More Evidence of a Lab Leak from the Republican Report

Two points I didn't know about from the report concluding that the virus was released from the Wuhan Lab:

In September and October of 2019, when there was a surge of people visiting the hospital, and just after the Wuhan Lab took bids to replace its ventilation system, searches on the Chinese version of Google for "cough" and "diarrhea" surged-- two major symptoms of covid.

Also note that the World Military Games -- the olympics for military personnel -- were then held in Wuhan, and many athletes came down with covid symptoms. In addition, several of the countries that competed in the games report having patients who had covid antibodies in their systems before November 2019, the supposed, "official" outbreak of covid.

It is hard to explain this, other than the obvious: Covid was leaked from the lab in September, 2019, and the World Military Games in Wuhan were a super-spreader event that sent covid to France, Italy, Brazil and other countries.

Add in to this the samples taken from Italian sewer systems that show COVID present in Italy well before the disclosure. I think the initial reports indicated August, but August and September are fairly close to each other.

That was an interesting data point at the time, and this additional circumstantial evidence is equally interesting. I don't know who has the job of "Italian Sewage Archivist" but I can see how such things can be useful.

This bit of info was combined with open source stuff regarding Hubei province to pin down what likely happened. Additional data point: the Chinese began shuttering military facilities and cancelling military/party conferences and exercises in that area in early October.

The September stuff resulted in October cases in VA; there were also cases in the PNW US and Canada in October as well. The PNW outbreak in particular spurred a moderate amount of head-scratching on the part of hospitals and docs.

And those daily briefings were because of what, again? Oh, that's right - it was because the press whores and the communists in government were politicizing the situation and Trump had to respond to that. They wanted that outcome, so they could show off how insane and stupid Trump was. Quite possible. India had amazing success against Covid-19. Suddenly they suffer from the new and improved Covid-20. It looks like ivermectin and HCQ are less effective against delta plus. I did virus research and mutations tend to be pretty random, and honestly you would not expect to see one appear almost simultaneously in large numbers in several states like happened in India.

They aren't. If anything, segregation is counterproductive. If the vaccines work and are sterilizing, you should *encourage* population mixing because the vaccinated aren't infection vectors and mixing them with the unvaccinated population is neutral and cost-free for the vaccinated and a net benefit and reduction of risk for the unvaccinated.

Of course, these vaccines are non-sterilizing (which is bad), but even that has nothing to do with it. This is about compliance and control, just like it has been since Easter of last year at the absolute latest.

Same here. I was quite sick for a week at the end of January last year. It came on very suddenly - I got home from work one day, feeling OK, started making dinner, and right as we started eating I told my wife I had to go to bed immediately. Felt like I was hit by a truck, no energy, a fever that occasionally spiked high (102-03 degrees). Never went to a doctor, just stayed home in bed drinking a lot of water and taking Tylenol and motrin. Although I didn't notice it until the summer, I lost my sense of smell and it never came back.

Didn't think it was WuFlu for a long time because it wasn't supposed to be here by that point. Now that they say it probably arrived in the US late in 2019, I feel reasonably certain that's what I had, but it's been too long to find out for sure.

Both correct. Political decision was made to say the vaccine was so awesome that people could forget about the Wuhan virus once they got the shots. My father passed away in late November 2019 and he spent the last three weeks of his life in hospital and hospice.
Hundreds came to his wake, and in December many members of the family came down with "flus"--and nearly all mentioned that it was "weird" or different from other colds--before we heard of Covid.

First, get an antibody test to determine if you've been exposed in the past. If you have, you have natural immunity and whatever you do, don't take the vaccine. Make a stink about natural immunity (which is being ignored).

If you have natural immunity, the shot is all risk and no benefit. Not only do you have risks of side effects (what rate those occur, no one really knows 'cause they ain't looking too closely) but you also increase your risk of getting the Covid as well. The shots screw up your natural immunity.

One, try getting an antibody test first. There is some evidence that vaxxing after actually being exposed or getting COVID resets the immune system. For the most part, the human immune system in recovering from COVID is superior to non-sterilizing vaccines available which is all of them presently.

Next, fewer doses means less likelihood of complications from a multidose injections but perhaps less protection. No clear evidence on this either way as the CDC has purposefully obfuscated on side effects and the vaccine mfgs are still claiming protective effects months later.

I read it arrived in at least a couple waves. The first was bad enough, but the 2nd was horrific, targeting young people. Cytokine storm, as their immune systems were a little too good. Aspirin was a new drug at the time, or kind of new, and known to reduce fevers. So doctors were prescribing it by the handfuls, increasing mortality. Without any treatment, or with, people were waking up fine in the morning, sniffles at noon, and dead by dinnertime. Pretty scary stuff.

Can you just keep working from home? If you are a man, JNJ might be less likely to disable you than if you are a woman. If you choose mRNA, there are great studies showing that a half or quarter dose of the second shot is very effective while causing fewer side effects. I have to travel for work and family so I got the first Moderna. Will find a doctor who will prescribe a fractional second dose.

Third, there is quite a number of people with immunity all ready and that immunity make vax/not-vaxxed moot.

That being said, the more ability a virus has to spread and replicate, the more opportunity it has to mutate, ergo if it kills too quickly, it limits its ability to spread. Why MOST of the time, the variants that later spread like wildfire are less lethal.

When popular science frames it as an "arms race" or something like that, it's a poor analogy that implies there's some kind of choice being made.

BTW, "virulence" means deadliness, how sick it makes you. There is much confusion over this. Virulence is not transmissibility, but how sick it makes you.

The normal course of viral mutation is to become more transmissible and less virulent. The virus wants to reproduce, and the best way to do that is not to make the host sick, thus allowing him to transmit freely. This is the normal course of natural selection for a virus.

However, when you start changing things, most importantly mass vaccinating with a leaky vaccine, you change this equation.

I've known at least a half dozen people who have been hospitalized with the Wuhan cold. They all had comorbidities. They all survived. I know two people who have suffered possible permanent damage after receiving the second shot. One had ongoing cardiac issues. His heart is more comprised now. The second was a healthy 33 year old athletic, intelligent young man I've known since he was 10. He suffered vertigo immediately after receiving the second shot. He now is unable to walk without a walker. He suffers frequent bouts of confusion and loss of memory. Neurologist who did a CT scan said there is evidence of permanent damage. He was thriving as a young pastor in SE Washington. He has been unable to work for three months. Make your own informed decision but make an honest no shit assessment of your risk versus your gain.
