Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Newsweek: The Acting Attorney General of the DOJ Unilaterally Deployed Secret Commandos to the Capitol on January 6 with Shoot-to-Kill OrdersSupposedly, they were deployed to "protect Trump and Pence." Anyone believe that? Also note that the DOJ decided to do this themselves, without anyone asking them to. I believe that Barr had left by this time, leaving Jeffrey Rosen as Acting AG.Exclusive: Secret Commandos with Shoot-to-Kill Authority Were at the Capitol On Sunday, January 3, the heads of a half-dozen elite government special operations teams met in Quantico, Virginia, to go over potential threats, contingencies, and plans for the upcoming Joint Session of Congress. The meeting, and the subsequent deployment of these shadowy commandos on January 6, has never before been revealed. Right after the New Year, Jeffrey A. Rosen, the acting Attorney General on January 6, approved implementation of long-standing contingency plans dealing with the most extreme possibilities: an attack on President Donald Trump or Vice President Mike Pence, a terrorist attack involving a weapon of mass destruction, and a declaration of measures to implement continuity of government, requiring protection and movement of presidential successors. Rosen made a unilateral decision to take the preparatory steps to deploy Justice Department and so-called "national" forces. There was no formal request from the U.S. Capitol Police, the Secret Service, or the Metropolitan Police Department--in fact, no external request from any agency. The leadership in Justice and the FBI anticipated the worst and decided to act independently, the special operations forces lurking behind the scenes. The media is pushing every January 6th story they can. It's a full-court press. Flood-the-zone treatment.

Didn't he have a conversation or two with MaligNancy Pelosi around that time? It's possible that the vast majority of the "violence" that occurred on 1/6 was government instigated, and this is just another layer of fact coming out nearly a year later. We've all seen the videos from that day, where suddenly there were military age young men moving from the rear of the crowd to the front, just before the chaos ensued. Twitter kicked Robert Malone off for speculating that the huge increase could be due not to covid, but to the covid vaccines. A lot of doctors and vaccine researchers predicted that these vaccines would cause many illnesses and deaths, given the damage they do the body's natural immune system. Yeah I misread the post, but... he wasn't panicked. He went there to shoot someone, whatever it took, partly to be John Wayne and partly because he was ordered to, hoping to create a huge shooting event. Put all that together, and you have a recipe for heart attacks, with or without vaccines. You also have a recipe for a lot of 18-64s who could have been saved if they got medical help at the 1st signs of emergency who didn't go either b/c they couldn't (the shut down of "elective" services, which does include some cancer treatments and tests) or wouldn't (b/c of fear of getting Covid)... And well, that doesn't mention the likelihood of an increase in all types of substances to help cope which both lead to their own deaths and can contribute to heart related issues... Carlos Tejada, a New York Times Deputy Asia Editor, has died at the age of 49. He suffered a heart attack less than a day after posting to social media that he had received a Moderna booster vaccination.
I've posted before that for me covid, aside from all the time spent in hotels because I couldn't get back to California until I was asymptomatic and once I did needed another two weeks locked up... The virus itself once symptomatic was a 104degF fever controllable a bit with ibuprofen, aches, pains, maybe a little shortness of breath but then I was at 6000ft and I'm normally a sea-level guy so I was unsure of that. I was 'isolated' hiking a mile or two a day away from people. Lasted four days, the fifth was shaking off the effects, two days later per medical advice back to California and fourteen more days in a hotel. The Moderna vaccine...two shots plus booster. The first two shots - no fever, but far worse fatigue and muscle/general body aches than I ever experienced from the pox. I could barely get out of bed, I spent all day watching netflix and youtube on my phone. The booster was a little less severe but still worse than the Wuhan Bat Dust. Mass psychosis and Stand Alone Complex.
Stand Alone Complex - the sudden coalescence of a large number of people who act in a coordinated fashion without a command structure, even act in ways that are detrimental to the individual, facilitated by internet information flow. Essentially, "somebody oughtta" made into a living group consciousness. It follows a triggering world event. A narrative element from the anime of the same name but really explains a lot of what we see. The individuals within the Stand Alone Complex often acted in crazy, unpredictable ways. I liked feathered hair, a lot That was one of the few good things in the 70s. Besides being young.

375 Jimmy Carter was elected in the 70s. That's when we got fuel economy requirements on cars, destroying the muscle car movement.
Posted by: Christopher R Taylor No, what destroyed the muscle car movement was the Clean Air Act from 1973 onward, and Detroit's cheap reaction to it. And in the end...by the mid '80s cars were as fast as they'd ever been, and now there's 500+HP to be had at showrooms coast-to-coast. Real net HP, not the fudged marketing numbers of the '60s. And for that matter my wife's Tesla Model 3 Performance (0-60 3.2 seconds) will outrun any factory product of the '60s from 0-100 and keep going past 150 when they hit redline at 110 with their 4.10 gears. Never mind tires, brakes, suspension, etc. of the day. What CAFE (corporate average fuel economy) requirements DID, was to establish weight categories that essentially pushed people out of larger cars and into trucks and eventually SUVs. Yeah that was written poorly, I meant "the 70s" not "Carter's presidency". I liked shopping malls, but only in the 80s because of arcades and food courts. Posted by: Christopher R Taylor at January 03, 2022 02:40 PM (KZzsI) 410
Today is actually the golden age of horsepower, but it's very pricey.
Posted by: OneEyedJack at January 03, 2022 02:34 PM (MFphb) Too bad we didn't have today's engines in cars that weighed as much as they did in 1968. And now, Captain Potato says that all cars sold in 2027 have to get 55mpg. All I hear so far is crickets from the industry. You'll drive an electric car and be happy. You'll let your autonomous car take you to the approved fast food bug burger drive-in, then go back to your rent-a-pod. And be happy. Denim jackets were nice. What liner you picked says a lot about you. No liner -> hippy. The furry cloth stuff -> you obviously didn't do a lot of grubby work because you can't clean that and it gets to be like the coat of a dirty muddy zombie sheep. flannel -> congratulations, you're a man's man

It might have been the 70's, but that was caused by the 60's, and before that the 50's.
I personally trace to the 50's when someone stood up and started to howl: "I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by madness, starving hysterical naked, dragging themselves through the negro streets at dawn looking for an angry fix, angelheaded hipsters burning for the ancient heavenly connection to the starry dynamo in the machinery of night, who poverty and tatters and hollow-eyed and high sat up smoking in the supernatural darkness of cold-water flats floating across the tops of cities contemplating jazz, who bared their brains to Heaven under the El and saw Mohammedan angels staggering on tenement roofs illuminated," First time someone actually said in public they didn't want to work, and just stay home and have sex with Carl, and didn't end up on a work gang to get their mind right.
