couple of months: Well color me reassured. As long as George Gason will be safeguarding us against the predations of "Hannah" Tubbs, who Gascon was about to release from his custom juveniles-only Happy Hunting Grounds in a sleepaway-camp fingerbang facility, then I can sleep soundly at night. Below, a video report from Bill Melugin. As Twitchy's Brett notes -- Melugin gets the name and the pronouns right.

Covid relief funds were SUPPOSED to be used to get schools open and students back to in-person education. While that has happened across many districts, in New York, California, and Illinois, the funds have been used to bring in critical race theory materials.
School districts who took the ESSER funds were REQUIRED to participate in SEL and CSE as a condition of accepting the funds. My kids new private school rejected the money for that reason. Posted by: Cat Ass Trophy at May 10, 2022 06:53 PM (zfG5B) 7

The Duchy of Gascony or Duchy of Vasconia (Basque: Baskoniako dukerria; Occitan: ducat de Gasconha; French: duche de Gascogne, duche de Vasconie) was a duchy located in present-day southwestern France and northeastern Spain, an area encompassing the modern region of Gascony. The Duchy of Gascony, then known as Wasconia, was originally a Frankish march formed to hold sway over the Basques. However, the Duchy went through different periods, from its early years with its distinctively Basque element to the merger in personal union with the Duchy of Aquitaine to the later period as a dependency of the Plantagenet kings of England.

Am I hearing this wrong, or is Yellen telling Scott that we need abortion to cut down on the number of poor black people?
"...grow up in poverty and do worse themselves." She isn't saying that this saves black children from poverty, she's saying that the black babies will die as babies instead of becoming poor black adults. She's not saying that the death of the black child is good for the black child, that the child will have a miserable childhood -- she's saying that it's better that the child die than become one more poor black adult. Not better for the mom, or the child, but better for society. She's saying the quite part out loud. According to Wikipedia, the real-life dudes behind all four of the musketeers were Gascons.
Maybe the French military recruited from there because they technically weren't French. Like the Foreign Legion, sort of. Here's a stumper: They're called "musketeers", but neither in the book nor in any movie version are they generally depicted as using muskets, only swords. Shouldn't a musketeer at least CARRY a musket? I understand having a sword as backup, since muskets were single shot, but not having one at all is pretty weird. super interesting little etymological tidbit about "g" morphing into "w." William the Conqueror is in French Gilliaume le Vainqueror. Also, the word "Warden," which means protector, is actually the same word as "Guardian." It entered the english language twice, both times from French, but once as a g word and once as w word, with somewhat different meanings. I think it might be the case that the "W" doesn't exist naturally in French *per se* but W is part of the Frankish/German alphabet and so comes over to the Parisian frankish-influenced form of french. Maybe something like that? Posted by: ace at May 10, 2022 07:42 PM (0G13K) 198

258 Our English W should be from north germany (saxony at the time) and denmark. Angles, saxons, and jutes.
Posted by: Red Turban Someguy - The Republic is already dead! at May 10, 2022 07:51 PM (b2nrj) So, Flemish/Dutch, I think. Not from the Germanic tribes, which seem to have no W. Posted by: Boswell at May 10, 2022 07:54 PM (5iUNf) Frisians are Germanic. Flemish/Dutch should be from a much later merger in the other direction of Latin heading towards Germany. If you're using modern German as a basis, English is allegedly closer to older Germanic tonuges. Posted by: Red Turban Someguy - The Republic is already dead! at May 10, 2022 07:59 PM (b2nrj) 281

FYI, 150 feet from Louis’ Basque Corner in Reno is a great craft brewery/distillery called The Depot. Related, they distill the Basque liquer used for Picons, was told it was closest to real French stuff made in USA.

btw, the point that the "musketeers never actually use muskets" is a decent one, but, now that I know the backstory, i thought I'd explain.
It's just that the musket is their battlefield weapon, and story is 99% about what they're doing when they're fucking around in between actual battles. Posted by: ace at May 10, 2022 08:06 PM (0G13K) 292

I arrived in Paris soon after graduating college. I was a Francophile having taken French since the 5th grade(yes, we had French back then, not Spanish). Not a soul would talk to me. Kept telling me they didn't understand English even though I was speaking French.
Said F this. Got in a cab, went to the airport, flew to Israel. Stayed with a family that spoke French and Hebrew and had no trouble understanding my French. Never went back although I have been to Europe many times. Posted by: Sharon(willow's apprentice) at May 10, 2022 08:09 PM (Y+l9t) 294

Do you have children?
Sometime you need to have friends and you just don't ask too many questions. One never knows when one might need the help of someone who knows how to dispose of a body. Just remember, you have to keep them as a friend. After all, they know how to dispose of a body. Posted by: Flimflamed at May 10, 2022 09:36 PM (pFx0o) 297

30 Elementary school teacher we saw yesterday that's been put on administrative leave.
It's not only the teacher, _ who hired her? And the school's administrators, if they knew what was being taught in the classrooms they should be fired. And If they didn't know what was being taught in the classrooms they should be fired. --- BINGO. After retaking local school boards, this is the next phase of cleaning the scum out of the system. Spread the word! Posted by: the last to post at May 11, 2022 12:46 AM (o6egL) 299
