Anthony Fauci’s Lies vs Rep. Fortenberry’s Lies – Guess Who Is Being Prosecuted

If there is any doubt that “good government” laws exist exclusively as weapons to punish conservatives, whereas our entrenched deep state ruling class is immune from the same laws, consider the cases of Jeff Fortenberry and Anthony Fauci.

FORTENBERRY

US Congressman Jeff Fortenberry, a Republican from Nebraska, is alleged to have received $30,000 in illegal campaign contributions, and subsequently lying when questioned by the FBI about it. He is under felony indictment from the Department of Justice and faces potential jail time.

Nebraska GOP Rep. Fortenberry indicted

DOJ says that Fortenberry did not file an amended report with the FEC to reflect the improper donations, nor did he return the money, and instead covered his tracks. He lied to the FBI during a March 2019 interview, according to the indictment, during which he told authorities that he was unaware of Baaklini ever making illegal contributions and of any foreign nationals' contributions to his campaign.

FAUCI

In testimony before Congress this past July,
Senator Rand Paul challenged Anthony Fauci to come clean about the NIH providing funding to the Wuhan lab for gain of function research on coronaviruses (e.g genetically modifying the virus to increase its transmissibility.)

"On May 11, you stated that NIH has not ever and does not now fund gain-of-function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology," Paul said. He [Rand Paul] claimed that gain-of-function research -- which could, in theory, enhance the transmissibility of a virus -- was performed in the lab and referred to an academic paper by a Chinese scientist, which he then asked to be entered into the record and for a copy to be given to Fauci.

"Dr. Fauci, knowing that it is a crime to lie to Congress, do you wish to retract your statement of May 11, where you claimed at the NIH never funded gain-of-function research and move on?" Paul said, repeating his unsupported accusation.

"I have never lied before the Congress, and I do not retract that statement," Fauci said when pressed by Paul on previous testimony from the doctor that the U.S. did not fund gain of function research in Wuhan. "You do not know what you are talking about quite frankly, and I want to say that officially."

Fauci lied.

This past week, officials with the National Institute of Health officially confirmed that NIH funded gain of function research at the Wuhan lab.

The National Institutes of Health is now admitting to funding gain-of-function research on bats infected with coronaviruses at a lab in Wuhan, China despite repeated denials from Dr. Anthony Fauci that U.S. tax dollars were used on the funding.

Rand Pal - Fauci - Gain of Function.JPG

Anthony Fauci lied under oath about providing US tax dollars for gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the same lab from which it now seems likely that Covid-19 originated. Over 700,000 US deaths have been blamed on Covid. Fauci lied, people died.

Fauci’s perjury about his complicity in funding the Wuhan lab is a felony. But he’ll never be prosecuted. Meanwhile, Jeff Fortenberry is facing jail time. By the way, no Democrat would ever be indicted for what Fortenberry is alleged to have done. No Democrat would even be investigated for what Fortenberry is alleged to have done.

Governmental ethics laws that are enforced against only one side of the political divide are not laws at all – they’re weapons.

26 Fauci needs the birdcage treatment.

What is the birdcage treatment, you ask? I'm glad you did. When I come to power it will be the punishment method for public officials like Fauci. Using this method, the perpetrator is stripped naked and locked in a giant iron bird cage. The bird cage is suspended 8-10 feet around the national mall. The mall is lined with wooden crates full of rotten food. Citizens can then hurl the rotten food at the inmate. The inmate is hosed down and fed every evening and morning.

After being given an standing ovation by the democrats in congress, Cold Cash was convicted of 11 of 16 charges, had to surrender $470,000, and was imprisoned for 13 years. Later, the courts ruled that the jury had been given improper instructions and knocked the jail time down to time served after over 5 years in prison.

Basically... make it impossible for the candidate to win because of "indictment" but no one else can run in their place with their name on the boot forcing a write-in campaign.

And in a year when Democrats are very worried about holding the House. The FBI knows whose side they are on.

Not good enough. Never ever consent to be questioned. If you're hauled in, demand a lawyer and keep your mouth shut other than to demand the lawyer and explicitly state you're exercising your right to remain silent.

Why that last part? Because some cop and prosecutor testified about how the defendant "just sat there and didn't even react when his horrific crimes were laid out." The defense lawyer rightly called bullshit because his client had the right to remain silent. The dickhead judge asserted that *behavior* was usable against him unless he made his exercise of that right explicit.

Dragging on blacktop for a half a mile or so will make up for lack of boats if you're nowhere near a coast. Drawing and quartering luckily isn't a geographic deterrent.

Necklacing is also a nice little spontaneous improvisation, old tires are easy to find. And you really don't need much gas, so cost shouldn't factor into it.

And now, cue the arguments about how nobody will pay since the magical team of CPAs will find a way to avoid the tax. Even though this is about as easy as it gets tax wise. Only years later, as an adult, did he find out the chicken danced because the floor became electrified when money was put in, and that's why the chicken danced. I'm thinking your birdcage idea could incorporate some lessons from this...

I feel like someone that bought into Trump University, really looks to me like the whole thing is just some grift he attached his name to and is barely involved with. Oh well.

339 Billionaires will ALWAYS be able to exempt themselves from any law that supposedly applies to them - they have armies of people and lots of congressmen on their payrolls to guarantee that they can, behind the scenes. The purpose of the bill is to make a big public show, and then hope no one notices when none of them actually pay anything under it, because they are always built in ways for them to avoid it.

the only reason for the "billionaire bill" is to open the door to confiscation of IRA accounts due to "fiscal necessity" at some point in the future. Also, it gives them a fig leaf to pretend this bill is "revenue neutral" for reconciliation, even though of course it isn't, and never will be.

I kinda see his point on this one. It's an appalling proposal - taxing something that doesn't exist - and it is obviously a bad idea with hugely negative implications. But here's another angle on it: it is targeting the biggest and best allies of the state, and hurting them is good. Inevitably, this will move down-market and hit everyone, but I also think that's inevitable. The state will voraciously consume everything from everyone until it dies in a final gluttonous ecstasy. If they can get fucked along the way, then fine.

I don't like this proposal and I don't think they should pass it, but if they do I will enjoy the state hurting my enemies (their own allies) for a change until it eats me. That they will eat me is inevitable. The state has completely failed and is now just like any other gangster. Minimizing your edible surface area is probably more useful than fighting a law change that will be replaced by another if it fails.

That may be the wrong approach. The problem isn't who pays (not exactly), it's who receives. Ending subsidies and bailouts and antitrust exemptions would do more than any new tax. Cut them off the public tit and hit them for being monopolies. The tax rates don't matter nearly so much then.

What's more likely to get done politically, imposing a new tax, or completely reconceptualiing how big business is treated by the government altogether?

And since that is NOT their goal, we must look to see what the goal of this proposal actually is. Unrealized capitol gains, once they lower the threshold, which they will - if you bought a house for $200,000, and it increases in value to $500,000 because of inflation, you will owe tax on $300,000 even though you have never sold the house and never got that as income - because that is an "unrealized capital gain". Same goes for IRA accounts. That's the goal.

440 >>> 402 I cannot believe that any conservative still believes that when Democrats say "we're going to tax the billionaires!" (their allies), that they actually intend to tax them. You'd have to be very credulous at this point to believe that.

Actually, it's all part of the plan. Break the economy, destroy the supply lines, provide subsistence levels (or less) of food. Kill the useless eaters. Build Back Better. It's in the book.

504 Fauci also funded experiments on AIDS orphans in NYC, but it's ok, they were all minorities.

Whaaaaaat?!?!

It Wasn't Just Beagles and Monkeys - Fauci's NIH Also Funded Medical Experiments on AIDS Orphans in NY City

TGP: https://bit.ly/2ZqR9Qb

In 2005, the city of New York hired the VERA Institute to form a final report on the drug trials. VERA was given no access to medical records for any of the children used in trials. Their report was published in 2008.

They reported that twenty-five children died during the drug studies, that an additional fifty-five children died following the studies (in foster care), and, according to Tim Ross, Director of the Child Welfare program at VERA (as of 2009), 29% of the remaining 417 children who were used in drug studies had died (out of a total 532 children that are admitted to have been used). The WIKIPEDIA writers cover up all details, as is expected. No payment or compensation has been paid to any of the children used in the trials, or to their families.

505 The Democrats love drawing Republicans into these tax law games. It a sure loser for the stupid (R) party because it's always comes off as defending the rich, which like it or not is a losing position.

I am really touched by your faith that the income threshold for this tax won't be set lower and lower as the years go by, and they find that the "super rich" really cannot be bled of enough money to fill the Gummint's gaping maw.

We MUST remember; the leftists aim is NOT to bankrupt the rich, but to bankrupt the middle class.

I will defend everyone's right to keep the money they've legally earned. And yes, even the ultra-rich.

508 But but but then magical CPAs will make sure he has an income of $0. That's the response always. Taxing wealth for someone like Bezos is easy and straight forward. He owns $100B (0r whatever it is) of Amazon stock. Tax that shit at 2% a year. $20B tax bill due. Period.

And if he wants to set up trusts or charities or whatever, fine. But any shares that are transfered into those charities will be taxed.

======================
Use AMT to prevent that. New taxes aren't necessary, if you want Bezos to pay.

But your ridiculous argument just ignores the essential point: an asset tax is not legal. Democrats want it because they want to take middle class savings, pure and simple.

509 Then why pick that frame, Lisa? If it's no better or worse than any other, why did you select it? Why not pick white power as a frame? Why not pick pro-slavery as a frame? Why CRT, if they're all equivalent?

Why have a "frame" at all? Just teach the facts. No more, no less.

510 They need to protect Fauci, be cause once he gets prosecuted for lying, everything else will come tumbling down. They'll have to admit he's mini-Mengele, afoot he helped create this virus, and admit he gets his rocks off on running people's lives. Well they may not admit ther last part, but we know it's true.
