I know four people in the 50-60 age group who died of heart attacks last year. Not close enough to ask about vaccines.

While I don't doubt some causality, you also had a mass media/governmental operation designed to induce large amounts of long term stress, to shut down physical activity and to prevent normal medical visits and urgent care ones...
Put all that together, and you have a recipe for heart attacks, with or without vaccines. You also have a recipe for a lot of 18-64s who could have been saved if they got medical help at the 1st signs of emergency who didn't go either b/c they couldn't (the shut down of "elective" services, which does include some cancer treatments and tests) or wouldn't (b/c of fear of getting Covid)...
And well, that doesn't mention the likelihood of an increase in all types of substances to help cope which both lead to their own deaths and can contribute to heart related issues...

I've posted before that for me covid, aside from all the time spent in hotels because I couldn't get back to California until I was asymptomatic and once I did needed another two weeks locked up...
The virus itself once symptomatic was a 104degF fever controllable a bit with ibuprofen, aches, pains, maybe a little shortness of breath but then I was at 6000ft and I'm normally a sea-level guy so I was unsure of that. I was 'isolated' hiking a mile or two a day away from people. Lasted four days, the fifth was shaking off the effects, two days later per medical advice back to California and fourteen more days in a hotel.
The Moderna vaccine...two shots plus booster. The first two shots - no fever, but far worse fatigue and muscle/general body aches than I ever experienced from the pox. I could barely get out of bed, I spent all day watching netflix and youtube on my phone. The booster was a little less severe but still worse than the Wuhan Bat Dust.

No, what destroyed the muscle car movement was the Clean Air Act from 1973 onward, and Detroit's cheap reaction to it. And in the end...by the mid '80s cars were as fast as they'd ever been, and now there's 500+HP to be had at showrooms coast-to-coast. Real net HP, not the fudged marketing numbers of the '60s. And for that matter my wife's Tesla Model 3 Performance (0-60 3.2 seconds) will outrun any factory product of the '60s from 0-100 and keep going past 150 when they hit redline at 110 with their 4.10 gears. Never mind tires, brakes, suspension, etc. of the day.
What CAFE (corporate average fuel economy) requirements DID, was to establish weight categories that essentially pushed people out of larger cars and into trucks and eventually SUVs.
