Sexy bunny cheesecake video.

Baby porcupine (called a "porquepette," they say).

Is this a snoring whale? I think so.

Porn for cats.

Martial arts defense against an assault rifle: theory vs. practice.

Oregon Muse ponders.

"Sea bats?"

Inman: This isn't really funny, just shows trained vs. untrained in a fight. This might be the Nitter link.

Cow has had enough of the lash. Nitter link, Maybe?

Repeating: Here's Statler the 32 year old bat, who was so old they had to pretend to fly him around to give him some wing-exercise.

Sadly Statler has passed. But he had a good life.

Who, indeed?

Ah yes, the eternal question.

Does the dog love it, or hate it? We had one that was that way with the vacuum cleaner and pressure washer. We sort of think she liked it, but there's no way to be sure. Especially when "like" and "love" presents itself in such different ways with things we know she likes (canned food, favorite toys, etc.)

I sort of think that dog hates that song.

Deer are mean. When #2 son was three years old my aunt and uncle had a rescued fawn on their farm. For whatever reason the fawn took a disliking to little Timmy. Every time he would step out of the house the faun would attack him jumping on him and trying to stomp him.

Some months later we were at a movie theater with the kids watching Snow White. During the part where she is lost in the forest and the animals come to help her, Timmy suddenly yells out, "Look out Snow White! There's a deer and he's RIGHT BEHIND YOU!!" In a very frantic voice.

The whole theater cracked up.

Story time boys and girls... 10 years ago, I was sword fighting in a Big Battle at the largest Medieval event in the country... Pennsic. 1100 Sword Fighters in a giant woods battle... kind of capture the flag, with swords. Battle lasts an hour. At the end, I was by myself way out on a flank, when I came across three of the 'enemy'.. nailed one... got the second just as the third ran behind, and got me. Horn went off to end the battle... Second guy I nailed said... 'Damn, the way you were moving it was like you were stalking me, like a Wolf'... right then I took my mask and hood off, and my long Grey Hair fell out... third guy said 'Yeah, a Grey Wolf'.

License on my truck is GR WLF....

203 Swan is beautiful. One year at work we did slideshows and one persons was lovely footage they had from getting paid to monitor swan migration in I think Iowa. They also had a funny story, the university had a pond with swans and the research group once talked them into having the local species instead of the tamer European imports. That did not last long at all as the native species were way too aggressive towards the students and visitors. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of the two species.

Sometimes, sometimes not, it depends on the house, and if you feel like acting like the contractor and hiring good subs to do the work. If you buy a house that somebody is flipping it's going to be a shiny turd with crap materials. Beauty WILL only be skin deep. Acting like the contractor gives you control over the materials. most times you'll save money, but even if you break even you'll have a way better finished product.

359 I'm sure y'all know this... a "house" is not worth shit unless the property it's on is worth something more than said house.

A half million dollar house on the corner of ambulance drive and dump truck lane isn't really worth shit... if you have to live in it an deal with that.

People always forget the location and look at the house. There's a small sub-division near town with just barely sub-million dollar homes. It's a shithole. Right off a highway. High crime. Lousy access.

But you can get a media room built for $120K.

360 I just donated a sheet of 3/4 treated plywood for a guy to build a wheelchair ramp. Oh well.

361 Yeah, we've got a family who built their dream home at some point 50 years ago on about 5 acres, and their neighbor started his trucking company on his land next to it.

Pretty house. Probably worth 8-10m if it was somewhere else. I doubt they will ever sell if they wanted to, and they wouldn't get 1m out of it if they did.
