My favorite condiments for French fries are salt and plain old white vinegar, which, along with ketchup, is almost unversally available in Canada. A few hoity-toity places have malt vinegar. Even Mickey D's has single-serve pouches of white vinegar.

Trucking is highly regulated. Including how long off and on. It can be hard work too, since most companies don't pay you if you are not driving, and they don't like to deadhead, so you may wind up sitting for a while waiting for a load to come up.

One I observed personally, although I'm not sure how intentional it was. In the olden days there used to be riots every summer in Korea. The university students used to be drafted into either riot police or army, and the riot police knew they were going to be university students, so there was a built-in grudge, and when colleges were off in the summer they used to riot. In 1987 the riots were unusually bad. They got into Itaewon, the shopping district, and ladies going to the department stores got tear gassed. Students and riot police got killed. It was sort of like the George Floyd situation in that the whole country was talking about it. Then it was announced that the Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, Gaston Sigur, was coming to visit Korea. The entire nation asked itself why he would be visiting now. 468 453 WOW. Wind died down enough to do damage assessment. Power lines down Iin my front yard, 2 huge old hackberries in my neighbor3s yard got yanked out of the ground by their roots. Smashed back of neighbors house, missed my garage by about 12 inches.

Those guys on Oak Island right now couldn't find the treasure in a starter D&D dungeon. Of course, the guys writing their scripts couldn't do it either. As for Skin Walker Ranch, well, random weird and creepy stuff is random weird and creepy stuff. It's not going to show up when the people with TV cameras want it to.

I would say yes they knew what might happen, since it was the time of Ronaldus Magnus when the government was mostly effective and did some good while they were at it, instead of burning $$$ like Heath Ledger's joker and finding new ways to screw over the USA and the free world at large.
