Saturday Morning Coffee Break

1 22 22 coffee.jpg

Go piss up a rope.

Good morning Morons. Just a friendly reminder to have fun while opining and/or bloviating. Just be careful with those sharp objects if and/or when you run.

Have a great weekend!

THIS IS HATE SPEECH, RIGHT, LIKE PROJECTING A CROSS ON A MOSQUE? Pro-abortion rights message projected on Catholic National Shrine.

This is interesting. It seems very adaptable as a new way to irritate the Left. (though that wasn't the original intention).

Imagine projecting a message on your insane Democrat neighbors house, or local Dim headquarters, or city hall or perhaps the local Abortion clinic or behind a news set-up or a politicians backdrop or projecting Biden inflation messages on the local grocery, etc.

The mind reels at the possibilities.

Sure it would be irritating assholery but I don't see how it could be considered illegal in any way. But, Moron Lawyers, speak up!

Thanks, Leftards, for the new trick.

His big topic was how to get porn off a computer once you had visited a certain website. When I told him he wanted to know how I knew. I just shrugged.

Plus he ate with his fingers. This was back when he was still with his wife who ended up hanging herself later.

They aren't invited to a good party, so their parents call the other parents and square it for them. One of the interesting aspects of the lockdowns and remote learning was the collapse of grades to the extent that the district offered a blanket policy of pass/fail upon request.

To its credit, the district refuses to give in the Karens and go back to online learning because it just doesn't work. They've actually added "credit recovery" as a scheduled class because so many people flunked courses last year.

Worst single day number of COVID cases (positive tests) in Colorado prior to this month was just over 6,000 back in December 2020. Now, last week over 17,000 cases were reported in a single day. Nearly THREE TIMES as many as during the peak of the pandemic. Triple! And the 7-day average of daily cases is ~12,000, double the Dec 2020 peak.

Then one eve a well known jew-hater (that many pointed to as a jew-hater, but was allowed to post regardless) responded to a comment of "how many jews died in the camps" with "not enough". And they let it sit. The end. And that is how I landed here for good.

Gotta look at the polls. No masking mandate for Michigan because the guv's approval is down 20 points from the pandemic's height.

Also, there are interesting fracture points. Michigan State is doing remote classes but - despite daily updates on Covid cases - the local school districts keep trundling on.

I'm amused that they are hiding behind the masking fig leaf to justify claiming that spread through the school is impossible so closure is unnecessary.

The school board of the district she works for decided 2 weeks later you have to be vaxed to get COVID leave. (This is pretty funny: we are 85% sure we contracted it from the choir director who is in her department and immediate office space, a triple vaxed, massk-hole, who reported to work for 4 friggin' days with "COVID-Like" symptoms. He was positive the whole time, and knew it. He almost ended up in the hospital). The letter she got said this policy was retroactive. AND, they still don't have a vax mandate.
We live in MO where Schmidt is suing the shit out of 36 school districts for illegal mask mandates.

460 The IRS, along with nearly every other federal institution wants their own database of personal info on citizens. When I was working as an Army civilian the command I was at dealt with HR. They had dozens of databases with more or less the same info but the front end systems could only deal with, say an Oracle database or a MS SQL database. Sometimes the data had to be formatted in a specific way too.

I'd bet the IRS has several databases but for whatever reason have decided to implement one with biometrics enabled. It'll be a cluster fuck.

everybody had better get used to the idea of being facially scanned in order to draw social security checks, unemployment compensation, all that fun stuff.

Last time I applied for UC in my state, I had to go through a third party vendor who did a biometric scan on my face. When I asked my state rep why this was necessary I got a big song/dance about all the fraud that occurred in PA.

That was about nine months ago. Last week I discovered someone had fraudulently applied for PA UC under my name.

How in fvck did they even attempt to do that, if this third party vendor was supposed to be the Fraud-stopper?

Michigan has a handgun registry, and the slips have to be delivered to the local police dept., so the local constabulary is well aware of who I am.

Plus, CPL holders have their license plates tied to their permits, so cops know when they run the plate if you have a license to carry.

475 Yeah, that box of 12 tablets bought from a major chain vs. the truckloads of 55 gallon drums of whatever the chemical is that are coming up from Mexico...

Sorry, was just reporting the news. I think it's dumb as all get out - we tend to get 2 different drugs with the pseuephe (whatever, not looking it up again), but I can't buy the big box of both at the same time. Apparently whoever set the limits has never been sick with a family before.

They were the super conservatives who talked about "the collective" of right-wing Americans, right?

477 Scam warning that I just became aware of that may have been around for a while.

I just received a couple of e-mails, one from 'Best Buy' and one from ' Life Lock'. They said either your warranty or membership has been renewed and Visa charged x amount of dollars . If this is not you who made this purchase please contact a number that was linked.

The e-mails had all the official logos, etc for each company. Instead of calling I just checked all recent charges and found none had been made.

478 A coworker who lived in Michigan was ordered to pay support for the kid his ex-wife had as a result of cheating, in spite of going into court with a paternity test. Judge said, well you were married so its yours.

That is how paternity laws are set up... It probably made a lot of sense 100 years ago.

Yes, I got one that said I had ordered some sort of play station. Not. I have been checking my accounts. I also have a fraud alert with all 3 credit agencies.

483 "Judge said, well you were married so its yours."

Not that I support it, but would the Judge have supported the idea of the non-father demanding the pregnancy be terminated....against the spouses wishes?

484 150 I'm no fan of Bill Maher, but he has a point here, and maybe some of his audience will consider what he says:

"It's just gone on too long, nobody cares anymore," Maher said. "I don't want to live in your mask paranoid world anymore. You go out it's silly now: you have to have a mask, you have a booster, they scan your head. Like you're a cashier and I'm a bunch of bananas.

485 "Judge said, well you were married so its yours."

I left my little home-town in Texas
Spent three long years in Illinois
Went home to see the folks and got arrested
Seems I had a month-old baby boy.
She took me to court, the judge said "You're stuck,"
And man, that's nothin but the Buzzard Luck.
