This is fine. "Did not vote for Biden" is apparently a "white supremacist slogan" now. It is forbidden to sit at a table studying while displaying this violent slogan of white supremacy. This apparently contributes to "safety concerns". Sounds to me like the complainants think there is a "culture" involved.MythinformedMKE said that Kendi responded "by misrepresenting CRT" and he suggested that "school districts should find loopholes still to teach 'anti-racist' Critical Race Theory curriculum."Kendi also suggested that the vaccine mandates are not racist.
But what I will say is, to me, the actual problem isn't the vaccine mandates. The actual problem is when you actually study those, particularly black and Latinx people who aren't vaccinated, you actually talk to them. We're finding that a lack of accessibility to the vaccine for a whole host of reasons is actually leading to them having a lower rate. At the same time, with white Americans, it's more or less the result of their political ideology.Now THAT is a bunch of malarkey. We would not want Kendi's words at a university to be recorded for the general public to hear and analyze on Twitter, now would we? Some people are pushing back on Twitter, using Dr. Kendi's own ideology.

Which probably highlights the main distinction between conservatives and libertarians and drives me nuts. It's not enough to be practically libertarian, which conservatives effectively are. I've been reading Malice's anarchist book (very slowly), and the conclusion I draw is most of the anarchists are silly dreamers, even though they're generally not wrong... or at least not ALWAYS wrong.
Since Malice calls himself an anarchist, I kinda think that qualifies him as someone who doesn't really want his political views to be taken all that seriously. Which is fine. He's a terrific writer. Can't wait for his next book, "The White Pill" to be released.

It is a little more complicated than that, depending who you read.
Spooner had it that your only rights are your property rights, and that humans cannot be owned since they own themselves. Spooner came out of Abolitionist theory, and from there considered that government was a covenant that one was born into and so had no input on accepting it or not.
With this point of view the difference between an HOA and a city council is that you willingly can join an HOA and pledge to it, whereas you can only escape a government by leaving it's jurisdiction, which means you lose your property as well. One has consent, the other is "implied" consent which he equated to a slave "consenting" to his status by not running away.
Spooner was a radical, make no mistake about that.

in Kali, they know EXACTLY what they're doing. We have a special restraining order, called a GVO (Gun Violence Restraining Order) that ANYONE can issue against ANYONE ELSE with little or no penalty for falsly filing one.
My Dad had his guns taken away by...he whose name shall not be spoken...and getting them back was a pain in the ass due to some of them not being registered (WW2 japanese rifles and pistols, a WW1 1911). So had to be registered first (fees apply). Then had to file for their return (fees apply). Then I couldn't get them for him, but had to haul him up to the police station that had him with all the paperwork in hand. Process took at least 2 months.

I had this happen back in the 80s. I offered to turn the teacher and principal in for diagnosing without a medical license. Worked like a charm, Kid1 and several other bored kids got enriched work and I had the bitch under my thumb

Our district is now in the "everyone is gifted" mindset, so families must turn elsewhere to help kids grow. My grandsons are no longer in the public schools after a stupid virtual year during which nobody was allowed to submit anything that wasn't assigned by the lock step teacher.
