Biden's now instructing the PM of India not to call on any reporters in his own f***ing country, because "they won't ask any questions on-point."

In other words: They won't ask pre-screened, pre-approved questions.

Parents in Fairfax, Virginia have discovered that their school board offers book to children containing detailed diagrams of men having sex with boys, and elegant sentences such as "I want your c*** in my mouth."

The school board dared to silence her by claiming "There are children here."

Really?

Really.

A similar confrontation just occurred at the Lake Travis (Texas) school board.

Two white kids were kicked out of a "multicultural space" at ASU Tempe for wearing Police Lives Matter buttons.

So I guess the space is not, in fact, "multicultural." They just mean anti-white.

"You think that whiteness is a culture?!" the black Karen racist shrieks.

The ACLU, which is no longer a civil rights organization but simply yet another fundraising front for Democrat shitlibs, rewrites a Ruth Bader Ginsburg quote to replace the word "woman's" with "person's" and "she" with "they."

Catching up with mimbo Justin Trudeau, the recently re-elected PM of Canada.

First, enjoy his adventures in trying to say an acronym he says literally a thousand times a week:

Also enjoy his newest blackface photos:

trudeaunewblackface.png

Elizabeth Holmes, the huckster behind the empire of fraud Theranos, tried to swindle investors by faking medical tests and falsely claiming that her medical tests were being run on her "lab in a box" Magic Machines, when in fact they were being run on standard (real) industry equipment she had back at the laboratory.

But that's just swindling stupid billionaires (like Rupert Murdoch) out of millions of dollars.

Her real crime was that she really used her machines, which she knew did not work, at all, to test the blood of real patients -- not just test subjects, but actual patients, out in the wild -- for infectious and deadly diseases.

And for cancer.

She knew these machines' results would be essentially random with barely the slightest statistical relationship to reality.

And yet she allowed her machines to falsely diagnose healthy people with deadly diseases, or worse, falsely clear sick people by telling them they were healthy, all as part of her "Fake It Till You Make It" fraud effort to keep money flowing into her boondoggle.

The New York Times just ran an op-ed claiming she's being prosecuted for fraud and embezzlement only due to... The Patriarchy.

Screenshot (505).png

The authoress of this piece is one Ellen Pao. If that name sounds familiar, it's because she was a rabid feminist SJW hired by Reddit, and soon fired because she was incompetent and on an activist rampage to destroy any threads she didn't like.

She claimed her firing was due to... you guessed it, gender discrimination.

In fact, she now runs an alleged advocacy organization called "Project Include" whose stated goal is to... support women in technology. No word on whether all the women that the organization supports must be incompetent and/or criminal, or if that's just a bonus.

I strongly suspect that Pao was paid by Holmes to write and print this essay.

I strongly suspect the organization is yet another grifting mechanism to fill the pockets of a small group of people, among a sea of such grifting mechanisms.

42 More on forum-sliding:

It happens most places that have a robust following, especially places of a conservative bent, and especially when something significant is happening in the news.

The other night you could see it, because a commenter noted that the President of So Korea was in Hawaii to deliver the remains of American soldiers, and no one from the Biden administration was there to accept them.

Immediately there were a couple of commenters disclaiming--commenters who, if you notice, aren't here very often, but do a lot of disclaiming. Fortunately, the horde argued them down.

That doesn't mean we don't bounce around topics a lot--because we do--but forum sliding is really prevalent at Superstonk, where the bad guys are desperately trying to keep the citizens from comparing notes on what's going on with the financial markets.

Something possibly for the Gun thread...

Governor Gavin Newsom (D.) signed Assembly Bill 173 into law on Thursday. The bill requires the California Department of Justice to supply information identifying firearm and ammunition purchasers to a newly created research center at the University of California Davis or any other university that requests them. The information includes details such as the buyer's name, address, date of birth, what they purchased, when and where they bought it, and more.

145 Anyway, Marvel has always had rock solid work-for-hire agreements. They own their characters lock, stock and barrel.

DC won a similar suit but there's a twist here: the Marvel Method. Because the way Marvel did comics forever (plot is given to artist, artist draws the story, writer fills in the dialog and narration as needed) its a different case.

Marvel almost certain will win, but its interesting.

Do you mean me? I had(have?) pulsatile tinnitus, the whooshing sound that corresponds to me heart.

I am not sure of the cause - strongly suspect turbulent blood flow in the neck area, maybe combo of high blood pressure, iron deficiency, possibly weak / thin arteries.

Don't know why it went away. I've been doing carnivore, been faithful with bp meds, trying to increase iron (though I don't tolerate iron pills), and also started on a " hair skin nails" supplement (coz hair & nails need help) that is basically a lot of biotin with a few other vitamins.

Dunno if that helps.

Joe Biden cut a deal with China to free their criminal spyware billionaire, Meng Wanzhou.

Trudeau had Biden on the phone just two days ago -- but the White House readout shows Trudeau didn't even bring up the two Canadians being held hostage in China.
--------------------------------
Meng Wanzhou, the chief financial officer of Huawei Technologies, is expected to appear virtually in federal court in New York City Friday to resolve U.S. bank fraud charges against her, according to a source.

The source said the plea agreement does not include Canadians Michael Spavor and Michael Kovrig, who have been imprisoned in China on charges of espionage since December 2018. It remains unclear if there is a side agreement with China that would free the two men who were arrested after Ms. Meng was detained at Vancouver International Airport on a U.S. extradition request.

Just don't get anything that might suffer due to heat over time.

And that's pretty much what I've been buying. I buy a little bit for now and a bunch for later when things might be tight. It means I don't have to drag the stuff to my car and then into the house.

I started having those for a few years. Lately they've gone away. Probably because I've been indoors a lot. Bright light (such as the sun or a flashlight in the eyes) can bring them on. No pain, no problem except you can't see well while it's happening until they are near the end.

Me too, every time I find one worth voting for. Don't get me wrong, I love women. Most of the ones I know are smarter than I am, and many of them shoot better than I do. But it seems like the only ones that throw their hats into the political ring are the ones who were vacuous cheerleaders or mean girls or husband-shopping sorority whores. Why is that? I speculate it's because, just like men, the decent and sensible women know to stay as far from politics as possible. Every once in a while you get a Thatcher, but way more often you get a...well, you get a not-Thatcher. I'll leave it at that.
