Are you using a Windows OS? Hit Ctrl+Alt+Del and look for Task Manager from the list. Select "Task Manager" and then review "Processes" tab. That will at least tell you what application is using up the CPU/Memory. Click on the "CPU" column to get the highest resource hog to appear at the top. Then go from there. You'll at least have some idea what program is causing acute issues.

Yeah I thought the US was different too, and maybe it once was, but not any more. I used to pretty much disregard or shrug at black people's claims of injustice, mistreatment, and outright bias in the justice system but now I am thinking they probably were right, in the past.
I do know the justice system used to lean pretty hard on mafia even if they had to put a thumb on the scale. Even if you weren't actually mafia, but just a little too Italian.

Well reading the explanation on Investopedia, Yuan is to the renmibi as dollars are to US dollars. The currency is renminbi but instead of saying you have 50 renminbi, you say you have 50 yuan. Much like we typically wouldn't say we have 50 us dollars, we just say we have 50 dollars.

Gosh, something similar happened to me. I was junior in high school and my sister was in 8th grade, which was attached to the high school. I was in Chemistry class and got called out to go to the Jr. High gym, where my sister lay on the ground with her kneecap literally off to the side of her knee! But the principal in my school did call the ambulance, and I rode with her and her agonizing screams to the hospital.

Task Manager is a program in Windows 10 that gives you specific processes used by programs that are eating your computer resources.
Tells you which programs are resource hogs.
Last but not least, each open tab takes resources so if you are keeping a bunch of tabs open in your browser, it will slow down and eventually crash.
