Washington Post: What a Scoop, We've Determined That Parts of Hunter Biden' Laptop Are Real

The Washington Post refuses to retract the old RUSSIAN DISINFORMATION cover story, holding out hope for its partisan liberal Blue Bubble Believers that substantial parts of the laptop are Russian Disinformation. They just can't prove it... yet.
The verifiable emails are a small fraction of 217 gigabytes of data provided to The Post on a portable hard drive by Republican activist Jack Maxey. He said the contents of the portable drive originated from Biden's MacBook Pro, which Biden reportedly dropped off at a computer repair shop in Wilmington, Del., in April 2019 and never reclaimed. The vast majority of the data -- and most of the nearly 129,000 emails it contained -- could not be verified by either of the two security experts who reviewed the data for The Post. Neither found clear evidence of tampering in their examinations, but some of the records that might have helped verify contents were not available for analysis, they said. The Post was able in some instances to find documents from other sources that matched content on the laptop that the experts were not able to assess. Among the reasons for the inconclusive findings was sloppy handling of the data, which damaged some records. The experts found the data had been repeatedly accessed and copied by people other than Biden over nearly three years. The MacBook itself is now in the hands of the FBI, which is investigating whether Biden properly reported income from business dealings.
Many Republicans have portrayed this data as offering evidence of misbehavior by Hunter Biden that implicated his father in scandal, while Democrats have dismissed it as probable disinformation, perhaps pushed by Russian operatives acting in a well-documented effort to undermine Biden. Facebook and Twitter in 2020 restricted distribution of stories about the drive's contents out of concern that the revelations might have resulted from a nefarious hacking campaign intended to upend the election, much as Russian hacks of sensitive Democratic Party emails shaped the trajectory of the 2016 election. The Washington Post's forensic findings are unlikely to resolve that debate, offering instead only the limited revelation that some of the data on the portable drive appears to be authentic.Did you talk to Tony Bobulinski, who confirmed that all emails upon which he was an addressee were real? Emails are from someone to someone. Not a single other person on a single Hunter Biden e-mail has said that e-mail is fake. Not a single one. In fact the few that have come forward have said, yeah, that is my e-mail, and that is Hunter's reply.
The hard drive also includes a LOT of pictures of Hunter in various compromising situations. Are those also fake? Can't each and every photo be verified?

I can think of three reasons. One, to clear the decks of the Biden Family stench and ensure he doesn't run again in 2024. Two, as battlespace prep to get out ahead of even more damaging material to be dropped. And three, to get this out now, well before November's elections, so that by November it can be dismissed as "old news." These aren't mutually exclusive.

The impeachment was triggered by Trump trying to investigate ties to Ukraine and Russiagate and other ops with Zelensky. He only avoided it by changing the codes so Col Bearclaw could not change the recording, and then publishing the transcript himself which was unprecidented and they did not expect.

Well I would expect some foreign powers have been sitting on some of it, waiting for the right time to use it. It'd be better for the Dems to burst the bubble themselves in some situations and deny them the ability to deploy it at a time of their choosing.
I have said this over and over; the laptop is crammed full of Hunter banging hookers and minors. It's not the spending itself, it's how the spending was financed. The Treasury issued debt. That's not inflationary per se. If the dollars that the Treasury spent were borrowed out of circulation, there would have been no new net dollars in the economy, so the spending would not have been inflationary -- it just would have crowded out some other, more productive use of those dollars. But no, the debt issued by the Treasury was sold to the Fed, which PRINTED NEW DOLLARS to lend to the Treasury so that the Treasury could spend them. THAT was the act that caused the inflation.

Unfortunately, if the drive has been accessed in any way, except by court recognized forensic procedures using forensic software and hardware tools, the drive is considered tainted evidence and will likely be inadmissible in court. The computer shop owner looking through the emails probably ruined the evidentiary value of the laptop. Any copies the shop owner may have made would also be tainted. (used to do computer forensic examinations for a living).
Of course the emails can be confirmed in other ways, such as pulling from the email server(s) or confirming with other parties to the emails, etc.
I doubt the FBI will bother with the latter and due to the above, think that the real target is Joe, not Hunter

The Biden Crime Family was raking in money hand over fist while Joe was VP. If you read the e-mails on Hunter's laptop, they were getting ownership interests in those Chinese and Ukrainian firms that were worth hundred of millions of dollars -- each.
The Bidens have grifted huge amounts of money. Huge. We know that. What we don't know is where it's all hidden. The stripper's lawyer in Arkansas tried to find it, but he was stymied at every turn. The $20 million settlement was basically her giving up and realizing that it was better to take a relatively small amount now rather than spend the rest of her life fighting the high-powered law firms that the Bidens can easily afford (with all the hundred of millions, if not billions, they've grifted).
